The BEST gluten free cake ever!

I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with Unrefined’s work. As someone with Celiac, I did not think I would be able to have my own wedding cake, but they made it not only possible, but they made it look absolutely beautiful. My husband who doesn’t need to be GF even decided to get his grooms cake from here and they actually drew the logo to his favorite hockey team (Nashville predators) on it and it looked like it was printed it was so good.

We were originally looking for a gluten free bakery for me, but my husband fell in love with the Loaded Monkey flavor, so we ended up going with that for his Groom's cake and some cupcakes. It was delicious and every bite was thoroughly enjoyed. It looked very nice as well, though not as we had pictured in our head, which was probably just a lack of communication on our part.

I cannot say enough good things about Unrefined. Really. We were originally thinking of just getting a small cake for those with allergies (bride included), but the tasting was so delicious my mom and the groom were practically licking the plate. Their prices are competitive, and an utter deal in my opinion for the quality of ingredients and care that this company puts into their work. We had both the bride and groom cakes for our wedding made through them. They're proud of what they do, and they do a job worth being proud of! I'm completely loyal to them now. My husband and I have gone in twice in the month since the wedding to get regular groceries for pizza night, sweet treats, and morning toast. Ladies, it's so worth getting your cake from them - what other bakery can become a part of your life beyond your wedding day? Where you know the name of the attendant, and get to talk with them over a sample of their latest and greatest baked good? In a phrase: I'm in love.

Our gluten free cake was delicious and so beautiful! Bunny took the time to get the cake exactly like we wanted it and it was a beautiful addition to our ceremony.

I ordered a large, regular cake for my guests without gluten allergies, and a small cake for me and my other Celiac guests. Unrefined is my all-time favorite gluten-free bakery and I don't think I will ever find another bakery I like nearly as much. The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! I would recommend Unrefined Bakery to anyone (not just brides) for any cake needs!

One of my bridesmaids as well as another guest at our wedding suffer from gluten intolerance. Since getting a full-sized gluten free wedding cake would have been $900, we decided to get a small cake on the side for these guests. A cake that serves 4 people costs $35, and it was definitely worth it. Our GF guests felt so honored that we got a cake to accommodate them, and it tasted absolutely delicious. If you have gluten intolerant guests, I would highly recommend getting a small cake from Unrefined!

I picked them among 3 bakeries. Julie gave us a tasting box for the groom. They have fun flavors and what I liked the most as that they were able to copy the cake from the picture I gave them without fondant.
