Alex was hired from Unveiled Moments for my wedding in Jan 2020 & it was a mistake! All the research I did prior comparing him to other photographers led me to believe he was the ...
right choice. I was left disappointed. His online reputation is different from what you are getting. I purchased a package that included a Boudoir session and album which were not delivered. He promised to find a studio for the Boudoir but never delivered. Recommendations for the session were unprofessional. Furthermore, he does not respond to emails/phone calls. After months of chasing him regarding the completion of the album, he finally responded and a 1st draft was completed. To date, he is not responding and I am left without a completed album. On top of this, the quality of my pictures are terrible; pictures of the ceremony were overexposed. He justified it by blaming that the room was too bright. Yet the pictures taken by guests weren’t overexposed. Time management was also an issue. I do not have pictures of my girls and I getting ready. My recommendation is to find a reputable photographer, with an active company, and studio. His company is inactive in Sunbiz. Exercise with caution!
Amazing and wonderful pictures!
Alex just completed some family pictures for us on the beach for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was an amazing and wonderful experience....
We had so much fun doing the shoot and the photos were incredible! I highly recommend him and can't say enough wonderful things. Loved everything! Thank you Alex for making the day and my parents 50th wedding anniversary photos so memorable!
Hiring Alex Wells -Unveiled Events was the WORST decision of my entire wedding. Alex presented himself as professional, kind, and willing to please us. However, that was far from ...
the truth! From the moment we signed our contract and wrote the first check, it was downhill from there. The lack of communication was ridiculous. Alex took weeks; sometimes months, to return phone calls, text messages and emails. Even the communication at the wedding while taking pictures was limited at best. We had no idea if he was taking a photo or still setting up. He told us at our first meeting how many weddings he has done and he raved at what a great photographer he is. He emphasized how speedy and efficient he is at taking family and group photos between the ceremony and the reception; however, we ran out of time and only had a few photos with just the bride & groom. Alex didn't uphold our contract on dates when I should have received proofs and our final photos/CD. I received my proofs 6 weeks late and my final photos/CD 12 weeks late and never once did Alex try to communicate with me that he was running late or had many projects going on that would interfere with his ability to meet his commitment and deadlines to us. If I did hear from him after reaching out to him several times, there was also some kind of excuse or garbage answer. I am very dissatisfied with my final photos and feel the quality was poor! I paid thousands of dollars for blurry photos! Your wedding day is a once and lifetime event, there is no re-do and no recreating the moments. As a bride you have many things to worry about and planning a wedding can get very stressful. Save yourself and the headache and chose another photographer. There are many out there with amazing work. I sure wish I did!

Alex Wells did a fantastic job..his photographs captured every amazing moment of our wedding. He immersed himself in our wedding and was able to connect with us in a way we could ...
have never imagined. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. Our guests all remarked how professional he was and how amazing his work was!! A true artist!

lt with Alex, we knew he was “the one.” Not only is he professional, but he approaches photography with an artistic and journalistic lens. He was able to help us arrange our wedding day schedule, recommend other vendors and generally ease our anxiety at all stages of wedding planning. He was up at the crack of dawn with us for an engagement shoot that produced beautiful photos and helped us feel more at ease having our pictures taken by a professional. Alex was there for us every step of the way, and his team was as professional, friendly and helpful as he was. When we received our photos from the big day, we were overwhelmed with what Alex captured on camera and how many incredible shots there were. When we finally narrowed it down, with Alex’s help, he laid out a gorgeous album for us. He was even accommodating to our wants and needs as self-admitted tough customers. The long hours and tremendous efforts Alex put into photographing our wedding and preserving our special day has resulted in lifelong memories and a lasting friendship.
Thank you, Alex.
My husband and I LOVE our wedding photos from Unveiled Events! They captured endless magical moments with such creative vision, professional clarity and generosity. Every detail ...
was considered, and we really appreciated the spontaneity and joyfulness they brought to our day and to our family. We had a blast shooting both before our wedding and on our day, getting playful, romantic and capturing the essence of our love. I cant tell you how many compliments Ive had on ALL of our gorgeous photos. We are eternally grateful that we chose Alex, Erik and the crew to be with us. For the rest of our lives we will cherish the moments and memories that they gifted us through these images of our love.
I'm was so grateful to finally find a photographer that was personable, talented and so accommodating! Not only did he do a fantastic job, we had so much fun with his creativity in...
getting some wonderful shots. He also rescued my wedding when my back drop broke, he used his extra equipment to fix it. Do yourself a favor stressed out bride and call Alex!
After reviewing numerous photographers and their websites, I became frustrated because I didn't feel like any were about actual quality - it was more about quantity. I wanted a co...
mpany that I knew would capture every moment of my wedding in the perfect way. I then came across Unveiled Events. After speaking with Alex for over an hour, I realized that this was the perfect match. Even over the phone, you could feel his passion for photography and shooting weddings. I am in love with the photos he has taken and I am so blessed to have come across him. You will not regret making the decision to hire Alex Wells and Unveiled Events.
I originally heard of Alex Wells through TheKnot.com and let me just say, he was enthusiastic and professional from the beginning! He met us at a coffee shop for our first meeting ...
and brought along a folder with information and wine to celebrate our engagement! Such a unique and personal touch!
Once we booked Alex Wells, we coordinated our Engagement Photos as well as Wedding Day timeline with him - and he was a trooper! He really worked with us to make sure our Wedding Package worked for us and fit in our budget!
We took pictures at 3 different locations for our Engagement Photos and all turned out great! He had the edited photos on a CD to us by the end of the month!
He was more than willing to answer my questions and talk things over on the phone regarding the wedding day and the timeline, etc. On the day of the wedding, he and his lighting assistant were AWESOME!! They took charge in the hotel prior to the wedding to get those shots done and were all over the place throughout the rest of the day. They got action and posed shots in the Church and at the Reception of both us and our wedding guests. He had the great idea of taking pictures with each table during the reception which makes for a great gift to guests!
We just picked up our wedding photos today and he was so kind to burn 3 different CDs - one for us and one for each set of parents! He also put the pictures on a USB for us.
All in all, the pictures are GORGEOUS and he went above and beyond! He did the cute, Pinterest-style pictures (including sparklers!) that I asked him to do and did a great job with the formal and informal pictures as well. It is also extremely helpful that he breaks the payments up into 3 separate amounts, with the final amount not due until you get your photos.
Thank you to Alex and his team for beautiful wedding photos and for all their help in planning and preparation. I highly recommend Alex Wells Photography (part of Unveiled Events)!
First, the pictures came out great. The ones he took were amazing. The problem is that there were a lot of "classic" shots we would have liked to see missing. There is ONE photogra...
ph of me (the bride) and my family. There is not even ONE photograph of my and my maid of honor. Alex is a great photographer with a very creative eye. He definitely aims to please but there were a lot of pictures that we now wish we had.
