Month of, week of, and day of, she was so impressive. I truly can’t imagine the most important milestone of my life without her. She was so on top of it and made running a 200+ black tie event look easy. She knew where everything and everyone was at all times. As with any wedding, a couple things went wrong, but the way she handled them was professional and made me feel at ease. She was always where I needed her to be. From a design and decor perspective….. all I can say is WOW. I had a vision and she grew that vision and then helped to execute it perfectly. The teams she orchestrated and the people she brought in were all literally perfect. She has a ton of material and templates to use but since I am super type-A myself, she also let me do things my way. She was fine with me using my own sheets/docs/lists etc. I could go on and on about Nicole and her team. If you are getting married, you need a Nicole.

Our wedding was unique, we had a Hindu ceremony in the morning followed by a traditional American cocktail hour, dinner and dancing in the evening, and while Urban Allure didn’t have everything we needed in-house (like a stage, large mandap, Indian chairs or Indian statues), Nicole seamlessly coordinated with other vendors to pull everything together. She even handled pickup and return of those items, which took a huge load off our plates. The team’s schedule for setup and breakdown was tailored to our needs, and everyone was prompt, professional, and kind. They even offered to store our Indian floral garlands (from another shop) the day before the wedding to save us the hassle of finding fridge space. We received countless compliments on our bouquets, mandap florals, the ceiling greenery (which looked absolutely magical), and how beautifully the florals were repurposed throughout the day. Nicole and her team worked quietly behind the scenes when needed and stepped in with support when appropriate, always striking the right balance. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible and collaborative they were. We wanted to incorporate some of our own decor (like colorful votives for the tablescapes), and they welcomed it without hesitation or pressure to upsell from their own inventory. Urban Allure brought beauty, color, and a sense of ease to our wedding day. We’re so grateful for their talent and dedication, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional, and truly kind decor team.

Even though we didn't have full-service planning, it was clear that it was important to her to get to know us and all the details of our wedding ahead of time. On wedding day, Niela made us aware of a few bumps in the day, but we barely noticed because Niela and her team had everything fully taken care of. They truly made it the most perfect day for us! A lot of people regret not being present on their wedding day, but I feel like my husband, our families and I were truly able to be due to the full trust we had in Niela and her team. She was incredibly helpful during the final few months of planning, providing us with a number of great resources and serving as an advocate for us in ways that we didn't even think about - for example, having our venue set aside a small meeting room for my husband and I to relax in before the event. Hiring Nicole made it possible for us to make our vision of our wedding a reality, and allowed our family & friends to truly relax and enjoy being guests and not employees. The best review of UAE actually comes from my husband, who initially insisted that we did not need a wedding manager. Once he saw the work that Nicole did and how easy it made the day go from beginning to end (especially at the end of the night when we didn't need to clean anything), he admitted that we was wrong about hiring a manager. He's now convincing all of his engaged friends that they also definitely need a coordinator - and of course will recommend UAE!

. On a personal level, Nicole was the perfect amount of excited and chill — she understood our personalities and knew how to match us well. When we were getting tired of planning, her genuine enthusiasm helped motivate us and find excitement in the little things. When we were stressed, especially in the final month, Nicole spread calm and took command of potential obstacles. Nicole’s vast vendor network was invaluable throughout the process. She provided short lists after understanding what we were looking for. Having Nicole’s endorsement made each decision much easier; her years of experience in the industry really showed when speaking with the vendors themselves, who clearly knew her well and enjoyed working with her. Nicole and her team managed the lead-up to and day of the wedding seamlessly. Nicole made sure to have all vendors contact her instead of us in the final week before the wedding, which was a huge relief. When a few last minute issues came up, Nicole had largely resolved everything before even needing to involve us. We had our ceremony in the suburbs and the reception in the city, which was much more logistically challenging, but the UAE team did not skip a beat. They went above and beyond in offering to help with all aspects of the weekend’s events (like rehearsal dinner recommendations); they were very patient and understanding with worried family members at the rehearsal and on wedding day. Niela assisted Nicole the day-of — although she hadn’t been involved in planning, she was fantastic and didn’t miss anything. She had a calm and collected manner — not only was she organized and clear about the day’s logistics, she also brought warmth and excitement prior to the ceremony. Overall, Nicole and Niela made the day stress-free so that we could focus on enjoying all aspects of our wedding day. We were pleasantly surprised by the small touches that truly went above and beyond. Nicole checked us into our hotel before the reception; she noticed my hair needed pinning before the first dance; Niela mastered the complex bustle on my dress; Nicole had a box of desserts set aside for us at the end of the night. bout a year into our planning experience, but that turned out to be a good thing in the long run because we were able to work with Ellie! Ellie is so incredibly kind and helpful. She put up with my millions of emails and various stresses and I felt so confident fully handing over the reins of control on my wedding day thanks to her. I truly did not have to worry about a thing the day of. She was there to help us keep on schedule, she was there to wipe the grass stains off of my dress (it was like magic!), she was there to feed my wedding party granola bars when they got hungry pre-ceremony and provide bandaids for blisters. She had everything you could think of and more in her emergency kit and when the evening was over, I still didn't have to worry about a thing as she got everything out of the venue and where it needed to go. The morning after I asked if someone had gotten x, and where was y? Ellie had it handled. She even coordinated a keyboard drop off with my in-laws the week after the wedding as we headed out of the country for our honeymoon. Working with Ellie (and Allison for the day of!) was such a wonderful experience! From the planning calls where I asked for very specific or silly things, to changing my mind about something the day before, to receiving my maid of honor's virtual speech at midnight the night before, Ellie was always a calming, helpful presence. I would work with her again any time!

n your wedding day and honestly, that was not the case for us. We met with Ellie and Nicole multiple times to get a game plan in place. They were so easy to communicate with and made note of everything we discussed. As a result, everything happened just as planned. Ellie was great at coordinating with our vendors and venue and was so reliable and helpful the day of. We utilized her impressive emergency kit for just about everything! Someone's shoe broke, Ellie and her super glue to the rescue. A black mark on my dress, Ellie was there with chalk to fix it. She even bustled my dress for me. She was kind, helpful and patient and I could not recommend her more. Definitely use Urban Allure and Ellie for your wedding coordination needs.

Our wedding day was flawless in large part because of Nicole. Whenever she had even a whiff of something going sideways, she had almost a sixth sense to get in front of it and fix it without me ever having to worry about it. Details I thought I had nailed, she thought of and made it even better than I dreamed. From our first call with Nicole she asked what we were worried/stressed about and as a marketer who's planned and hosted many events I told her my only worry was being wrapped up in making sure everyone else had a good time and that I wouldn't focus on myself having a good one. She took that to heart and made sure literally the only thing I thought about was being present with my new husband, family and friends the entire day. People kept asking me "how are you so calm?" and my answer was "I don't have to worry about anything, I have Nicole and the Urban Allure team." From the moment we booked her, she gave us advice, recommendations, and answered my 100 emails about guest lists. No question was too challenging or small for her to answer and I appreciated her directness and support. She scheduled our walk through and at that moment it felt like there was literally nothing to worry about. The day of her and Jenny arrived and oh my god they were PREPARED. She has a kit with everything anyone could need. She literally taped me into my wedding dress when my sister and I could not figure it out. My dress owes her big time. She kept us on track and calm. My husband/family did not to worry about a single thing. Food showed up out of nowhere, drinks were never empty, water was refilled. They are an amazing amazing amazing team. The best thing you'll do for yourself is book Gina and the Urban Allure team for your wedding. They are the best there is!

I definitely recommend UAE, specifically Jennifer, to any bride who wants a stress-free wedding, you will not be disappointed, these girls truly care, and I will forever be grateful.
