About this vendor
I’m Michael Hendrickson, a full-day wedding photographer based in Central Massachusetts, serving Worcester, Boston, all of New England, and beyond. I blend posed, journalistic, and traditional photography to capture the kind of moments you’ll love looking back on—not just the big, epic scenes, but the small, quiet ones you didn’t even realize were happening.
When you book me, you’re not just getting someone with a camera—you’re getting someone who’s been photographing weddings since 2007, knows how to handle every lighting situation, and can keep the day moving smoothly without adding stress. Whether you’re planning a ballroom celebration in Boston, a rustic barn wedding in Vermont, or a destination wedding halfway around the world, I keep my pricing fair and consistent so you can focus on enjoying your day, not crunching numbers.
If your to-do list is getting long, consider this your sign to check “photographer” off with confidence. My calendar for 2025 and 2026 is filling up fast, especially for peak dates, so let’s talk and make sure your date is locked in. Once you know your photography is handled, you can move on to planning the fun stuff—like cake tastings and dress fittings—knowing your memories are in good hands.

engagement shoot so we could get to know each other. He made each experience fun and lighthearted, and respected our vision and choices. He clearly cares deeply about his work. He was also remarkably fast getting photos back to us. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone!

Mike made the entire process feel easy, comfortable and fun. Extremely fast turnaround on the photos, and he answered all our questions and helped incorporate the ideas we had brought for the day into the photo shoot. My fiancé and I are greatly looking forward to our wedding day knowing that Mike is behind the Camera. Highly recommended!

approachable, and truly made us feel at ease. As a photographer, they not only brought incredible skill and professionalism but also a deep knowledge of how to capture every special moment, no matter how big or small and always with a smile.
Our wedding had 150 guests, and the venue was quite large, but Mike handled it all on their own with ease, capturing everything beautifully. The venue owners even commented on how impressed they were with how much was covered without the need for additional help. It was clear that Mike was dedicated to ensuring every part of the day was documented.
One thing we really appreciated was how Mike created a safe and welcoming space for our 14-year-old nieces and nephews who were in our bridal party, as well as all of our LGBTQIA+ family members. This meant a lot to us, as it was important that everyone felt comfortable being themselves in front of the camera.
As for the gallery of photos, they were absolutely stunning! Each image was thoughtfully edited, and we received them in a very timely manner, which we were really grateful for. Our loved ones raved about how beautiful they were. Mike went above and beyond, and we are so happy with the memories they’ve captured for us. Highly recommend!

- done. Photos of our dog during the ceremony? Done. We wanted family photos after the ceremony, photos of the guests, photos of the belly dancer - all done.
Early in the process, his communication was clear. He is knowledgeable and also has a calming disposition, which we needed! He was pleasant, timely, and in a small world moment, knew my cousin who happened to be his neighbor.
The photos are spectacular. We had sneak peak highlights within a day of the wedding , and the rest of the photos a week later.
We couldn't be happier and are so glad we found him!

t and always seems to muster a smile from anyone! When it comes to photos they are the only thing you keep from your wedding day (aside from your spouse of course) and you want those pictures to be the best they can possibly be. I whole heartedly believe that you will get that if you book with Mike, I sure did!

gestions for a couple weeks before putting a stop to the nonsense and hiring Mike.
We had the pleasure of working with Mike for our engagement shoot, which helped us get more comfortable being in front of the camera, and then for our wedding day.
My husband and I decided we wanted to get married just the two of us, but wanted to make sure we properly documented the day for our family and friends. Mike did a fantastic job capturing the day from beginning to end. He took photos of all the little details, even the bird’s nest that my husband was so interested in 😆
He made us feel comfortable and even took some video, which we greatly appreciate.
Thank you again Mike, for such a wonderful experience, and for taking such lovely photos of a day we want to relive over and over. ♥️

nts from guests on the day of the wedding about how great oh a photographer he was. He was very supportive leading up to the wedding, and helped me establish a timeline for my other vendors. He captured every moment of the day beautifully, all for an extremely reasonable rate. He also delivered our album so fast! If you’re getting married in the Worcester area, we highly highly recommend Mike!

Our daughter and her husband showed us the link he sent her during the wedding of so many awesome pictures from the wedding. The views he was able to take inside and outside the venue are breath taking. The photography is all in good taste and beautiful. He worked so hard the entire day. We can honesty say. Hiring Mike any bride n groom will be happy with the final results. He did a fabulous job!!

ogs outside while we were getting ready. He is your go to guy for anything on wedding day I swear! We wanted a photographer who had a great eye and knew how to take amazing photos from the get go, and not one that just used trendy filters for an effect that may be cool now, but won't be years from now. Mike takes the perfect photo without having to over edit! I can't say enough about that. Highly recommend!
