rbally aggressive towards the brides brother and uncle when they told him he was supposed to do 2 round trips and told them he wouldnt do it. Guests thought he was drunk because of his erratic driving and even asked the brides aunt where to go. The accounting and HR department are the most unprofessional people i've ever dealt with. We contacted them to discuss our issues. They understood our issue and felt bad about the situation and would get back to us about discussing reimbursement. After saying they would get back to us, they have not returned 3 peaceful phone calls and 4 emails. I have been polite with them every step of the way, and have not heard back in over a month to finalize our issues. They are ignoring us to even get the TIP that is included in the price back, since we would not have tipped the driver. Do not hire them, they are awful with customer service. I have warned everyone I know NOT to hire them. They will completely ignore you if you have any issues, just warning you. If I could give zero stars I would.

adults, 1 flower girl and a lot of luggage. I was so pleased with the service I experienced from ULC Limos. I was able to reach someone immediately to get a quote and on the day of the wedding, they upgraded the limo bus size so we were all very comfortable with all the luggage fitting in the back. The driver showed up early and was very helpful during loading/unloading since we were all in our wedding attire. I will definitely use this limo company again and recommend renting from them for your wedding transportation needs.

conducting business over the internet, so they let me come down to their office, and even look over the cars, and pick out the one I wanted. That made me feel so much better! Our driver showed up early, and hid around the back of the hotel so the guys wouldn't see us. She was pleasurable and respectful, and the car was nice and clean. She took us on all the stops we had requested without complaining. The only negative was the radio wasn't working right. I would most definitely use them again!
