Mike was an awesome DJ and JOP. From the very start, on our first zoom call we went over many details and he asked us a ton of questions to get to know us and our feel for the cere...
mony and reception. Mike was highly detailed and walked us through everything months before, at our rehearsal walk through and of course the day of the wedding. He was very relaxed and upbeat while performing the JOP duties during the ceremony and made the guests laugh several times while making the ceremony very special. During the reception he kept the dance floor full and the party going. He made quick on the fly adjustments we needed for scheduling and overall made the night go as smoothly as we could have hoped. It was a pleasure working with Mike and Upbeat City Entertainment!
Mike is an amazing DJ as well as JP! He is well known for how good of a job he does! When Mike married us, he was calm, cool, collected and organized. Mike set up sound system and ...
was attentive to when changes in volume for it needed to be made. Our guests in the back row reported being able to hear our vows well throughout the ceremony. The dance floor was packed the entire reception and Mike played a great mix of songs we requested as well as songs he felt were a good fit for the crowd. We had a wonderful time and we appreciate all his help throughout the planning, and rescheduling process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR SO MANY REASONS! Great guy all around!
Mike is incredible. He is a DJ, wedding coordinator, Justice of the peace, master of ceremony, friend, and confidant all rolled into one hilarious and sweet man. My wife and I coul...
dn’t have asked for anyone better or more experienced. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without him.
After attending numerous weddings, my husband and I agree that a DJ can either make or break a wedding reception. Hands down, selecting Mike as our DJ was one of the best decisions...
that we made. Mike is professional and thoughtful in the way he listens and incorporates all of your ideas into the song choices he uses during your event. Mike had everyone at our wedding on the dance floor for the entire night. He did not come with a set playlist, rather he was able to read our crowd to determine his next song choice. He is truly talented at what he does and we would highly recommend him without any reservations. Thank you Mike for making our wedding one hell of a celebration!
