Up In Smoke BBQ and Catering

We used Up In Smoke for our wedding and they could not have been easier to deal with or have served better food. They are entirely self-contained and super-efficient so they didn’t need anything from us. We hardly knew they were there! They did a pig roast for us and it was phenomenal. The meat was excellent but so were all the sides. We had just the right amount of leftovers to continue feeding our friends and out-of-town guests for the rest of the weekend. It probably would have been just the right amount of food if we hadn’t had 15 last minute cancellations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and hope we have an opportunity to use them again soon!

I fed over 120 people for $800. The pig was cooked on site and was cooked perfectly. I am a vegetarian, my wife is not, and there was enough food to keep everyone full. The Up In Smoke company is owned by a husband/wife pair who work very well together and made sure the food exactly how we asked for it. The price was a lot lower than we budgeted and the value of the food was impeccable. They supplied utensils and dishes; making my life easier. I plan to use UIS again for other parties we will have in the future. The relaxed BBQ feel was the theme we followed throughout the wedding. Our guests raved about the food and we estimated right on point because we didn't have a lot left over and that was our goal.
