I would much rather work with someone who loves what they do, to support someone who has worked so hard to get a degree in the field, and to work with a small local business such as his. I am so glad that we did! We video chatted with him originally to get to know him, what he does, and what he needs. We found that he is super nice, super helpful, and we felt super comfortable with him! If we had questions in the meantime, he was happy to answer them! I have never planned a wedding before so he was a great resource to reach out to for silly things, like, should the flower girl walk to the same song as me or as everyone else? He gives great advise and above all, just wants you to be happy! He was very thorough in explaining all the processes and made things super easy for us. He did a phenomenal job! He MC's as well and kept the night moving flawlessly. I could really tell he was working REALLY hard! It showed and he was brilliant! We gave him a timeline for the flow of our wedding and he went out of his way to make sure we were keeping up with the timeline that we envisioned. He would come find us throughout the night and ask us if we were ready for the next phase of the night, such as our grand entrance, our speeches, our first dance, and the tosses. When the dance floor finally opened, he was fantastic! I loved the way he transitioned into different songs! I gave him a list of songs that NEEDED to be played throughout the night but let him chose the rest based on the genres we chose and he did great! Lots of people came up to me throughout the night to compliment how great he was! He also made sure that we were okay with some of our guests music choices too, as to not ruin the mood with a random song that didn't really fit the vibe we were going for. I CANNOT stress this enough, AJ is amazing! I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much, AJ! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding day so beautiful and fun! We appreciate you and all your hard work!

He ended up needing to do 4 different set ups at our venue to manage all the areas and times we needed music and mics. He set up and tore down seamlessly right on time. Not only that, he helped us with our slideshow and provided a projector, lighting for the dance floor and even coordinated set up with my father who was performing guitar at our wedding. I think his service is an exceptional value but I found that working with him required more organization and communication on my part than may have been the case with larger, more established DJ companies. He was professional, easy-going and did a great job of keeping the wedding timeline on track. We had a small(ish) reception so the dance floor wasn't as full as I had hoped for, but I think that had more to do with the size of our group than AJ's talent as a DJ. I would definitely recommend his services, especially if you're an organized bride who wants to be involved in all steps of the process. If you're looking to hire someone and leave the planning entirely to the DJ, he may not be the best fit.

s on the side, we were totally sold. Anyone that is out there doing something because they love it rather than doing it just to get paid is always a good sign! AJ was very professional, prompt and easy to work with. We didn't pick out too many songs to have played, and he made excellent song selections of his own. During the reception he was great with the microphone making announcements or whatever we needed. The best part was how he was able to get the crowd going. He had people up and dancing the whole time we had the dance floor going. And not only were people dancing, they were singing along with the songs he picked! Hats off to AJ for a great job. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

He played exactly what we wanted and knew how to work the crowd. He was very charismatic and was an excellent master of ceremony. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room. He had a smaller set up for the ceremony and then a larger set up for the reception. It was exactly what we wanted!! My dad and I did a "Suprise" father daughter dance. AJ made the mix for us and it was absolutely perfect!! He did a great job and our guests couldn't stop raving about how awesome he was!!! I highly recommend AJ for your wedding DJ.
