nd Kerri are. My husband and I met Sandi last year at her house after reading such wonderful reviews and I think we knew instantly that she was the person who could capture us best. She was so warm and welcoming and genuinely got to know everything she could about us in the small amount of time we spent together. Sandi and Kerri arrived early and quietly came in and set up and immediately started shooting. They both had a calming presence which I desperately needed that day!! Everything moved as smoothly as possible with a 16 person wedding party and an insane amount of family/personalities. Sandi made sure we got a few shots in daylight (11.15.19 wedding) and beautiful night time shots as well. Sandi was the first vendor to reach out about a month before the wedding and was always an email or text away throughout the entire process. Sandi is prompt, professional, kind and warm...with the patience of a saint. She is exactly the kind of person you need on the craziest day of your life. Thank you Sandi and Kerri for everything! I can’t wait to work together again. ❤️

She was very organized, so sweet, and showed how passionate she was about capturing the special moments and not making it forced for the camera. Sandi took our engagement photos outside and the weather did not cooperate with us multiple times when trying to pick a day for the engagement shoot. But Sandi always kept an eye on the weather and would let us know whether or not she thought it was worth it to take our photos. Finally, we got the perfect day and not only did she take the most gorgeous photos but she also was so sweet and let us, just be us. We felt so comfortable with her and his assistant Kerri. Now for the wedding, I can’t thank her and her crew enough, for not only giving us the most amazing photos but also staying calm when everything got a little crazy. She kept my husband and I focused. Even when things got stressful she was calm and kept both of calm too. She had a timeline for the day and she did her best to keep to that timeline even tho things got pushed back. Sandi, thank you so much for not only being our photographer but becoming our friend! We appreciate all the hard work you put into our wedding and we looking forward to using you in our future. Now for our videographer, Mike. Mike was amazing! His skills are outstanding and he’s also a very nice guy. Honestly at some points we hardly even knew he was filming, it was so natural and fun. We are so lucky to have found such an amazing combination of people to help us capture our wedding process. We seriously can’t say thank you enough for all your hard work and everything you guys did to make our wedding day the most perfect day. We highly would recommend using Sandi Rufo photography and her videographer.

o it absolutely amazing. I found Sandi here on The Knot and went to her website where I was completely blown away by the quality of her work. She has an incredible flair for taking romantic candid shots and capturing moments through photography in a way that when you look at the photos you are able to relive everything all over again. Sandi and Quinn were both professional and personable on our special day. Sandi's positive attitude and friendly demeanor gave off great vibes to everyone while we were taking photos. She made everyone feel comfortable - from my teenage nieces to my photo shy Dad. Backstory - I am the definition of a "checklist bride" I had millions of pins and ideas of what I wanted my wedding photography to look like. Sandi listened to everything I had to say and made all my wedding photography dreams literally go from Pinterest to reality. My now husband has never been a fan of taking pictures but Sandi made the whole experience comfortable for him and upbeat so he could enjoy the process. Sandi & her team captured things that I didn't know that I wanted and that made it so much more special. Her assistant Quinn was phenomenal. She did LITERALLY anything necessary to get the perfect shot and was so cognizant of each moment and capturing it through her photos. Sandi's pricing is amazing and there are no hidden fees or costs. She was upfront about everything we would receive and explained everything thoroughly at our initial meeting. My husband and I felt that we got a lot more than we expected for what we paid. We were incredibly thrilled to receive a complimentary engagement shoot once we booked. After I saw the photos we took that day I knew in my heart that I had made the right decision when I chose Sandi Rufo Photography. After doing our engagement shoot I hired her to take pictures at our engagement party as well. A few key things to be mentioned: Sandi always responds to emails and calls super quick. Her turnaround time is absolutely baffling - we were married on 12/7 and had our teasers while we were on our honeymoon the following week and our full set of photos available by Christmas, an extremely tall task; especially around the holidays. ALSO -- I absolutely can't forget to mention Mike Burns - the videographer who is part of Sandi's team. Mike is a genius with the video camera! His creativity and genuine love for what he does truly shines through his work. We had our teaser video 3 days after our wedding! He is a mastermind and captured the most important parts of our special day in a way we will treasure for years to come! I can't say enough great things about using Sandi Rufo Photography. She is much more casual and captures images as the day unfolds in a very candid fashion while still making sure to hit all the standard fare so you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. It was unobtrusive, yet somehow we ended up with nicer photos than most anyone else we know who has been married. The second photographer, Quinn, was also great and was there for my husband's "getting ready" photos and they came out just as good. We cannot recommend Sandi Rufo enough!

Looking at Sandi's work, we knew her style matched what we were looking for and once we met with her, we knew she was perfect. She designed a package to fit our needs and we did our engagement shoot with her after booking her for our wedding. Working with Sandi was so easy and we absolutely loved our engagement photos. I knew right away. She was so welcoming, light-hearted, and funny. You knew she loved her job and had fun with everyone. For our engagement photo shoot, my husband and I were very nervous. We're not big picture takers and had no idea how to pose! Sandi was awesome. She made us both feel very comfortable and as ease. Our engagement photos were beautiful and I could not wait for everyone to meet her the day of the wedding. It seemed like we knew her forever meanwhile we just met her. On the day of the wedding, her and Quinn showed up early and we're ready for business. They helped push everything along and helped the day go smoothly. We didn't want to be bothered throughout the night to stop and take pictures. We are a big dancing/partying family. Several photographers told us in advance they would stop us at certain points and go to other rooms. Definitely not what we wanted. We told Sandi we didn't want to miss our cocktail hour and we didn't want to see each other before the church. We had a massive wedding party. 29 people including the bride and groom!! She got every single photo done before cocktail hour and they are absolutely amazing. She finished editing the pictures so fast and we couldn't believe how great they came out.
