The Urso Bus Company was a lifesaver! We originally booked another company and they cancelled 2 weeks before the wedding. I reached out to Urso Bus and they had a shuttle available for our wedding! They were very prompt on the day of the wedding and highly recommend them!

The Urso Bus was incredibly punctual and wonderful on the day of our wedding. They were on time, the bus was very nice, we could hook up our own music, and the driver was very kind to our party. We were able to go to any location we wished and had no issues getting to or from any of our picture spots.

URSO bus company is amazing! Scott is the nicest guy you will ever meet and is very responsive. We wanted a local family company for our wedding transportation needs and URSO knocked it out of the park. We had a lot of moving part with girls getting ready at one spot, guys getting ready at a different and guest pick ups at another. There was absolutely no issues, no delays at all! Every bus was clean and on time with the friendliest drivers. The week before the wedding we decided to add on a bus for rehearsal night and Scott was able to make that happen. Prices are extremely affordable with excellent service. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future needs.

Can't say enough about this company and especially Midge! Scott was so responsive from day 1 and I never had a doubt that it would be great having them responsible for the shuttles. I had multiple guests come up to me and tell me that Midge was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all the guests got back to the hotel in a timely manner! Thank you so very much! I highly recommend them for any shuttle services.

Urso was great to work with and one of the most affordable options we found when searching for bridal party transportation. The owner even offered a small refund to me when our plans changed last minute and we realized we didn’t need them for the number of hours we initially booked for. The driver was very friendly and accommodating as well!

My son was married on June 1st and all our family and friends were coming in from out of state. I started researching limo & bus companies in Pittsburgh back in March. Scott from Urso Bus, responded to my call and was extremely helpful. We need a coach bus to take guests from downtown to Oakmont and return at the end of the evening. A few companies I called were already out of them for that day. Scott said he would check with a company he contracts with and was able to reserve one for me. We also used a smaller bus to take guests staying in Oakmont area to and from the wedding. He's very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend Urso Bus!!

Scott from Urso was great to work with to get everything set up for the wedding day and our hotel shuttles. On the day of, both of our shuttle drivers were amazing. Our lead driver Bill was so patient and accommodating for the last minute changes in our schedule. He even came back to the hotel after we realized some items were left on the shuttle. Even though they had never been to our venue before, they made it all go off without a hitch! I would highly recommend.

On our wedding day we had Ken as our driver. Ken was on time and pretty much carried all the bridesmaids items/food/drinks with no questions asked. Even during our ceremony, Ken volunteered to run to the store and get more ice for us. He was willing to go wherever we wanted for beautiful photos. We got several quotes from other limo services, but Urso was by far the best in price/service. WE LOVED URSO!!

Bill was our driver and was great! He was on time and very friendly!

I was unfortunately disappointed with the service provided by Urso Transportation. I was not contacted prior to the wedding with the name and number of our driver and had to reach out myself the morning of the wedding. Our driver was late to arrive and did not respond to my texts or calls when I reached out to see when he would be arriving. I attempted to call the company's main line to report the situation and no one was in. Ultimately, the lateness of the driver forced us to start the ceremony 20 minutes late (the other choice being to begin the ceremony without 20 guests who chose to take the shuttle). No one from the company followed up with me after the wedding, despite me having left an email asking what to do about the late arrival of the driver. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service we received and, if I had to do it again, would book with another company.

URSO was a wonderful shuttle service we used to transport the wedding party to and from the wedding in March. The driver was prompt, professional, and fun. We were extremely pleased with everything and the price was extremely reasonable. We were very happy with this vendor!

Love URSO Bus! They were prompt for each stop of the wedding day! The bus was clean and spacious so our bridal party could enjoy themselves without being cramped. And they are so reasonably priced!

We used this shuttle service to take our guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Our driver was polite, attentive, and always on time, very happy with this vender!

I had a ton of trouble finding a limo for under $500, which seemed ridiculous because I only needed it for 2 hours max and was only transporting 7 people. I got at least 10 quotes from companies all over Pittsburgh and every single one was over $500. Then I got smart and checked Craigslist and found Urso tours. Urso tours offers buses for events, which I actually prefer to a limo. It was easier to get in and out of with a dress, and overall just more comfortable for everyone. We had so much fun on our bus!! And what a price difference- we paid $400! The driver was a lot of fun and he had an ipod hookup, so we were able to play pandora for our whole ride. We also took a cooler with champagne and food, and we had a blast. The bus showed up right on time, and the driver was nice enough to do an extra stop at our hotel so we could drop off our stop before going to the venue. I should point out that we brought our own drinks and food, and that likely brings the cost way down as far as transportation goes. Don't overpay for a limo!!! Contact Urso Tours!
