We wanted a great location and RiNo provides that. The get ready house, amazing deck and the beautiful Venue fit our needs. We recommend working with Sonia and her team. They calmed all of our concerns and we were happy to hear that they do things right. They definately do things right. A professional team was what our family wanted and received.

This spacious Victorian house features a private entrance, generous lounge, amazing full-length mirror, three private get-ready rooms, a private restroom, and access to the deck. Elegance, History, with modern features. Chandeliers, designer rugs, original wood floors, doors, and windows, exposed brick walls and abundant natural light on three sides.
Step into the breathtaking Colorado outdoors on our fully landscaped outdoor deck. Adorned with river stone elements, hedges, ivy, trees, grass, and shrubs. A picturesque setting for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and much more. Scenic and versatile for first looks, and family photos.
We offer a prime location, with a dedicated and experienced team. Choose from our full-service options or assemble your vendors. Surrounded by a bustling entertainment district, just blocks away from downtown Denver. Convenient for pre- and post-party options.
We offer coordination services. Carefully crafted floorplans, incorporate the special stations and functions. Timelines that consider flow and functions for all seasons. We incorporate your vision and assist in managing logistic and back-of-house activities.
Upper Larimer is approved for 340-guest seated capacity. Venue Rental comes complete with tables and chairs for 200 guests, cocktail tables, a full bar setup and all wedding stations.

heir accessibility made the experience easy. There were no hidden fees or red tape. It makes sense that Chadd and Sonia prefer to work with certain vendors. The vendors that Upper Larimer recommended were professional and knew the venue well which made the day flow easily. I didn’t feel like I had to micromanage a single thing on the day of the wedding. The venue is so beautiful. It doesn’t need a lot of extra wall decor because it has a classic rustic look already, all while being located in the heart of RiNo. And the bridal suite is gorgeous, spacious, and feels luxurious. We had 100 guests, and though the venue can absolutely hold
More, it didn’t feel empty. The space was utilized perfectly for our size group. The location is perfect because there are so many places around to organize a rehearsal dinner or an after party and many hotels for guests. Our out of town guests enjoyed exploring the RiNo area on their visit to Denver. We had a fantastic experience at Upper Larimer and couldn’t recommend the venue more! 10/100 100% of the time.

On the wedding day itself, everything was seamless. The space is stunning — from the natural light to the thoughtful layout, every detail contributes to an incredibly beautiful atmosphere. Just as important, the day was completely pain-free for us. We were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and trust that everything was being handled behind the scenes.

We booked over a year in advance and any time I had a question or requested a last minute tour with friends/family, I heard back within hours, if not minutes. The space they have created is not only beautiful and versatile, but intentional. From the outdoor lighting, to the details in the getting ready house, they have thought of everything to help create a perfect day. I also really appreciate that they have vendor recommendations, but not requirements, leaving plenty of room to make our wedding unique.

The management has clearly shown how experienced they are, by giving us advice on how to have the best wedding possible. They helped us figure out important details like how to hang a ceiling piece and give us ideas on our ceremony/reception layout.
The house that is included with the venue was so beautiful and is the perfect place to get ready in for our big day. It added a level of comfort to get ready in a house versus a hotel room.
On the day of the wedding, I was able to see the management there who has helped us from the beginning. Knowing that they knew the plan and has been a crucial part in creating it, reassuranced that our wedding will go well. Upper Larimer is great at what they do and you will not be disappointed if you have your event here.

n the Denver metro area about 15 months before our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our choice after getting married this October! Chadd and Sonia provided extensive details about the venue and allowed us to come visit as many times as we requested. We got to see the space being set up for another wedding, we brought our friends and family to see it when they visited town and our vendors were welcome to check it out prior as well! Leading up to the wedding, we felt like they gave us all of the support we could have asked for and more. We made adjustments to the space and personalized it exactly how we wanted. On wedding day, Chadd served as so much more than the owner of the venue. He supported our planner, helped set up and tear down, worked collaboratively with our vendors and helped avoid big mishaps. Everyone of our guests raved about the venue, its outdoor space and its authentic nature. Our photos have turned out incredible, thanks in part to location of the space! We feel so grateful to have found Upper Larimer for our wedding and absolutely recommend you using them for your next event!

Whenever we encountered an issue with our event, the staff at the Upper Larimer were less than helpful. When we asked to reschedule our event, I received a one word or at most a on...
e sentence response. I felt that once they had us locked into a contract that they had no desire to help us to make our event what we wanted. On the day of the event, their day of coordinator was not helpful. He did not abide by our wishes in any way. When the event occurred, at first we had the space “for 24 hours”. When it occurred, they held a wedding the morning of our event and made us wait outside while it finished. When the dancing started, they left all of the lights on. I cannot recommend this venue at all other than the fact that it is a nice space.

bridal suite was worth adding on to our rental package as it made the perfect location and had a home and warm ambiance feel for whole bridal party. Chad and Sonia were a wonderful team to work with when planning our wedding of over 200 this past September. They both were great communicators with myself and our wedding planner. They did a great job making sure we had everything neccessary to have a fun and succesful wedding. Their venue is gorgeous, we loved the location right in the Rino district also our guest appreciated it as well. Being centrally located everyone was able to make it as well as uber to and from the wedding. The patio was a perfect place for our passed apps and band during post ceremony hour. I definetly reccomend using this venue. My wedding was AMAZING!

ape, to the outdoor patio, to inside venue. I loved the brick walls and chandelier. The House next door was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. We had the flexibility to choose and bring in all of our vendors. Our wedding had 115 people and it worked perfectly. The space comes with moveable wooden walls which makes it super flexible for any size or type of group. One thing I would double check is who is working the event in terms of the security guard. The venue requires one and I believe they hire them through a third party. I would just ask the venue how many events they have worked and if it has been satisfactory. Other than that - the space will not let you down. The billing and contract process was easy and straight forward.
