01/27/24 Let me begin by stating how absolutely stunning the ambience and the backdrop of the interior of this venue is. It is far and above & beyond a top grade diamond and hidden gem!! My wife and I could not of been more pleased from the moment we viewed the stunning inside and after viewing several other places to choose our reception choice it took about one minute to feel comfortable and relaxed in this space and know without a doubt we were both in agreement this was the one! This place spoke to us in its natural state without our own plans for decorating the area for our most intimate celebration evening of our lives!!!! It was only more and more reinforced we had made the right choice as we moved forward going through the process. We were in amazement on how helpful and accommodating the representative of this place Julia was with us from the very beginning all the way to the last meeting after all memories of the night and days afterwards. We were so impressed with willingness to give us leads and past experience ideas with past parties have done and that she has witnessed that she became more as a friend and helpful idealist than just a contact to the venue. Moreover as the luckiest man of our special occasion I wanted to make sure that everyone in the room knows how much we absolutely appreciated this kind of behind the sene identity that helped us bring it together I took the microphone and gave my wife’s and I deepest gratitude! Julia was so far above and beyond professional, friendly, helpful, and supportive that she felt like family after it was all said and done with. I honestly believe if you wanted to compare wedding venues with other local businesses Julia and the Loft head to toe would win in every category possible!! We are so glad we chose the Loft!! My husband & I were looking for a loft space that felt industrial & had a perfect mix of brick & wood. We fell in love immediately upon walking inside! This is a hidden gem & deserves more recognition. Julia worked with us every step of the way & helped us solve any issues that came up through the process. She answered every question & communicated so clearly with us each time. This team was so generous & accommodating & it made a difference in ensuring our day went smoothly & we didn’t need to worry about the little things. We so appreciated a venue that allowed us to bring our own things & didn’t require using a specific vendor list. Our wedding was absolutely perfect & the loft is a big reason why. All our pictures show how cozy & warm the space is. We’re so happy we made the right decision choosing this space!

This venue is a great little historical gem hidden in downtown Bradenton. The original brick walls and windows make it very special. We booked this venue over a year in advance and found the rules changed from when our contract was signed to our wedding. We were able to talk our issues through with the owners but we did end up spending more than anticipated on some items we thought were included.

I had my reception here and it was amazing! The location and the "vintage" feel of the hall was perfect. The only thing that was NOT enjoyable were the people I had to work with to book the hall. Soon after I booked it, the charming girl who was in charge of the hall quit, and I had to work with the owner who is not the easiest man to get ahold of, or to get answers from. Then another coordinator was hired and she forgot our appointment and showed up very "unprofessional". But in the end I had a beautiful reception at a gorgeous location.

Great space for the price (around $1,500). The staff is easy to work with and didn't impose any silly rules, like paying to bring in a caterer or cake cutting fees. The only strange rules they had was no beer bottles and no candles, both which are reasonable. They were just pretty much like, here is the space, decorate it how you want, just clean up when you are done.

We used manatee central banquet hall for our wedding and it is a very nice venue. The hall itself is beautiful so you don't need a ton of decorations. It is inexpensive and has a full bar.

We are having our wedding here and have already put down the deposit. The exposed brick and old fashioned mini chandeliers are beautiful and for a great price. There are no restrictions on vendors and you are allowed to bring your own alcohol. However, because it is a historical building, candles are not permitted. I would definitely check this place out.
