I messaged my consultant, Ashley, and asked if I could come try on the dress again. I was so worried they wouldn't have the dress anymore since their inventory is always changing. Thankfully, Ashley confirmed the dress was still there and offered to hold it for when I got off work at 5. My mom, aunt, and I got to the shop shortly after I got off work. I tried on the dress again and immediately confirmed it was "the one". Ashley and Kenzie were so amazing to work with. I appreciated their patience considering I was one of the last appointments that day. Also, they could not have set me up with a more amazing seamstress. She did several alterations to my dress in a matter of months, including adding sleeves. I'm so grateful to have had great experiences with both my bridal dress appointments and alterations appointments. I highly recommend Urban Bridal to any future brides, and I cannot recommend Elsa Bleeker enough for any bridal alterations!

n Bridal and had the most welcoming presence and ambiance. Riley was my consultant for the day and she greeted us with mimosas, a warm spirit, and such incredible positivity. She immediatley listened to what I was asking for and like a fairy god-mother, made my dream come to life. It was a private experience where we had the whole space to ourselves which made it feel like a beautiful, personal experience and not like other stores where they usher you in and out like clockwork. Riley cried with us when I said yes and was so helpful when we looked at veils, and getting to see the dress in all lightings not just the bright white found in many salons. I could not recommend this bridal salon enough. You do need to purchase your gown the day of and take it with you, so know that going into it. I am so happy to have found my dress and did not have to compromise on anything to get it.

Since I had never tried on dresses before we tried on different shapes and styles and went from there. When I arrived at the store they greeted me, asked if I wanted anything to drink and took me to my designated area. Jen had already pulled a few dresses and asked to see any more inspo pictures. I totally forgot to show her the dress I saw on Instagram but when we went into my dressing room it was already hanging up ready for me to try on. That dress was the first dress I ever tried on and I immediately fell in love with it. We tried on multiple others but went back to the first dress and the one I had seen online, i immediately knew that was my dress. It’s like it was truly meant to be! Jen was so awesome and patient with my indecisiveness but so supportive! I would recommend Urban Bridal over and over again to any brides looking for the perfect gown at an affordable price.

My mother and I struck up an amazing deal because of the sale they were having and I saved over $1,100 on the dress and veil in total. You will love it here. After telling the stylist all about what I was looking for I totally forgot to tell her I wanted to try a specific dress I had seen on IG the night before until she had already brought back a round of dresses to try. I showed her the post and she had already pulled that dress (my dress!) for me to try based on our conversation! I loved it immediately and after thinking about it overnight, came back as soon as they opened the next day to buy it! They were so helpful and the store vibe was very chill which I really appreciated, there was no pressure to buy something. They were also able to recommend a fantastic seamstress to alter my dress!

I snagged one that had just come in, never even been tried on. I was referred to a seamstress by them, since they don't do alterations. Elsa was something else!! She made it even better (including fixing it so I didn't need a bra to support a whole lot up top) I recommend it!!! I can't imagine what I would have paid at another shop

Even after a year and a half, I still loved the dress I had picked! Sometimes I just want to go back into Urban Bridal just to try on more dresses for the fun of it! I'd had two friends recommend Urban, and I also wanted something more affordable. I went with zero intentions of buying a dress. I just wanted to try stuff on and see what I liked, and I'm so glad I did!! The shop is cute with all kinds of styles but not overwhelming. Kenzie was the stylist who helped me. I'm super indecisive and tried on 20+ dresses, but she was patient, helpful and friendly for the entire process. She never made me feel rushed, even when I went over my scheduled appointment time, and was super easy to talk to. The entire process was laid back, which is what I was wanting, and I ended up finding MY dress! Out of all the dresses I tried on, I kept going back to this one and just couldn't pass it up. Any purchases are non-refundable but they do take $100 off if you purchase day-of and also allow $150 hold fee for 24hours, which goes towards the purchase of the dress if you decide to keep it. Urban does not do in-house alterations but refers out to two different women, which is nice because it saves you from finding one yourself. I just had my first fitting with Elsa yesterday. She is hilarious and straightforward, which I appreciate. Overall, if you're looking for a laid-back experience with more affordable yet still beautiful options to fit your budget, I highly recommend Urban Bridal!

I cannot remember who helped me but she was great: friendly, sweet, helpful, and fast. I tried on 7 dresses. I put my hold deposit down on 1 because I was torn between 2. I spent all night looking at the pictures and going over and over in my head. The next day, I spoke with the owner about my anxieties and she warmly insisted I come in and try the 2 on again. She knows wedding gowns. She was so helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond any of my expectations of service! And, I said yes to the dress!!!! From start to finish they made the process, the search, painless, comfortable and relaxed. I can't figure out how to upload a picture but I LOVE my dress!!! Their referral for Elsa to do the alterations was hands down great referral. Elsa was wonderful!!! She knows what she's doing. I highly recommend Urban Bridal! Thank you for being a part of my special day and most of all, helping me find MY dress!!!!

Because they only stock one-of-a-kind dresses I walked out with my gorgeous dress (with-in my budget - $1200) and I even walked-out with a veil too! It was one that Sarah already had waiting for me before we even met (she checked out my style on my Pinterest board). She has an eye, to say the least. All of the dresses in UBS were stunning. I knew it was the one, my group knew it, Sarah knew it too. But I couldn't believe I found it in Dress #2 of the day. But Sarah helped me do my due diligence to make sure. She patiently taught me about bustles and suggested styling to ensure I felt comfortable with the choice. She even understood when I felt that I had to keep my commitment to visit another shop.... needless to say, I went back to UBS Dress #2 of the day (purchasing it from Urban over the phone immediately after my other appt). I couldn't recommend Sarah and Urban Bridal Shop more. It wasn't pushy like the other shop turned out to be...Sarah was so kind, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. I also really liked that the dress I tried on was the exact dress I purchased, and I could pick it up immediately. I didn't have to wait months and months for it to be ordered. I saved a bundle on my gown by it being a sample. You need to make an appointment, pronto.

I love that they only schedule 1-2 appointments at a time, so you really have their undivided attention. I never felt rushed during my appointment and Sarah really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for! She even worked with me to discuss possible alterations and helped me envision what the finished product might look like! My sister didn't find her dress during our first visit but Sarah kept in contact and let her know when she received a new shipment of dresses. I had an idea about what I thought I wanted that changed throughout the appointment and Jen was so patient and listened to everything I had to say and responded quickly with something else for me to try. Ultimately I will probably order my dress online because I ended up loving seperates with either a black top or skirt and they don't have much in the store. But the fact that they had anything to give me an idea of what that looks like on me was amazing. I highly recommend Urban for any bride looking for a non-traditional or traditional (trust me they have plenty) dress and a laid back, no stress atmosphere. They only have one dressing area so it's only you and your group with the whole shop to yourselves. I definitely recommend, especially for a first time shopper!

t seems that they like to play mind games with brides. I loved this gown and I was torn between two, one from Urban Bridal and one from another shop. I left the shop on a Saturday thinking it over and I made another appointment on Monday to come back the following Saturday. On Wednesday they posted the dress I was coming back for on Instagram. It made me somewhat uneasy that someone who truly should care about letting a bride find the dress of her dreams, wouldn't do that. It somewhat angered me that it happened. I had to rearrange appointments and take off work to make sure that I got to that dress first before another bride. Sarah was nice to work with, but I would have appreciated more professionalism. I would tell brides to not go to this shop, unless they know that they would be willing to buy the gown they could fall in love with.

e me buy the perfect dress! I was sure I was going to 'go home and sleep on it' but I didn't and I'm really happy. I emailed her photos of what I think I liked and when I got there she had 15ish dresses lined up in order she wanted me to try them on. All of them had elements from my photos. She knows what she is doing and she loves doing it. I have a crush on Urban Bridal. I only have my daughter standing with me so if you need ONE bride's maid dress, go here! She has a ton (mismatched) in the back and they are only $100 and top quality. We left with two dresses and two very big smiles.

They were down to earth and gave me every reason to want to support their business. Cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress that took so much work to find!!
