Uplift Photography

gagement shoot and our wedding day, capturing the emotions and little details. I also greatly appreciate her calming and warm presence that helped me feel relaxed on the big day. Highly highly recommend!

photos leading up to the day for a couple of reasons. We didn't want to do a first look so we couldn't take certain photos before the ceremony, and there were also a lot of people to wrangle with a big bridal party and some family considerations. Plus, my husband really does not like posing for photos and I can never seem to keep my eyes open (lol), but Jade made the chaos of posing for photos such a breeze and captured so many beautiful shots and natural, candid moments. I was worried about having only one photographer, but Jade managed to somehow be everywhere all at once and capture everything. She also got great shots of our ceremony and reception set-up/decor, which is great both to showcase the amazing work of our other vendors as well as for us, since we didn't necessarily get a chance to see everything all set up before guests arrived. We recently got our photos back and I have just been smiling from ear to ear seeing how well they turned out and reliving all of the amazing memories. I am so glad Jade was available to capture our wedding day and I would absolutely recommend Uplift Photography to anyone planning their wedding!!

Mimi used the rain to make our advantage, taking some of the most amazing wedding photos!!!! Our engagement photos came out incredible and we can't wait to see our full wedding album!

ke sure we had a rain plan and that I was calm. Day of, when it rained for a bit and we had to move pics inside, she stayed incredibly positive and made sure we still got all of the shots we wanted. She made my wedding day perfect, and I couldn’t recommend her more!

he best hype woman ever! My husband is not a huge fan of taking photos and she was able to encourage him and give him the confidence he needed to get through all the photos on our wedding day. I choose her specifically because she takes the most beautiful spontaneous, joyous, and candid photos! I love feeling like I'm reliving the day when I look at her photos. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!

motions throughout the day. Not only did she capture all the special moments of the day, but she also was able to take so many great candid shots of us and our guests. My husband and I don't love being the center of attention, but Jade made us feel comfortable and totally at ease throughout the day. In addition to being super easy to get along with, she is also knowledgeable when it comes to developing a photo timeline which was very helpful!

lt so comfortable with her. I will recommend her time and time again!

e helped me plan the timeline of the wedding day, kept me calm throughout the process, and was amazing the day of the wedding! It rained unexpectedly and she still got the best shots! My family and friends still keep talking about how incredible, professional and upbeat Jade and her team were. So thankful for you Jade!!

date but still wanted to elope. Jade was there to photograph and provide us with beautiful memories. We are so happy that she was able to be a part of our special day once again. I’m not one that loves being in the spotlight and taking pictures but Jade made me feel so comfortable. We were so happy with the pictures taken. They are absolutely stunning! I highly recommend choosing Uplift Photography!

not re-hire many of our existing vendors. I scoured the internet looking for a photographer who has a modern and fresh style that focuses on candid moments and capturing the emotion of such an important day. After working with Jade I can confirm that she did just that! Without meeting Jade in person prior to the big day, she was still able to jump right in the morning of our wedding and make everyone extremely calm and relaxed. She truly went above and beyond her "role" as a photographer and made sure to help us move through the day with ease while still capturing all of our most special moments. After having a year where truly very little has gone right I can promise you that picking Jade to be our photographer was the absolute RIGHT CHOICE and our pictures are beyond beautiful. If you are considering working with Uplift photography then look no further! I can promise you Jade will far exceed your expectations as she did ours.

d was able to capture the best of our moments at two different locations. Her photos are amazing and we can not thank Jade enough for everything she did on our wedding day. It was a pleasure working with her! I highly recommend Uplift Photography and will be using them again!

now husband. She took the most incredible photos for our engagement shoot, and I cannot wait another moment to see how incredible our wedding photos are. Through the anxiety of the day, she kept us calm and brought such good energy with her. From the few photos I saw so far I’m already completely blown away - as are my family and friends. Thank you so much Jade for making our day so special!

tly made us feel comfortable, encouraged us to be ourselves and the photos she captured were perfectly true to our personalities. When Jade and Tim arrived on our Wedding Day, I was finally able to relax, since I knew they would keep things on time and on schedule. It was such a relief to have them by our side. And the photos! They are beyond amazing. They show the true emotion- the joy, the happiness, the laughter, the occasional tear. Looking through them brings back such amazing memories of the day. We truly cannot thank them enough for capturing our wedding day.

ediately asked Jade for her availability before even choosing a wedding date at the venue. She did a phenomenal job for our engagement shoot- we have so many gorgeous images and got SO many compliments on them. Jade knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and exactly how to direct you to stand, pose etc so the photos come out absolutely stunning. For our wedding day, both Jade and her husband Tim were shooting for us. They are such genuinely nice people which was so important for us when choosing vendors- they created such a nice, calming environment on what can be a very stressful day! They don't miss a beat- a little bit into the reception, Jade pulled us outside to get a few shots of the stunning pink sunset sky and before they left for the night they even double checked if there were any other specific shots we wanted. The sneak peeks we have seen so far look like they are out of a magazine- I am in awe of their talent and eye. Booking Uplift was the easiest decision I made in wedding planning and we could not be happier.

ughs with our bridal party. By the end of the day she felt like a part of the family! Her photos are absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn’t be happier having chosen her as our photographer!

photographer and when I ran across Uplift Photography I KNEW they were the perfect ones for the job. Jade and Tim were a blessing to have photograph our wedding capturing all our of special moments with perfection, putting up with the crazy snow and 4 different families. Not only that, but they felt like friends the whole day laughing with us, joking around with us and just having a great time. It made it so much easier to just relax and have a good time since you could tell they were too. The photos look like they are straight from a magazine and I'm so glad we were able to use them for our special day! Could not have asked for better memories captured :) Thanks so much for everything Jade & Tim and we hope we can have another photoshoot with you the next time we come to NY!

...and even though we had some rain, they came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Uplift Photography. :)

ding day Jade and Tim were with us through everything and it was so nice to see them as soon as we got to the venue. They are truly a calming presence on such a stressful day. Jade has such amazing attention to detail and we received files and files of magazine-worthy wedding photos. Their prices are competitive and reasonable and the quality is above standard. I received files much sooner than expected and all files were made available to me. Uplift made my big day live on for my husband and I through the most beautiful photos and we will cherish them forever. THANK YOU JADE & TIM!!

edding! I reached out to Jade before booking anything else because I knew no matter what happened that day (rain or shine, bad or good venue, crazy wedding guests or not) Uplift photos would make the day look impeccable! It was truly a joy working with Jade and Tim from beginning to end. Our photos are more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed. We had so much confidence in Jade and Tim that we chose to save money on a videographer for our big day since we knew Jade and Tim would capture our emotion simply through our photos. They did not disappoint!! We can't wait to work with them again one day when we have a Baby Loprieno!! :)

so impressed with her work for both weddings that I knew I had to have her for mine. Throughout the entire process, Jade and Tim, were consistently professional, dependable and very easy to work with. Both of them have awesome personalities and made, what can be a stressful process, very worry free. We could not be happier with our engagement session and wedding photos. However, being so awesome, does mean they book up quickly so I would not hesitate on booking them!

ul work on their website and blog I was continuously impressed by their creative eye, high quality work and the beautiful moments they were able to capture. After our engagement session with Jade I knew I had made a great choice. Not only did Jade brave hiking up Mohonk mountain with us, she was able to give us amazing photos - and so MANY great ones!! My husband had never done a photoshoot before and Jade had us cracking up and feeling comfortable the whole time. The whole experience was awesome. Fast forward to the wedding itself and I couldn't believe how easy it was working with Jade and Tim. They were able to work with my videographers flawlessly and they were not intrusive at all. After seeing my photos after the wedding I couldn't be happier! Uplift photography has truly given us phenomenal photographs that will help us remember and cherish our beautiful wedding forever. If you are debating going with Jade and Tim I highly recommend you book now!!!

e put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable. Even our wedding party was raving about how amazing she was to work with! We truly felt like she was our advocate on our wedding day and she captured each moment perfectly. It was really important to us to feel personally connected to the vendors, as they would be such a large part of our wedding day. I can truly say that we made the right choice with Jade and look forward to working with her again in the future!

elp figure out how to fix it. I am not going to lie, I was a needy bride and needed to get certain pictures since my husbands parents are divorced. Both Jade and Tim were so nonchalant and were able to get every picture I needed, including s picture of my grooms entire extended family of over 50 people! Our pictures came out amazing and to think that I can only pick 70 out of the thousand that we have is crazy! Don't think any further, book uplift for your wedding, engagement session, etc. they will leave you with pictures that hold amazing memories!!!!! Love you guys!!! xoxo Michele Kraminitz

any bride can ask for!

photos which also came out fabulous.

ating and know exactly how to manage the day from start to finish. Their photography and video package was perfect for us as we weren't looking for a 2 hour long video. It was important for us to have the photography fit our style and Jade did exactly that. It felt natural, not to pose-like and the essence of the day really came through. The pictures were beautiful, original and better than anything I could have hoped for. The video blew us away. AMAZING job Tim!! From the music to the editing, everything was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a great photo/video pair with great personalities that are easy to work with and will deliver beyond your expectations, definitely go with Uplift Photography.

engagement photos. Immediately, my husband and I loved her fun and laid back nature. We booked Uplift on the spot over a year and a half before our wedding. A few months later we met up with her again for our engagement shoot. Jade made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and laughed with us the whole time. On the day of our wedding, Jade and Tim were amazing. We can't say enough about them as photographers and as people! Their calming presence and positive attitude were exactly what we needed. We trusted them both implicitly and that was due to their abundantly apparent kindness and consideration. We cannot thank them enough and will continue to recommend them to every one of our friends who is planning a wedding!

t Jade would be our photographer of choice. Jade and Tim were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were the easiest people to work with and had a calm, easygoing composure the entire time despite having to deal with some strong rain for part of the event. All of the photos came out just as amazing as we expected, if not more. We are so happy to have selected Jade as our photographer and love that we will have the most amazing albums to remind us of our wedding day for many years to come.

king for. She had great suggestions and navigated our complicated family dynamics like a pro. Not to mention that the pictures are GORGEOUS! She and Tim work so well together you hardly even know they are there, yet they captured great shots. They are also both just easy-going and friendly people which is so necessary when you are nervous on your big day! We would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in the future!

ing meeting and then came back again to do our engagement photos. Our engagement photos were unbelievable, Jade has a fantastic eye and the photos blew us away; we couldn't wait for our wedding pictures. A wedding in itself can be a bit chaotic but Jade and Tim's calm demeanor put us at ease. They were so easy to work with and captured our day perfectly. Again, I can't say enough about the high quality of their work as well as their professionalism. We can't thank them enough!

dy, to wedding party photos before-hand, to the ceremony, to the reception. Their photos are UNBELIEVABLE; both the wedding day photos and the amazing engagement shoot photos that we used for our announcements and Save-Our-Dates. Jade has the most incredible eye for capturing the scenery, light, and emotions expertly. They were very flexible to meet our needs/schedules, and special thanks to working with our large extended/split families and helping us revise the wedding day plan two weeks before the wedding when we changed our mind on a first-look! They also travel (up to a certain distance for free), so there's no reason anyone in the New York/CT area should pick anyone else. Thank you so much, Jade!

g, and supportive. I've only seen a few photos and I can't wait to see the rest.

s soon as it was my turn to get married, i reached out to Jade within a week of my own engagement. The services she provided were beyond my already-high expectations. Jade and Tim were extremely professional, responsive, and fun. They were receptive and catered to our wants. Uplift is also dabbling in videography, so we got a great bundle of the photos (2 photographers - ended up being 3) and a video commercial of our wedding - perfection! and under budget! First, our engagement shoots. Jade did her best to work with our hectic work schedules and despite her hestitations of booking too early in light of rain, she accommodated us. She traveled hours away from her home to meet us at my family's home for photos. She made us laugh the entire time and we had more photos to pick from than we knew what to do with! As for the wedding, i do not yet have our photos but am expecting more great results. Jade and Tim made us laugh the entire day, accommodated a gigantic bridal party and extended family. They checked in multiple times to make sure they got our must-shots (both before and during the wedding). They even made sure we knew they were leaving since we had not yet cut the cake and she wanted to make sure this memory was captured. I cannot speak more highly of Uplift. Every step of the way was calm, just what a bride needs. Their work speaks for itself, and we cannot wait for our photos! Bonus: they have let you download the photos so you can print your own while you await the books (if part of your package I presume). Thank you Uplift for helping us have the perfect wedding!

d etc and I kept coming across Uplift Photography. I fell in love with all of Jade and Tim's pictures!! I set up a time to meet with jade and she was awesome! So easy to talk to and share all of our wedding details with. She had great insight and showed me past brides ideas to help me visualize exactly what I was looking for. We did an engagement shoot which my fiancé at the time was not thrilled about having to do. We love pictures but were expecting an awkward 2 hours of posing etc, it was NOTHING like that. Within 5-10 minutes we were joking around with Jade and got some amazing shots. My fiancé was thrilled that we did the engagement shoot and it just made our wedding day that much smoother since we had already worked with Jade and felt super comfortable. I just got my full wedding album gallery yesterday and was left speechless at work. Jade and Tim were able to capture every special moment of our day and so many amazing candid ones as well. Jade and time are an awesome couple who have such a passion for their job. They even took us to a special/secret location at the Grandview where they shot some amazing photos of us by the Hudson! I cannot begin to thank Jade and Tim enough for spending the day with us and making it so much fun while capturing so many moments that we will treasure forever. Everyone told me my biggest regret would be not having a videographer, well I don't regret it one bit because Jade and Tim's pictures tell the story of our wedding day that no videographer would have been able to do.

ecision. I absolutely loved my engagement pictures and my wedding pictures were even BETTER. Her style is flawless and her execution is perfect. For me, I felt like I was a chicken with my head cut off when it came to planning my wedding... Jade really calmed all my fears and anxiety. She answered so many questions and even helped me with things I was clueless about. She kept the group on schedule for pictures the day of the wedding so we didn't miss cocktail hour and enjoyed our big day. Jade and Tim truly are artists and have such an eye for capturing all the amazing moments that you may not remember during the whirlwind of a day. If I had to make my decision over again...I wouldn't think twice. A+++ in my book.

nerves the day of the wedding. Jade was a calming presence and reminded me that it was my day to have fun and to just enjoy it. Many of my friends have praised the photos - exclaiming how gorgeous they are and what a great job our photographers did, especially since our wedding was in March and we didn't have the typical summery background. One of my favorite things about Jade and Tim was that they were not in your face like some other wedding photographers. They were able to get amazing photos without being intrusive. They also managed to get my husband who was not super excited about posing for hundreds of photos to actually enjoy himself! We both love our photographs which are beautiful and truly capture the essence of the day. I am excited to look at them for years to come and relive all the great moments. Thank you Jade & Tim!

the wedding making sure everything was carried out and captured exactly as I had envisioned. In a moment of stress when I could have spiraled into dismay and missed out on truly experiencing a huge important moment of our day, Jade stepped in and calmed me with a few simple reassurances. She put my mom and grandmother at ease. She had it covered and knew exactly what she was doing. We can't wait to see what her and Tim captured! Her packages are also incredibly reasonable. We did the top package which was the same as the base price for some other photographers and we know how talented Jade and Tim are!

she posted a few on Facebook as a teaser. Very professional, did not get in the way of any aspect of the wedding, and helped a lot with coordinating on the day of. Jade had everything pretty much in control, so we just exchanged a few emails before the wedding to get the timeline down, and we ended up with time to spare. The day was beautiful, and they were awesome. I can not recommend them enough!

tations and Uplift photography exceeded them all! I could stare at our photos all day and never tire of them. We have received so many compliments, I am so happy that we found and hired Jade.

ng twice as much! She is amazing, makes you feel totally comfortable, and her work is stunning. And she absolutely loves her job, and is excited to be with you, and is not at all jaded (no pun intended) - she is genuinely excited about your day, and wants to help make it the best it can be!

e. She worked with us incessantly and eagerly to discuss our photo ideas for both our engagement shoot and the actual wedding day, and executed them perfectly. Jade and her husband Tim were absolutely divine to work with the day of the wedding. They were calm and cool, kept the atmosphere fun and light and the energy up while photos were taken with my husband and myself, our families and the wedding party. With Uplift, we did not have to worry about our photographs for a single second. We knew all of the stops would be pulled out to get the best photos and angles possible. There was nothing more important than knowing we were in good hands, and it was one less thing for us to worry about the day of the wedding. The final products - the engagement shoot and the wedding day - are picture perfect, and we are beyond in love with them. We are so proud of our photos, and will treasure them for the rest of our lives. Uplift will become a staple in our lives as we will continue to tap into their talent to document our future life events as we start to grow a family. There is no one else we would recommend more highly.

but I wanted something more than the entirely traditional style that their photographer had. I found out about Jade via Facebook when one of my friends used her for her own wedding. The pictures were unbelievably beautiful- I mean just look at all the amazing pictures on Jade's blog site (http://upliftphotography.blogspot.com/). Jade and Tim are both such nice people and very comfortable to be around. My husband was hesitant about the photographer because he didn't want to look too "cheesy" in the pictures. After meeting with Jade and having her shoot our engagement session, he was so happy that we chose Uplift. The pictures really capture the moment and convey the love between us. I know it sounds corny- but it's true! She really knows how to capture a romantic moment. I would definitely recommend an engagement session- not only because you can meet Jade and hang out with her for the day, but because you will be so much more comfortable on the wedding day. Our bridal party loved Jade & Tim- I don't know how you couldn't! We have had many people compliment our pictures and ask about Uplift. Obviously I have only the best things to say, and would highly recommend them for any bride looking for a photographer.

iments from my wedding party about how relaxed they felt around the photographers getting their pictures taken, and also compliments from some wedding guests after seeing their pictures that they were some of the best they've ever seen. They're very creative, and pictures don't come out stiff, formal, or posed. Worth every penny!

ly laugh and have genuine smiles for our pictures and they made us feel like taking pictures was fun instead of being a torturous process! Also, Jade was 7 months pregnant while doing all of this so kudos to her!! They are incredible and I highly recommend them.

ding and the pictures I saw on her Facebook page were incredible and so romantic (I mean, have you liked Uplift's Facebook page yet and seen their weekly updates from weddings? Further, their blog posts took my breath away). I emailed my friend and she told me all about the research she did and how happy she was with her choice. I trusted her, as I know she really did take her time finding the perfect photographer for her big day. I immediately sent Jade and email providing my wedding date and asking her to give me some information about pricing. However, I had a bit of a unique situation: I lived in NYC with my fiancé who was in medical school at the time; my parents and wedding venue was 45 minutes north of the city in Westchester County; and while Jade and her husband Tim were more than happy to travel to meet us, it just didn't fit into my fiancé and my hectic work schedules. So Jade and I set up a phone meeting. Right off the bat we hit it off. We discussed everything. Things that I never in a million years thought were important enough to warrant a conversation- how many parents, grandparents, siblings will there be? Will you be taking pictures with god parents? Any little children involved? The best part was that I never had to worry about any of these little details after we talked about them that first day because Jade and Tim do this ALL THE TIME so I could leave all the "time-lining" and “logistical details” up to them. I never met Jade or Tim until the day of the wedding. This might sound strange but it is true. It didn't even matter, in the end. We had talked on the phone, texted, emailed so it felt totally normal. She came into my house the morning of and immediately started to work, taking pictures of everything: jewelry, flowers, my dress, shoes, etc. At first my mom was fussing around trying to move things and help her and she was so calm and quiet, almost like she wasn't even there and just told my mom with the biggest smile: "Don't worry about me at all! I am fine!" We still laugh about how quiet she was and how she was able to get those stunning pictures in our very normal looking living room. Aside from my absolutely stunning photos that I will have forever, I have one distinct memory from that day. It was right as I was getting into my dress and putting all the finishing touches on. I had my mom, 7 bridesmaids, a few aunts, my father, everyone surrounding me and I was starting to feel a little nervous and awkward and emotional. I didn't even need to say anything to Jade; she saw it in my eyes, on my face, and through her camera when no one else in the room noticed. She immediately asked everyone to leave the room for a few minutes so she could take some pictures with me alone. It really helped me get my thoughts together and take a quiet few minutes to enjoy the moment and what was going to be the best day of my life. All in all, I highly recommend Jade and Tim. They are a phenomenal, happy, smiling, goofy-and-adorably-in-love couple who made our day fun, made us feel at ease, and most importantly made taking a million pictures on a 90 degree afternoon fun.
