te change to our venue plans and have the wedding at my home. Upstate Party Rental put up a beautiful tent with all the trimmings, it was elegant and ethereal in providing a dreamy outdoor space. They also provided all the tables, chairs and everything else our caterer needed. They put up two chandeliers and we added all of the string lights ourselves, it was simply perfect! I can’t thank them enough, they came in days ahead and magically set it all up & then disappeared until it was time for it to come down. They were at all times professional and accommodating. I did get my dream wedding after all and I thank them for their role in helping me to achieve that!

ng almost didn't happen. My tent was so late we barely had any time to set up. Now at first it was understandable because of the weather but then they kept lying about what time they would drop it off and when I called they had my event date wrong (thought the paper work was right) and I was then screamed at by the childish owner like it was my fault they were late. They weren't considerate at all and made the day before my wedding a living hell. We have less than 5 hours to set up for my wedding that had 110 guest. I will never use this company again due to the worst customer service and the fact the owners have no idea how to properly run a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The tent and lighting turned out beautiful. Staff was very helpful and made decisions (about dance floor, table cloths) that made the day turn out perfectly. Very satisfied.
Okay so at least we had shelter for our wedding and we couldn't afford tent liners but I wish we could have because it was pretty dingy looking inside the tent and it had holes. Al...
so, we got sidewalls with windows and most of those looked like they got rolled through the mud a few times plus we had some that didn't even match the other windows. Same with the chairs but that was less of a big deal. I give it 3 stars because at least it wasn't at a bad price necessarily. I hate giving bad reviews because I knew it wasn't going to be perfect but when you in vision a look for your wedding and pay almost $3,000 you picture better quality. Also, on a good note for them they are very nice and will answer any questions you have without attitude. So I guess it really comes down to what you are willing to accept for your event.
