ointed. I’m so happy to say that working with Michele was a great decision and I feel very confident recommending her to other couples.
For context, we had a 200-person traditional Jewish wedding at a large hotel, with many moving parts and a sizable wedding party. From the very beginning, Michele streamlined the entire planning process and made things feel manageable. She kept us organized, on schedule, and focused.
On the wedding day, Michele and her assistant executed everything flawlessly. We didn’t have many DIY elements, but she still ensured that every detail was beautifully set up and that nothing was overlooked. They also packaged everything up super nicely so the clean up was easy the next morning. She communicated clearly and consistently with all of our vendors, handled logistics seamlessly, and was especially responsive as the big day approached.
She even came to the venue two days prior to run a full rehearsal with our entire wedding party, which made everyone feel confident and prepared. Although Michele was familiar with Jewish weddings, we incorporated several additional traditions and elements. She took the time to learn every detail so she could help us execute everything exactly as we envisioned.
A few days before the wedding, I became very overwhelmed and worried that our day-of timeline was too tight. Michele immediately stepped in, completely reworked the schedule, and communicated the changes to all vendors. She took the stress entirely off my plate and allowed me to actually enjoy the days leading up to our wedding.

Michele and Jade were vital to our wedding planning and day of running smoothly. We started our planning with Michele who helped us with our budget and reassured us on the costs of some of the bigger vendors. Michele gave us short lists of vendors to review that fit our budget and style. This made it way easier to pick vendors and knowing they came with her recommendation.
Once the major vendors of our wedding were set, we worked with Jade on the details, and she was our day of planner. We had a bit of time between our wedding and when we initially started planning, Jade checked in with us monthly to see how we were feeling and what questions we had. She reassured us that we were on track even when it felt like we only had a few tasks a month. A few months out, Jade became the main contact for our vendors and organized our final walk through and day of timeline with the vendors. Jade was awesome on the day of, she made sure everything was running smoothly, set up for us, and kept an eye on all the small details. She even noticed when I (bride) was holding my bouquet upside down for a photo. If there were any issues, we didn’t know because Jade took care of everything!

ding was on June 26, 2021. Michele was working with me a year and a half before my big day and I seriously couldn't have done it without her. I struggled staying within our budget and staying sane with all the tasks that needed to get done before I knew Michele. We had bi-weekly check ups to make sure we were on course. She also made me realize there were certain things I didn't need to focus my energy on and I'm glad I didn't. She validated my feelings and understood the stress I was under.
And if you take one thing away from this review, please let it be that Michele will have your back completely and will ALWAYS look out for you and your future spouse's best interest. FIVE days before our wedding, our original venue cancelled on us at the last minute. She worked endlessly on helping us find a last minute venue and reaching out to all the vendors to keep them updated.

I was unaware of how many details a bride has to manage and make decisions on. Michele walked me through every detail and timing factor that I was naive with and helped me be a decisive bride. Her team was exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind to my wild family and all of my vendors. I never thought I’d need a coordinator and could not have been more wrong! My wedding would not have been possible without Michele and her team. It was an amazing event and not only were we thrilled, our guests are still raving about it, which was the goal.
