ommend going for a park view room - it is an incredible view that lets you appreciate the park in a whole new way, and you can even watch the fountain shows from the comfort of your room. It's that unbeatable feeling of going on tall rides at night and getting that glimpse of all the lights around you, but all the time and in your very own room! The food options were great, and we loved everything we had. Collette at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, we loved working with her, and if you're getting a happy birthday pin made, there is no one better!

u're visiting Epic Universe for more than one day I would absolutely recommend this Resort to enjoy early access as well as convenient Entrance into the park straight from the Resort. We stayed in February so the rates weren't too high.

o recognize when someone does an exceptional job. I would like to give a big thank you and kudos to Nicole, whose name tag said she is from Brazil, at the check in desk. Her outstanding customer service truly set the tone for an incredible birthday experience for my son.
Nicole was so warm and welcoming with our kids that before we even set foot in Epic Park, they were already saying this was going to be better than Disney. And that is saying a lot because we are a big Disney family and visit those parks and hotels often as Florida residents. I think you may have officially won them over with Epic and this hotel stay.
I wanted to make sure management recognizes Nicole for the way she made our children feel so special. My son said this was his favorite birthday yet, and it all started with Nicole’s warm welcome. Her level of customer service was truly phenomenal.
We will absolutely be back. Thank you!

If you’re planning to visit EPIC Universe, there is truly no better place to stay. You walk out of the hotel and you’re in the park — the convenience is unbeatable.

of the park. Everything was spotless — both our room and all of the public areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team and club lounge staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable.
A fantastic experience all around — we would absolutely stay here again.

Last year we stayed at the Grand Helios Universal and booked the Presidential Suite expecting a true luxury, flagship experience. Unfortunately, it fell well short — especially for the $10K+ price point.
The suite itself was my biggest disappo...
intment. It looked and felt more like a slightly upgraded Junior Suite than anything “Presidential.” For that level of spend, I expected standout design, space, and amenities — not something that felt comparable to a regular hotel upgrade.
I will say, the views of the park were amazing. That was easily the highlight of the room and one of the few elements that felt premium.
Early park access is a nice perk, but the lines get long fast — if you’re using this benefit, get there very early or it loses its value quickly.
The in-room bar setup looks beautiful aesthetically, but it’s extremely overpriced. That said, service at the bar itself was good — staff were friendly and attentive.
Overall, I walked away feeling pretty underwhelmed. When you spend over $10,000 on what’s marketed as a top-tier experience, you expect “bells and whistles.” Instead, it felt like a regular hotel stay with a luxury price tag.
