Welcome to Upper Larimer! We are conveniently located just blocks from Downtown Denver in the heart of the amazing River North Arts district (RiNo). Upper Larimer (TM) is a 340 Person Capacity Event Venue. We consist of: - A large Ballroom style 6,000 square foot venue within our historic clear span warehouse built in 1908. - A 950 square foot Wedding Suite that is located in our Victorian homestead that dates back to 1888. - 26 private parking spaces. Both buildings have just been fully restored to their original beauty and character. We additionally recently completed the expansion and renovation of our three parking areas with new surfaces. We look forward to assisting you in planning your special day!
