We are a husband-and-wife team (AJ and Jamie) dedicated to ensuring your wedding is organized, professional, stress free, and fun! We specialize in weddings, corporate events and private parties, and guarantee that your celebration is our only event (and our top priority) on your wedding day. We ensure to meet or exceed your expectations by pairing our professional equipment (e.g. Serato DJ, QSC active live sound systems, Chauvet lighting, and Sennheiser wireless microphone systems) with AJ's expertise in audio engineering and 18+ years experience as a DJ. Hello! I've been DJing events independently for 18 years. I have a degree in Audio Production which gives me technical confidence with equipment and setup, and helps with preventing any issues. I am quite comfortable emceeing for weddings, however certainly not overbearing on the mic. I love mixing a variety of music genres and take pride in making sure everyone is having a good time. I DJ full time now, because I really enjoy doing it! I love working with couples to plan their wedding, making sure all details are well thought out, and hopefully exceeding expectations on the wedding day! -AJ

AJ Reynolds was absolutely phenomenal as both our DJ and MC. From the very beginning, he took our event seriously and was incredibly present and focused throughout the entire day, ensuring we had a truly memorable wedding. Every aspect of his service was perfectly executed—from the music selection to organizing the dinner tables and flawlessly managing the wireless microphones. We had several Zoom meetings to prepare, and AJ was always professional and, most importantly, exceptionally kind. He made us feel like we weren't just another wedding but truly important to him. Our wedding was on August 17, 2024, during a big thunderstorm around 7-8 pm. Despite the outdoor setting and sudden downpour, AJ went above and beyond. As we scrambled to cover his equipment with towels and anything else we could find, AJ kept the music going. He even whipped out dancing lights and fog machines out of the blue! We were so impressed by the lengths he was willing to go to keep our thunderstorm dance party alive. We all got soaking wet but continued to party, turning what could have been a disaster into an unforgettable experience—all thanks to his dedication. We are so thankful and feel incredibly lucky to have had AJ as our DJ and MC. If you're looking for someone who is not only highly professional but also genuinely cares about making your event special, we highly recommend AJ Reynolds and Unmatched Entertainment.

AJ was an incredible DJ for our wedding. When we met with him beforehand, he had helpful exercises to intentionally create the music that represented us perfectly. He thought of EVERYTHING audio, including ceremony music, recording the ceremony, and elevating our dance party so it went on all night. 10/10 could work with AJ again!

AJ was the best to work with! We had a friend who arranged a string version of a song in our precessional and AJ incorporated it into our ceremony. He arrived early on the day of to make sure everything was set up so transitions from ceremony to reception were seamless. We got so many compliments on the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception - AJ is a master!

I'm so happy to see more recent reviews for UnMatched Entertainment. When we were researching, we saw only old reviews and wondered if he was really still in business. We're very glad that he is. The price was right and he definitely delivered. The lighting was great and our guests loved the music he played. AJ set the mood just right. We even threw in some last minute music changes on him and he was very accommodating. AJ was awesome and we highly recommend him.

AJ was just wonderful! When we were looking into DJ's, we decided to reach out to him because he seemed so much different than the others. He doesn't work for a big company. He works for himself, has a degree in audio production, and does this as a side job because he loves it! I would much rather work with someone who loves what they do, to support someone who has worked so hard to get a degree in the field, and to work with a small local business such as his. I am so glad that we did! We video chatted with him originally to get to know him, what he does, and what he needs. We found that he is super nice, super helpful, and we felt super comfortable with him! If we had questions in the meantime, he was happy to answer them! I have never planned a wedding before so he was a great resource to reach out to for silly things, like, should the flower girl walk to the same song as me or as everyone else? He gives great advise and above all, just wants you to be happy! He was very thorough in explaining all the processes and made things super easy for us. He did a phenomenal job! He MC's as well and kept the night moving flawlessly. I could really tell he was working REALLY hard! It showed and he was brilliant! We gave him a timeline for the flow of our wedding and he went out of his way to make sure we were keeping up with the timeline that we envisioned. He would come find us throughout the night and ask us if we were ready for the next phase of the night, such as our grand entrance, our speeches, our first dance, and the tosses. When the dance floor finally opened, he was fantastic! I loved the way he transitioned into different songs! I gave him a list of songs that NEEDED to be played throughout the night but let him chose the rest based on the genres we chose and he did great! Lots of people came up to me throughout the night to compliment how great he was! He also made sure that we were okay with some of our guests music choices too, as to not ruin the mood with a random song that didn't really fit the vibe we were going for. I CANNOT stress this enough, AJ is amazing! I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much, AJ! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding day so beautiful and fun! We appreciate you and all your hard work!

AJ is a fantastic, professional, and fun DJ. He was super organized and easy to work with during the planning process. On the day of my wedding, he handled everything from the music, to the mics, to the announcements. Multiple guests complimented his music selections and I LOVED the music. He took the suggestions we put together and created a wonderful musical backdrop to our evening. My family isn't big on dancing but I saw them get up a few times to dance and everyone had a great time. Thank you, AJ!

AJ was so great!!! We hired him for our wedding and couldn’t have been more thrilled with how everything turned out! We had an obnoxious list request for him and he was able to find all the songs we wanted and was super nice about it!! We had my uncle play guitar during the ceremony and he even had all the hook ups for him! You can tell AJ really loves the music, and enjoys DJing! He was seriously the best and if we ever have another event we will definitely be reaching out to him!

Hiring AJ for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. He is professional, organized and very talented at what he does. He kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night which was exactly what we wanted! AJ was amazing as our wedding DJ! I would recommend him to anyone looking for their wedding or anything else. He did a great job as an emcee during the reception. His real strong suit is getting and keeping people on the dance floor! We had a wide variety of ages at our wedding and literally everyone was dancing until the wedding ended. He was amazing at listening to what we wanted. We gave him very vague guidance and some song genres we liked and he turned it into a great reception and party. Thanks AJ!!

AJ was AMAZING! I wasn't totally sure what I wanted in a DJ other than they seemed nice and would play the songs that I wanted. AJ went so far above that!! He kept the flow of the reception moving for speeches and cake, caught people's attention when it was needed, and the dance party was more than anything I could have imagined. He even managed to sneak in some surprises our guests had and played "What Does The Fox Say", something I can't say most DJs would do, haha! I cannot recommend him enough.

DJ UnMe (aka AJ) was an amazing DJ for our wedding! We booked him well in advance as he fills up quickly. As we approached our wedding date we met up and discussed specific songs and generallythe type of music we wanted. Luckily he had been to our venue before and knew exactly what he needed. He was extremely responsive and organized from the beginning. He ended up needing to do 4 different set ups at our venue to manage all the areas and times we needed music and mics. He set up and tore down seamlessly right on time. If there were any issues that day I wasn’t aware of them, which as a bride is awesome! I can not recommend him enough.

AJ at Unmatched Entertainment was hired for our wedding day, and I don't think anyone could have done a better job. He kept us dancing all night and made sure every moment that needed a song had one. I highly recommend him!

Book with AJ! It will be one of the best checks you make off of your massive to-do list! Don't take for granted the role that your DJ has in the flow and maintaining your wedding day timeline! AJ was fantastic, he helped keep our wedding on track and was very helpful answering all of our questions before our big day! I highly recommend working with AJ and booking him for your DJ needs! :)

I love that AJ is a wedding DJ "on the side." The fact that he works at Amazon and then does this on the weekends tells me that he just likes doing it! He does travel quite a bit and can be unresponsive at times, but was quick to get back to us when we really needed it. He made sure to have all the songs lined up beforehand and came early to set up. Everything was smooth and he's VERY reasonably priced, especially considering how much he brings with him (lights, microphones, etc.). He's awesome!

I love music and it was a big deal to have an awesome DJ that would be able to fit the different styles I wanted for cocktail hour, ceremony, reception and dancing. AJ did just that! He was professional, on-time, and has extensive knowledge about set-up, audio/visual, and sound. Not only that, he helped us with our slideshow and provided a projector, lighting for the dance floor and even coordinated set up with my father who was performing guitar at our wedding. He was very flexible as well with meeting us and allowing us to have a say with songs that we wanted played. We had THE BEST time dancing at our wedding….He did a fantastic job all around! I would highly recommend booking AJ as your DJ. Stress free and a pleasure to work with :)

The DJ was a great addition to the special day. He has a lot to offer, but our wedding was very minimal. He provided the sound system for the ceremony which took place outdoors then was able to emcee the rest of the wedding (first dance, parent dances, and eating). He was great and easy to work with.

We initially thought we would handle our wedding music ourselves using an iPod playlist but I'm so glad we saved ourselves the time and hassle of doing that. AJ did a good job handling our music and MC responsibilities. I think his service is an exceptional value but I found that working with him required more organization and communication on my part than may have been the case with larger, more established DJ companies. He was professional, easy-going and did a great job of keeping the wedding timeline on track. We had a small(ish) reception so the dance floor wasn't as full as I had hoped for, but I think that had more to do with the size of our group than AJ's talent as a DJ. I would definitely recommend his services, especially if you're an organized bride who wants to be involved in all steps of the process. If you're looking to hire someone and leave the planning entirely to the DJ, he may not be the best fit.

Andy is the best DJ! Extremely organized and great music list. Our family's aren't the best at getting up and dancing in public...but Andy got them to bust a move! We couldn't have asked for anything better then Andy!

We were so happy that we choose AJ to be our wedding DJ! After our initial meeting with him when we learned that this isn't his full time career, it is a passion of his that he does on the side, we were totally sold. Anyone that is out there doing something because they love it rather than doing it just to get paid is always a good sign! AJ was very professional, prompt and easy to work with. We didn't pick out too many songs to have played, and he made excellent song selections of his own. During the reception he was great with the microphone making announcements or whatever we needed. The best part was how he was able to get the crowd going. He had people up and dancing the whole time we had the dance floor going. And not only were people dancing, they were singing along with the songs he picked! Hats off to AJ for a great job. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

AJ was the best DJ we could have asked for!!! He was in constant communication with me from the time I emailed him for information about his services to the day after our wedding. He played exactly what we wanted and knew how to work the crowd. He was very charismatic and was an excellent master of ceremony. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room. He had a smaller set up for the ceremony and then a larger set up for the reception. It was exactly what we wanted!! My dad and I did a "Suprise" father daughter dance. AJ made the mix for us and it was absolutely perfect!! He did a great job and our guests couldn't stop raving about how awesome he was!!! I highly recommend AJ for your wedding DJ.

AJ is an awesome DJ. He kept our party moving and we got a ton of compliments on his music selection and mixing skills. Our photographers and many other people mentioned how good he was. He listened to what we wanted and didn't want and made everything run smoothly. He had all of the equipment to be set up for both the ceremony, and the reception as well as lights, etc. He did an awesome job and our wedding ran perfectly, couldn't have asked for better.
