When I reached out about the issue to try and either get a refund or to get them to send the correct dress size, they completely refused! I ordered a 16 and they sent a junior 15/16. Don't waist your time or money!! They only care about that sale, not the client!!

But I limited myself down to 2, and she helped me decide based on myself. I felt like I was really helped and taken care of at USA bridal in etown Kentucky. Also they had huge sales. My dress was 1800$ and got it for only 500$!!! Loved it and I’d do it all over again if I had to.
