Wow, this service is amazing! I wish more people knew about it! Glen and the team were great to work with including communication leading up to and during the event. Everyone at ...
our wedding was raving about how fun it was to have the cameras at the tables so that they could capture many more moments than they normally would and it was great for us as we get all the digital copies for our memories. This is much better than a traditional photo booth!
If you're looking for an innovative alternative to your typical wedding photo booth, Ur-Take is the way to go! Plain and simple, Gene and his crew show up on the day of your event,...
place wi-fi enabled digital cameras at each of your guests' tables, setup a photo printing booth and a projector screen, and provide an opportunity for everyone at your party to help take pictures from every possible angle. Throughout the night, as the photos are being taken, they are projected onto a screen for all of the guests to see. Each photo is hand delivered to the tables so that everyone can focus on enjoying their time as they celebrate throughout the night.
From the initial meeting we had with Gene and Joan, we could tell that we were in good hands. They were partners every step of the way, meeting us at our wedding venue, talking with our banquet coordinator, and sharing their ideas while working with ours. We appreciated how flexible they were, accommodating us as we had to reschedule our event several times due to Covid Throughout the process, it was obvious how passionate Gene and Joan were about providing a quality product and service.
We highly recommend UR-Take and look forward to using them again at future events. Thank you Gene and Joan!
If your event is on a day that UR-Take is booked then change your date!! Seriously, we absolutely loved our experience with UR-Take! Gene and his crew were unreal and we can’t im...
agine our wedding without them there.
From the very first email up to our wedding day, it was so easy and worry free. Gene was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions super fast. We really felt we could count on them with any of our concerns and Trusting them helped take the stress off our wedding plans.
The set up was so to the next level. Having the cameras accessible to the guest was so convenient and unlike anything anyone had experienced. Then everyone getting copies of their pictures and seeing them on the projector during the wedding was so much fun. We’ve had countless friends and family comment on how unique UR-Take is and how it took the intimacy of our big day above and beyond. Thanks UR-Take for making our wedding so wonderful!!
We really loved working with Gene from UR-Take. Gene is so friendly and professional, had great attention to detail, and was also very responsive to our needs! We were also impress...
ed that he visited our venue before our wedding to make sure that the UR-Take system could work with the venue's layout. This is a great product for large parties because UR-Take provides a camera for each table, and allows for you to see pictures of guests you may not have had the chance to spend much time with, and also shows how much the bride and groom may have missed while they were busy being celebrities for the day. I didn't believe when other couples said it, but your wedding day goes by really fast!! Our guests had so much fun using the cameras and the product and service is so unique because it offers a look from the guests' perspective on the wedding day. I kept saying to my husband that I wish I was a guest at our own wedding, and I'm so glad that we hired UR-Take because it gives us a chance to experience that and re-live our special day!
One of the best entertainment vendors out there for weddings. UR-Take did my wedding in Pacific Grove (9/7/2019). They were so professional, prompt, and very fun! They interacted w...
ith our guests and really got all the guest involved with the pictures. I am so happy on how all the pictures turned out and my guest loved how fun it was to use the cameras! I highly recommend UR-Take for any event and especially for your wedding! Again, great service, staff really engaged with the guests, and they were FUN!!! Thank you, Gene and Joan!!!
UR-Take recently provided their wonderful instant photo sharing service at my retirement party. My guests, which include corporate leadership, colleagues, family, and friends, th...
oroughly enjoyed taking the pictures and viewing the near-real time capture of the festivities on the large TV screen. From the camera they were shooting the photos with, the guests also ordered print outs of their photos.
Prior to the celebration, UR-Take had attentively listened to my wishes, gone on location to assess connectivity and logistics, and efficiently readied equipment. Everything went extremely well. No stress. No hassles.
UR-Take photo sharing added so much more fun to the celebration! In my book, UR-Take is the best thing since sliced bread!
Gene at UR-Take was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was extremely professional and accommodating. The service is unique and very user friendly. Highly recommended!!
We are so glad that we had this service at our wedding. It was an absolute hit with our guests! These are live-streaming cameras where each table has a camera and guests are able t...
o take pictures/selfies with them. From there, someone from Ur-Take will vet the picture to your standards, and then it will live stream onto the projector in the venue. Depending on your package, guests will also have the option to print the photos if they like them, and within minutes, the pictures are delivered to the guest. People loved Ur-Take at our wedding. It gave them something interactive to do and they thought it was cool to have their photos featured on the slideshow during the wedding. It was nice to not have to think about setting up a typical “slideshow” for our wedding, but instead, have the guests take pictures and contribute to the “slideshow” so they feel as though they are a part of the wedding. Gene and his team was such a dream to work with. They were so communicative during the months leading up to the wedding and his set-up during the day-of is so simple that he can pretty much connect into any venue’s projection system. I highly recommend this service for any party that you plan!
UR-Take was a joy to incorporate into our wedding. We loved the idea of capturing candid moments from our reception, and UR-Take was the perfect fit. All of our guests had the op...
portunity to take photos and instantly share them on screen, and we truly enjoyed seeing the photos flow throughout our reception. We were able to capture so many special moments because we literally had cameras everywhere! It kept our guests of all ages happy and engaged.
In addition, Gene of UR-Take is absolutely wonderful. He is warm and genuine, and the quality of UR-Take's services reflects his commitment to his clients. If you are looking for a fun and interactive addition to your reception, I highly recommend UR-Take!!
