I don't want to give away too many secrets, but I will say the personal touches they incorporate into your appointments are out of this world and so memorable! I have the most beautiful memories of being surrounded by my favorite people at my appointment having the best day. We were being spoiled with yummy treats and drinks by the wonderful ladies of Uptown. Jess was my consultant for my initial 3 hour appointment and pick-up appointment and I couldn't be more thankful for her! She was patient, attentive, and so personable! It was so nice to have such a personalized experience with the whole store to myself. Any question, request, or clarification- someone from Uptown was always ready and eager to help.
Planning a wedding can be a roller coaster of emotions with many ups and downs, but I knew that I was in good hands with choosing Uptown. I received countless compliments about my dress on my wedding day and I credit Uptown for their patience in helping me along every step of the way. I wish I could work there so I could relish in all that bridal magic every day, but also because I would love to make others feel as happy as they made me feel at my appointment. Everything was personalized to me - from the music, to the drinks & treats, to the photos of me and my fiancé around the boutique, to the gorgeous bouquet flowers! I laughed, I cried and I found the dress of my dreams. The deposit is worth every penny, even if I didn’t find my perfect dress (which I did), the experience is unlike anything else. Then they went over and beyond when my sister, who lives out of state and missed my selection day, wanted to surprise me at my fitting. a private experience just for the bride and her guests. Uptown Bridal personalizes the whole experience based on the answers you gave on the questionnaire such as wedding colors and song preferences. First you start off in the living room area where you sit, relax, drink and talk with your guests. They provide snacks and drinks and you are able to bring your own wine or champagne. Then the guests move into the main room where the bride comes out to show off the dresses she tries on. During the entire time, there is someone who takes pictures and they send the photos to you at the end of the day. My bridesmaids had a great time and I highly recommend this place to all future brides looking for a wedding dress.

I went to a salon before which was the normal 1.5 hour appointment and by the time I got to Uptown, I was tired and faint due to the jumping in and out of dresses and not even having time to drink water at the prior appointment. However, this appointment is 3 hours and they made sure to give me time (and donuts and water) to just sit in the room and rest and made sure I knew I wasn't rushed at all. We showed them a dress I liked at the previous store and without me even looking through dresses, they brought me the most perfect dress!They helped me find my DREAM dress along with an amazing veil and headpiece. told me about this boutique and said she had heard nothing but good things about it. I can vouch for that now. I made my appointment in August 2017, and the wait for January was agonizing . The next five months were a roller coaster of emotions; nervousness, excitement and insomniac. During those five months, I also saw countless episodes of TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, bawling my eyes out and impatiently waited for my appointment.
Uptown Bridal gave me some homework: a questionnaire and to go into their Pinterest and pin the dresses I wanted to try on.
Fast forward to the day of my appointment. My mom, two sister-n-laws, step mother-n-law and my fiance's sister met at my house at 0600 to drive a few hours to Chandler. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked into the Boutique. I mean EVERYTHING. The building was the cutest thing ever, they had donuts for us, coffee, macaroons, and sparkling non-alcoholic champagne. It was very personal, they had pictures of Justin and I all over the place. The room where I was going to be trying on dresses was filled with dresses I had pinned. I also had the option to pick out any others I wanted to try. My step mother-n-law picked one out for me (which ended up being "The One")!
I had never tried wedding gowns on so I was nervous. The first one I tried on ended up being MY DRESS!!!! I wont give any more spoilers about how amazing it is. Just call Uptown Bridal, make an appointment and live the experience yourself. You will NOT regret it!

I had my mind set on a strapless mermaid dress. I tried on numerous dresses and didn’t seem to fall in love with any of the ones I had picked out, so they picked out a few of their choices for me. The first one I tried on that they chose for me ended up being my dream dress, and to my surprise it wasn’t strapless!
