We hired Adam as our day-of-coordinator since he is a preferred vendor and has so much experience with our venue, Five Crowns. My husband and I were very hands-on and detailed in our planning. Adam tied all the loose ends and executed our plans on the wedding day, so we didn't have to worry about managing the party ourselves. He even offered to take charge on setting up our decor since we didn't get around to staging it beforehand. During the wedding, he was very professional, organized, and friendly! The decor turned out beautiful, our wedding day went without any hiccups (as far as we know), and we had so much fun being in the moment (rather than managing things ourselves behind the scene). I highly recommend Adam to a hands-on couple looking for a day-of-coordinator who will make their plans on paper a beautiful reality!

Adam and Alex did a fantastic job guiding us through the whole planning process and nailed our coordination on the day itself. We highly recommend them for anyone who wants a flawlessly run day. They gave great advice on our big vendor selections and small decisions like what order to do things on the day itself. They made it a seamless affair for our celebration so we could enjoy ourselves with our loved ones.

For someone who was doing it herself and DIY'd a lot, my venue required a planner and I had no idea how much I needed him until I hired him. He is not only worth every penny, but handled my incredibly challenging family dynamic, kept me focused on enjoying my day, followed up on everything I had planned, and kept my nerves in line. He's personable, knowledgeable, and overall one of the most genuine people I've met in this business. I can't thank him enough for all he contributed.

My husband Curtis and I had our wedding on August 28, 2021. We hired Adam for the day of coordinator. He truly went above and beyond our expectations. If there was a problem on the wedding day, I had no idea at all. He and Alex both made sure everything went smoothly and according to our time line. He is the best!

Our wedding venue required we hire a coordinator and since I had such a clear vision of what I wanted I was so nervous leaving it to someone else and to start the coordinator search. Once I came across Adam and Alex and emailed an inquiry (at 9:30 at night!) he immediately responded and we set up my first phone call right then and there. I felt my worries go away after that one phone call! Fast forward to sitting down with them over coffee to discuss our vision and ideas and we were sold! Adam was available immediately any time I sent an email or text. He was so organized and prepared with any question, comment or concern I had! I thought I had it all together by the time Adam came on (as we hired Unoaked for our month-of) but he tied up all the loose ends I had no idea how to do. From vendor insurances, to all the last minute frustrations that come along with planning, vendor meals, timeline, you name it, Adam was on it! Fast forward to the day of and I don't know what I would have done without Adam and Alex! They set up my venue to look EXACTLY how I envisioned in my head, handled all the little uncontrollable moments that happened during the wedding (like the venue losing power during cocktail hour)! He handled it like a champ and only later told me so I was informed. He kept me on schedule so we didn't miss sunset pics which were super important to us, packed us a meal to-go when we saw we didn't have time to eat much, brought me a drink just about anytime I turned around (truly like he was reading my mind.) And then when the night was over and we were saying our goodbyes to family and friends I blinked and everything was packaged up and ready for us to load in the car. We couldn't be more thankful for Adam and Alex and would HIGHLY recommend them both. We had multiple family members and friends saying how sweet and helpful my planners were! I was so calm and relaxed on my wedding day and I think I can contribute some of that to knowing I was in such good hands with these two ❤️

We had to make probably a thousand different small decisions in the wedding planning process and choosing to work with Adam and Alex is, by far, the best choice we could have ever made. Adam and Alex were SO AMAZING to work with and made our wedding an incredible success. Honestly, I don't know how we could have done it without them: they went above and beyond to help us in every way imaginable. I wish we could get married again just to work with them again!! We felt so confident and relaxed on the day and were able to just sit back and enjoy it while unoaked worked their magic. Our wedding wasn't straightforward and Adam had to navigate some rather complex situations (interpersonal and logistical) and he handled everything like the absolute pro he is. THANK YOU UNOAKED!!!!!!!!!!

Adam & Alex were an absolute joy to work with. Not only were they friendly, but extremely professional and have an amazing eye for detail and design. The evening's timeline went incredibly smooth and all the guests had a great time. I would highly recommend Unoaked Events to anyone looking for an event planner. It doesn't get any better than this! They all said we didn't need a "wedding planner." They all said we could do it ourselves. They all was wrong! Hiring unoaked was easily the best wedding decision we made, and the best money we spent. Weddings require a lot of choices and a lot of details. Early on, I leaned on Adam and Alex's expertise, and they never let me down. Every recommendation they made was stellar, every detail they attended to was completed. On the day of, when a few things went wrong, as they do, unoaked took care of it, always with those beautiful smiles. You guys are the best!

I can't even begin to describe how lucky and honored I am having had Adam and Alex of unoaked. plan and coordinate our wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente, CA. Not only are my husband and I still raving about them, ALL of my guests and family members are charmed and in awe of their spectacular work. (I'm not kidding, my mom wants to invite them over for dinner they left such an impact on our family!) The true heart of their exquisite work lies within who they are as people. Adam and Alex are genuine, selfless, real, honest, and probably just the best humans you will ever meet. Having them to fall on whenever I had a bridal melt down or just needed to vent was worth every penny you could ever spend on a wedding. I have heard so many times, "I don't need a planner for my wedding -- I'll do it myself." I probably said the exact same thing right when I got engaged. However, when I met with unoaked. I knew I could NOT do it alone. They uncovered gaps, explained processes, and asked me questions that I didn't even think of! From brainstorming details to day of execution -- my wedding was flawless because of these geniuses. Adam and Alex at unoaked are 1000% necessary at any event. Not only did they bring my dream wedding to life, they made the entire process fun for both me and my husband. Thank you unoaked.!!! You are the best of the best.
