dresses in her size to try I was assured they had plenty. When we arrived the consultant didn't seem to want to help us. We had to pull the dresses and take them to the dressing room ourselves. She did not offer to assist my daughter with putting the dresses on. She was loud calling out sizes in front of the other customers. When my daughter had one dress on she made an inappropriate comment which made my daughter feel bad. They had a Mori Lee dress that my daughter really liked it was missing all the accessories and they tried telling us they didn't come with the dress. Since we had been looking for this particular dress we knew what came with it. Overall it was the worse shopping experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I was able to buy my dress off the floor with a 40% discount! They were really easy to work with and helpful! They stayed an hour late the day I bought my dress!

to pay for half so that I could afford it. When I went to pick the dress up, there was a small stain on the front that looked like someone had touched a sharpie to it. I asked the consultant if the stain would come out and she said it would, and took it to the back to clean it herself. She put some fabric cleaning stuff on it which left a big wet spot on the satin, and the stain was still there. She said the wet spot would dry and you wouldnt be able to see it. A few hours later, the stain was still there with a big water ring around it. I live about an hour from this shop. I called and asked if they would have it dry-cleaned for me since they had given it to me with a stain and made it worse. The consultant said that it was my fault because I had asked her to get the stain out. Of course when I asked about the stain, I assumed she wouldn't make it worse! The owner then told me that without seeing the dress she wouldn't agree to do anything. She wanted me to drive an hour all the way up there so she could decide whether it was bad enough for her to foot the bill or not. Already stressed-out brides don't need this kind of treatment. These people are just out to make money and do not care about the customer! They also refused to honor a coupon for % off of bridesmaid dresses advertised on their facebook that had absolutely no expiration date on it. Needless to say, I got the bridesmaid dresses elsewhere.

They are wonderful when it comes to communicating with the bride and any mothers, bridesmaids and groomsmen until all of the details are taken care of.;They are very busy on Saturdays and it can be a bit crowded, which can be stressful for such an important event (picking your dress)!
The people are very nice and the atmosphere is not stuffy or stuck up... I felt comfortable looking through the gowns and selecting things I'd like to try.
They had a good selection of dresses.;They can be a little rude to bridemaids.
