Originally from a small town in Southern Illinois, Kyle discovered the country dance scene in Los Angeles and hasn't looked back since. For over six years, this professional dancer has refined his talents in line dance and the classic two-step. Moving to Nashville in 2018, Kyle has devoted his energy to sharing the craft with eager couples and dance lovers. Inspired by his experiences, this long-time instructor strives to infuse traditional moves with a modern flair for truly exhilarating performances.
Covering all levels of dance experience, from beginner to advanced, Urban Cowboy Line Dancing provides a variety of packages to suit any budget. Nearlyweds can choose from four group lesson packages for pre-wedding parties of up to 17 guests, with options for private Zoom lessons. Seasoned dancers are also on hand to help the happy couple refine their steps for a memorable first dance. Kyle and his team are skilled in various dance styles, including classic and modern line dancing, one step, country swing, sweetheart schottische, and cha-cha partner dancing.

Cowboy Kyle is the founder of Urban Cowboy Line Dancing, one of Nashville’s most popular line dancing experiences for weddings, parties, and private events. Originally from Southern Illinois, Kyle grew up on country music and later headed to UCLA, where he competed in track and field at the highest collegiate level.
After years of loving country music, line dancing, and two-step, Kyle made his way to Nashville and turned that passion into Urban Cowboy Line Dancing. His style blends energy, professionalism, and a laid-back personality that makes guests feel comfortable right away.
Whether he’s teaching first-timers or getting a wedding crowd out on the dance floor, Cowboy Kyle is all about creating a fun, memorable experience that brings people together and keeps the party moving.
