I am writing this review to formally address a serious issue regarding my recent experience with this company.

ted. However, due to a consistent lack of responsiveness and communication, I made the decision to cancel on February 15th — more than 50 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Given the significant advance notice, and the fact that services were not rendered, I formally requested a full refund of my $375. Despite the reasonable timeframe and circumstances, the company has refused to return my payment.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Clear communication and fair business practices are essential, especially when clients pay in good faith well in advance of an event. Refusing to issue a refund with this much notice reflects poorly on the company’s integrity and customer service standards.
I am and have formally requesting that my $375 be refunded promptly. I hope this matter can be resolved professionally and without further escalation.
