Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA, Unique Events offers a range of services including, but not limited to: Planning/Coordination, Floral and Event Design, Decor/Linen/Furniture Rental, Photo Booths, DJ's Lighting options, etc. With a dedicated team of over 20 full-time staff, we are the only company of our kind in the area. We can be a one-stop resource to our clients for as many services as would make sense for your day.
Unique Events is a respected and trusted company. Industry professionals regularly refer their clients to our company when quality and reliability are of paramount importance. We are also the supplies of many of the rentals that you will observe and the areas stand-out events. With a 14,000 square foot warehouse, we are constantly adding new, on-trend inventory to our already wide range of offerings.

Whether you want assistance throughout the entire process or you'd just like a professional on-hand to help oversee last-minute details, we can accommodate any request. They can help you select venues and vendors, manage the budget, and coordinate the day.

RENTAL REVIEW: We had a great experience with Unique Events for our wedding rentals. From the very beginning, they were always communicative and provided prompt responses to my questions, which made the planning process so much easier. Their team was professional and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
We rented uplighting, wicker light fixtures, and easels from them, and these small touches truly brought our vision to life. The uplighting created a beautiful ambiance in the outdoor tent, and the wicker light fixtures added a unique and charming element to our decor. The easels were perfect for displaying our signage and added a touch of elegance to the overall setup.
The setup and teardown were seamless, and Unique Events worked in perfect coordination with our venue, Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa. huge selection of dinnerware and decor to choose from. We rented chargers, linens, water goblets, a coffee urn, coffee mugs, a cake plate and a few other items. From the time we booked, they were extremely flexible in allowing us to change our order as needed, even 4 days before the wedding! Pick up and drop off were easy. Everything was very nicely packed, and their warehouse team helped load our vehicles. We were able to pick up on Friday and drop off on Monday, which took a lot of stress off of us.
Definitely recommend Unique Events for elevating the look of your event.
