Loved that I could pick out dresses online before I went, to try on. Making an appt made me feel very special with my consultant. Pricing was great! I would recommend.
Sarah was my bridal consultant on 3/2/25 and she was wonderful! Even though she was bouncing between brides, she still helped my family and I look for wedding dresses within my bud...
get. Despite being a year away, she was excited to see me find the perfect dress and helpes us purchase it right away.
My experience with USA Bridal was Absolutely Amazing! Laci and Sarah were an extremely helpful and gracious with me and my family! I did say yes to my dress. Will definitely recomm...
end USA Bridal in E-Town to my family and friends. Keep up the great work Laci and Sarah and all the other ladies as well.
They told me they could get me a dress for my daughter for prom. We were having issues getting the correct size, and they told me they could order it. When we received the dress...
in the mail it was not the size we ordered and didn't even come close to fitting her. When I reached out about the issue to try and either get a refund or to get them to send the correct dress size, they completely refused! I ordered a 16 and they sent a junior 15/16. Don't waist your time or money!! They only care about that sale, not the client!!
I went here to get a feeling of what type of style I wanted, and Emily was amazing. She helped me try on a ton of different styles, and I was able to find what I wanted. I am goin...
g back in a week to make my final decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal salon!
If I could give this a ZERO, I would!!! The groom and two of his groomsmen were fitted for vest at the store. Two of the three were wrong! That’s a 67% percent failure rate. We did...
not realize they were wrong until the day of the wedding and we were over an hour away (one way). After the wedding I spoke to four people. All apologized and Bobbie said if she could do anything to correct it after the fact that she would; however, a refund wasn’t “anything” to her. No refund!!! Thanks for the total screw up for our pics on the largest day of my daughters life. We even bought her dress from them. Never will I recommend USA Bridal!!!!!!!! Stay away from poor customer service is my advice.
I had an amazing time finding my wedding dress with a wonderful woman named Sarah! She made me feel very special and beautiful. She made the entire appointment so much more special...

e self. I even found a dress in the sale section under my budget! I couldn't feel any more appreciative with their help with this special day! I will be back to get my bridesmaid's dresses and tuxes there as well!
I actually had a good experience, I did try on a few dresses that had rips in them or missing jewels but that’s to be expected when dozens of ladies come in every day trying on dif...
ferent dresses. Mine though was flawless, stainless, rip-less and was beautiful. The consultant was a bit pushy because we had ended up trying on about 30 dresses. But I limited myself down to 2, and she helped me decide based on myself. I felt like I was really helped and taken care of at USA bridal in etown Kentucky. Also they had huge sales. My dress was 1800$ and got it for only 500$!!! Loved it and I’d do it all over again if I had to.
I would NOT recommend this shop. The consultants are extremely pushy. In addition, they only have one dress per size. They do not offer alterations on site either. The dresses I tr...
