I contracted her for my December 3, 2016 wedding. Our interactions were great, she was very responsive. I specifically asked her if she got sick...etc. would there be someone available to complete the floral designs on the day of my wedding. S...he responded with of course and talked about her guarantee. Then 4 months before my wedding, she told me she had an "emergency" and needed to fly out on December 3. I'm unclear how someone knows about an emergency 4 months ahead of time but I allowed her out of the contract and she took a while to give me my money back. As I suspected, she was contracted by someone else to complete their wedding on December 3. I verified this by looking at her Instagram posts on December 3 of another wedding. Overall, I was trying to give a new comer a chance and she turned out to be unprofessional and not trustworthy.
