I got to a point where I was at a loss of choosing songs for a particular moment and Natalie was so collaborative and paid attention to my other song selections to provide suggestions that would be cohesive to everything else. We hired the Strings Duo, which created the perfect amount of ambiance for our venue. I'm so pleased that we could find wonderful, accommodating live music for a reasonable cost that fit our budget. tion with Natalie leading up to the day! One negative experience was during our cocktail hour. Our venue had an outdoor and indoor cocktail area. The strings played outside and we were informed that they would bring a speaker so guests inside could also hear their music. Unfortunately this did not happen and luckily our DJ was able to play music inside. Overall, I would recommend!

me, so I was so extremely thrilled that we had beautiful music played by live musicians at our wedding ceremony. The musicians arrived early for set up, and closely followed the events of the ceremony to make sure the music matched what was happening. I love how I was able to select any song and even if the songs I chose weren't already in their repertoire, it was arranged for my big day.

inquiring online, Natalie Spehar, the owner, reached out to me via email. Right away I could tell how professional and prompt she was. She answered all of my questions and was SO HELPFUL in every way possible. Although I knew nothing about violin music, she made me feel so comfortable. It was a "no doubts about it" decision in which I knew Upstate Strings was who I had to use for our big day. Prior to and after booking, Natalie, was there every step of the way. She was very organized and prompt. She even helped me put together what songs we wanted/order for them to be played and gave so many great suggestions. I can't say enough about Upstate Strings. If you are having any doubts, don't, they are absolutely amazing. Our violinist on the day-of was professional and played the most beautiful music. I would recommend anyone I know to go with Upstate Strings.
