University Rental

They were great! Everything was so easy to pick out and reserve. They brought everything promptly and picked it up without any fuss.

As the mother of the bride, I was overall very pleased with Kyle Sanders and University Rental. We visited about 9 months before the wedding and picked out several options and Kyle was very patient with us (me and the bride and groom). So in my mind that was that. One more thing off my list. But many things changed before we returned about two months before the wedding. I won't bore with the details, but the only thing that stayed the same from the original order was the chairs. Kyle even elected to order some fabric he did not have so we could have the color of the sashes that Jordan wanted for the tables. I thought the set up of the chairs and the delivery charge was reasonable and it became even more reasonable when we drove to the venue, rounded the corner and saw all of the chairs beautifully lined up. Knowing that it was all done felt wonderful at this point! The material he ordered for us was gorgeous and the simple arch we chose looked even sweeter when placed in the outdoor area we had chosen. We live in Longview, so everyone left the Nacogdoches area Sunday evening . The next day, as we were discussing how the wedding went, we realized that no one had thought to take the gorgeous spray of flowers we had put on the arch. I immediately called Kyle to see if he, by chance, had it. Before I could even ask, he said, "Are you calling about your flowers?" He did have them and agreed to put them aside for us so someone could pick them up later that day. So, I felt compelled to leave a good review for University Rental and Kyle Sanders, especially, for making a very stressful time a little less stressful. I highly recommend that you give them your business and get ready to talk through your vision for your occasion with the professional and friendly staff.

They were helpful once they decided to acknowledge you were standing in front of them. But for the most part everything we rented from them was in good quality and besideds the sashes everything was on time for us to take with us to Longview my maid of honor had to pick up the sashes a day before the wedding. reasonalble price i guess they are the only party rental supply store in Nacogdoches so..

These people were wonderful. They delivered, set up and picked up all my rentals and were nice and friendly the entire time. Very competitively priced with a large selection. I will use them again.
