ices, and Victoria and her staff at Flora Taverna, Isabella, Alessandra, Nidia, Samantha, etc. Also met the GM Mr. Rivers, very welcoming, we seen him off and on our whole vacation talking to guests and the staff. He definitely is a people person. He has the hotel running like a well oiled machine. We will be going back!!

The location of the hotel and its exclusive park entry point make it easy the tick off the big rides in Epic before the other guests get into the park. Also it’s so simple to pop back to the hotel for a dip in the great pool and be back in for the evening.
There is a regular shuttle from the hotel to City Walk and Volcano Bay which takes about 10 minutes(thanks to the dedicated bus lanes).
All in all a great hotel in a great location with excellent staff.

rain Your Dragon theme. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Soleil at the front desk, and Kassie, concierge, who made such great first impressions and made our family feel especially welcome.
The location honestly can’t be beat. Having direct access to Epic Universe was incredibly convenient, especially after spending an entire day walking around the park. We also loved being able to see the nighttime show and fireworks from the hotel.
We used the pool twice and had great experiences with the pool staff. We also ordered room service twice, and the food was very good both times. Everything throughout our stay felt well maintained and thoughtfully done.
This was our first time staying at Helios, and we really don’t have any complaints. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family and will definitely make Helios our hotel when we come back to visit from out of state.

e convenience of staying here and getting into the park was truly unmatched. Being so close made the entire experience that much easier and more enjoyable.
To make our stay even more special, the hotel upgraded our room to a center park view for my daughter’s birthday. It was such an incredible surprise! Being able to sit in our room at night and look out at all the lights of the park was absolutely magical and made her birthday even more memorable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay at the Helios Grand again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Our teenage son had an unexpected medical emergency in the middle of the night & had to be rushed to the hospital. The manager on duty, Daniel, came to our room to check on us whil...

Luckily, after being treated & checked at the hospital, our son was fine & fully recovered. The staff was very helpful & assisted us in rescheduling our day at Epic Universe for the following day so we could rest up that day. They also continued to check on us throughout the duration of our stay via their text communication system to ensure our son was doing ok & make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice touch & seems that they truly care about their guests. Special shout out to Daniel & Juliana for amazing customer service & communication!
Regarding the hotel & stay itself, it was fantastic & we truly enjoyed our time at Helios. Obviously, the best part is being right next to Epic Universe & early entry directly from the back door of the hotel. The pool is large & laid out well with poolside service & a full bar with some food options. We also dined at Flora Taverna, an onsite restaurant. The food, drinks, & service were very good there as well. Lastly, the Helios bar on the top floor is truly one of a kind. Great ambiance & you have an amazing view of the park (Epic) & are able to watch the nightly light show. The cocktails are very good as well with some unique creations as well as any classic cocktail you can think of.
I highly recommend anyone stay here if you're planning a trip to Epic Universe or just want a unique stay at a nice hotel.
