We weren’t exactly sure what type of florals we wanted for our wedding, but after meeting with Lori at Urban Orchid and expressing some thoughts and ideas; they were able to create the perfect arrangements we never knew we wanted. Working with them was very seamless as they were always responsive to questions. They offered budgeting friendly options too such as allowing us to purchase our own peacock feathers to add in arrangements and offering option of renting or purchasing vases for the centerpieces. I love how on the day of our wedding everything arrived perfectly labeled so every corsage, boutonniere and cake floral was accounted for. While weddings are quite expensive, we felt their pricing was fair given the amount we needed.

Lori was also very quick to answer my questions throughout the planning process.
Everything turned out perfectly - even better than the vision I had in my head! My bouquet was truly beautiful and I received so many compliments on it. I also absolutely loved the flower arch they designed for me (I wish I could have taken it home!).
Overall I am so glad that I chose Urban Orchid for my floral design. They were truly my easiest vendor to work with and did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t have changed anything!

e extensively with the Arcade, and so we chose them out of convenience (it helped that they were some of the more affordable florists in the area, too!). When our flowers finally arrived on our wedding day, I was FLOORED. My bouquet took my breath away. The florist was able to take my half-baked ideas and crazy Pinterest searches and turn them into a true work of art. We can't recommend them enough for your next Cleveland event!
Oh! One more reason to love them: we got a boutonniere for our pup to wear as ring barer, and they put a little magnet on it to make sure it would stay on his collar! It's the small details that really count!

flowers and showed them a bunch of pictures from Instagram and they understood the assignment immediately. We talked through the most extravagant vision possible and once they drew up an invoice we saw that it was extremely reasonable! Maybe it was because our wedding was in April, but I was expecting $$$ for calla lilies, roses, panda anemones, etc. but the price was right and they worked with our wedding coordinator at the Tudor Arms perfectly. After our final payment was handled they communicated directly with our coordinator and set up the table settings beautifully and on-time. Can't go wrong booking Urban Orchid!

Brandon got all our colors correct with outstanding seasonal flowers mixed in with greenery. Orchids obviously made appearances everywhere. They had enough flowers, vases and requested decorations to fill every nook in cranny, making our dream wedding space. They created a Wedding Space and Day to remember more than what we could have expected. Please support this amazing small business, as they are by far the most talented florist in Ohio!

of the team was extremely helpful and professional in each of our meetings and they were always available to answer questions along the way. We also appreciated that they weren't trying to upsell like other potential vendors we met with and the pricing was very reasonable. They would also give you an honest opinion if you asked them for it (without being pushy at all). The flowers were very high quality and looked amazing in our pictures (and in person). We received numerous compliments from our guests on how great the floral arrangements looked and fit with our venue. We can't thank Urban Orchid enough for helping make our day perfect!

Also extremely affordable compared to other florists! If you go through here be sure to confirm the flowers in the order prior to the event, as we had emailed them discussing that we did not want particular flowers/ berries in our bouquets and though they confirmed via email that these would not be included, the wrong flowers were still in the bridesmaid bouquets on the wedding day. Also though we were careful with the bridal bouquet, large pieces of flowers fell out throughout the day.

y venue and suggested having different sizes of centerpieces to bring some depth and height to the room. He was also very attentive and realistic with me about my budget. We ended up doing some tall pieces with greenery, some floral arrangements, and some three-candle stick votive combos.
My bouquet was beyond anything I could have imagined. I loved it so much. When I arrived at the reception I was blown away. Every arrangement had been put together with great attention to detail and care.
Urban Orchid connected with our venue to arrange pickup, which meant I didn't have to worry about it the next day.
I would highly recommend working with Urban Orchid!

Everything came together and looked amazing. We did have one setback. Our church for the ceremony was in Bay Village and our reception venue was in University Circle. Our flowers for the ceremony were accidentally delivered to the reception venue on the east side so they were not at our church on the west side. Once we contacted Urban Orchid they were able to correct the mistake and got our flowers to us with just a tiny bit of time to spare. We received many compliments on the flowers and it all worked out in the end. The flowers also lasted weeks after the wedding!

royal blue so I knew I wanted blue hydrangeas, and our reception was going to be in the Cleveland Museum of Natural History so I wanted ferns in the centerpieces to go with the dinosaur/prehistoric theme of the space. Kaitlin from Urban Orchid took my vague ideas and turned them into beautiful flower arrangements with unique touches. She also accommodated our request for 5 memorial roses in honor of deceased family members to display at our ceremony, including a last-minute request for a vase for the roses. Urban Orchid was also great about working with us to find ways to make the ideas we had work with our budget.
