Horrible!!! I drove 2 1/2 hours thinking they will for sure get my hair right because of the reviews but then later on I realize that companies can buy reviews and I was being gull...
ible. They charged me a lot of money for just a haircut a layer cut, which they couldn’t even properly perform, I look like I have two hairstyles going on. I could have went down the street to Walmart to get this kind of haircut in their salon. The owner will not talk to me and they even blocked my phone after the very first time I texted them to let them know I was dissatisfied with my haircut. Was not cussing was not obnoxious was not disrespectful I was just simply stating I was not happy with getting my haircut wrong after all of the driving gas and money I put into this.
The Urbane team was so great to work with and did an even better job on mine and my bridal party’s hair and makeup! They were very welcoming and made us feel at home the entire mor...
ning we were there. They let us set up shop, bring in brunch, and were so helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!
There is no way to ever walk out of Urbane and not feel beautiful! From getting my hair colored to my wedding day. They made us girls feel like a million dollars. My hair was perfe...
ct and so was my makeup. My mom decided that she wanted to get her makeup done after seeing us girls, and they were able to move things around and accommodate her. Everyone at Urbane is wonderful to work with and I am so happy that they were a part of my day!
I cannot say enough about how Nate and the staff at Urbane made us feel welcome and beautiful ! My sister planned a bridal breakfast there the morning of the wedding and each styli...
st took their time to make Jess and each of the 9 bridesmaids (and moms and grandmas) feel so pretty with elegant hair and make up! We left feeling like we had made friends with Jeree, Mandi, and all the professionals there! Thank you for your part in making Jess & Tom's day magical!

Loved the way my hair turned out! It was what I dreamed of. Place was very open for bringing in drinks and snacks. All my bridesmaids didn't have a complaint
If you are looking for a fantastic place to get your hair and makeup done on your wedding day Urbane is the ONLY place to go! I was in contact with them just a few months before my...
July wedding and Ashley was always so quick to get back to me plus she was always so sweet and great to work with. I had 9 girls getting hair done (plus my own) and 5 getting their make up done. Urbane had us in and out in 2 hours (which is practically unheard of on your wedding day) and everyone was so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. They were very accomodating as well, they offered to get us bagels, mimosas, etc. If you are ever questioning on where to go definitely contact them and do a practice, you will be very happy you chose Urbane!

We took the whole wedding party to Urbane the day of my daughter's wedding. They did a fantastic job! Becky Smith did my hair and make-up (Mother of the Bride) and I received a t...
on of compliments. Angelique did the Bride's hair and it was Gorgeous! The staff arranged a light breakfast and it was perfect! Very professional!
Great environment and they do a lot of weddings so they know what they are doing. Plus great deals too if u have a lot of girl getting stuff done.
Don't walk away from Urbane, run! I had my trial makeup and hair done at the salon. Instead of going with the pictures of what I wanted, both the makeup artist and hair stylist d...
ecided to go with what they liked instead. I was embarrassed to walk out of there. I was given a huge bouffant and bright pink lips. I could have auditioned for Hairspray because they did me up like Tracey Turnblad. When I had my trial with my backup makeup artist, she told me that she often does bridal parties with their stylists and their work is horrendous - most of the time the party ends up re-doing their hair in the bathroom. Save yourself the tears and go with someone else.
So I used this salon for my bridal party. I originally was planning on using Salon Five, but it didn't work out - the stylist was terrible. So a friend suggested Urbane. My stylist...
did an AMAZING job with my hair in the practice run. However, I had my eyebrows waxed here the week before my wedding and they took them off. It was ugly, and such panic and tears. However, they have the best makeup artist, and she was able to hide them completely. The best thing by far was the makeup artist, she spent a lot of time and really listened to what I was interested in look wise. Her name is Natalie - and I really have no doubt that she is the best in Omaha area.
I would totally go back - but skip the wax:)
Natalie from Urbane did my makeup and it was perfect. It looked natural (the look I was going for), but she made sure to ask if I preferred something else.
