Universal Rentals was amazing from beginning to end. Evelyn was the most professional, patient & accommodating vendor that I worked with throughout the entire process. She met us after hours since we had crazy schedules, she maintained contact even though it took us forever to decide and was able to pull everything together just 3 weeks prior to the event and everything was perfect. I would recommend her and Universal over and over again. I had a very pleasant experience and I am very glad that I chose to go with Universal!

Universal Parties' services were amazing from our initial consultation through our entire wedding process. Evelyn who does a lot of weddings with this Company made me feel completely comfortable and was willing to do whatever it took to make my wedding image happen. Our wedding was planned in 7 weeks and she made me feel at ease putting together the decorations, food, linens, and rental proposals. She is very creative and was able to make valuable suggestions to enhance our wedding. I really appreciated the fact that she was very easy to get a hold of and made time in her day to coordinate a walk through of the event site and also meet for a food tasting. She really helped our wedding run smoothly. Everything was done neatly, from the decorations to furniture arrangements and Evelyn & her team were very friendly, flexible, and always on time. We would definitely use Universal Parties' services for events in the future!

Exceptional work with great pricing. The staff is such a pleasure to work with. Great decor and they provide everything from tents, chairs, tables, linens, decorations, food, servers, you name it. Definitely made my wedding day less stressful for me!
