Their new Rue Royal Collection invitation line boasts inspirations from the French Quarters of New Orleans with elements of feathers, acrylic, dried flowers, and snakeskin detailing. Each available collection offers a unique theme, allowing couples to select their preference according to their event style. Couples are invited to consult with the talented team at Upscales Custom Collection to discuss their celebration details, budget, ideas, and visions. A sketch and digital design will then be created and adjusted as needed. Once the final invitation is created, a sample can be sent to newlyweds to ensure every detail is just right. Upscales Custom Collection also provides catalogs, menus, place cards, RSVP cards, Save the Dates, and Thank You Cards.

Based on the Northshore by way of New Orleans, India Scales started Upscales Custom Collection November 2018 as a small stationery company specializing in unique custom stationery suites utilizing various textiles to create remarkable statement pieces also known as invitations. Within the first year, India has shown in Bridal Shows, has been featured in New Orleans Wedding Magazine, and Fox 8 news! Now that it is my turn to be a bride I reached out to a few vendors to shoot them my ideas and possibly receive quotes. India was by far the most responsive for them all. She communicated clearly, understood my vision, and DELIVERED! Even in my wildest dream couldn't conjure up the beauty and love that went into my bridesmaid proposal boxes. Everyone loved them! India with Upscale Customs is a dream to work with. I came to her with a very specific idea of what I wanted for my invite. It happened to be out of budget but India is so great at what she does that she was able to create something that was very similar to, honestly speaking even nicer than, what I envisioned. Impeccable quality. Did I mention it fell right at my price point? Her level of professionalism is unmatched, she works/responds quickly, and she really has an eye for design. I will continue to use Upscale Customs and highly recommend.

What can I say but Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! India has the MOST creative and high quality products. As a planner it’s important to have great vendors to refer to your clients, and Upscales is definitely who I refer to ALL of my clients.

India/Upscale Custom Designs provided custom invitations, gift bags, monogram stamp and door hangs and second-line handkerchiefs for our wedding. The guests were so impressed with the invitations, “They were showing them off to other people!” If you are looking for something above the ordinary Upscale will deliver. India will take the time to figure out what you want and base your design/product on that and not just give you a cookie-cutter product. As the name implies it will be Custom!

My first reaction of Ms. India, The owner of Upscale Custom Collection she was very nice and professional. I explained to her exactly what me and my fiancé were looking for and she simply delivered on our idea. Not only did she make our vision come to life she also was able to make them in the short amount of time we needed. She listens and cares about her customers. Guaranteed customer satisfaction. The invitations were amazing,we still get compliments on them. She’ll definitely create more invitations for us for other upcoming events.

My first interaction with Upscales was extremely professional. Upon talking with the owner/designer India I discovered she was very creative and her primary focus was to make my vision come true. She was able to come up with a design that was perfect for the theme of my wedding. Another thing that was great about Upscales was that they were very persistent in making sure I met all my time lines, so that production could be completed in a timely manor, that was very important to me as an overwhelmed bride! On my wedding day I ended up with beautifully designed custom bags for my bridesmaids and a monogram that’s really set the tone for my wedding! Their ability to provide you with Unique designed you won’t find on the typical wedding sites, will make you feel very special! I recommend Upscales for any bride looking for a very personalized and Upscale design to complement their big day!!
