Green Cove Springs, FL, is home to Unique Sound Band, a high-energy wedding band. Known for their Jazz sound, these experts incorporate influences from the genres of Neo Soul, Gospel, and Blues. It is this band's sole ambition to ensure you and your guests enjoy an outstanding selection of music during your special celebration. Eric Wright is the founding member of Unique Sound Band and a retired Navy Veteran with 21 years of service. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida, where he earned a bachelor's degree in music education. Well versed in the French Horn, Eric loves to entertain and has assembled an ensemble of like-minded professional musicians into the band. Unique Sound Band performs as a group of seven or more musicians, ensuring an emphatic sound throughout your wedding celebrations. The group will happily play songs from your favorite artists, learning particular tracks should you make any requests. Eric and his bandmates are also happy to play the role of your MC, giving a lively performance with the microphone.

Hello My name is Eric and I am married to my beautiful bride Tawana of 8 years, we currently have 5 children. I recently retired from the Navy after 21 years . Currently I am a school counselor at Tynes Elementary, pianist, and minister of music at Builders of the Faith. I have been playing at weddings for over 10 years, and love that I get the opportunity to participate in the union of two beautiful people. I really enjoy seeing people happy, smiling and dancing. My greatest joy when performing is when the couple is left alone for one last private dance, it always brings tears to my eyes.
