Love love love my engagement ring from USA Jewels!!!! I'm obsessed!!!
I'm a perfectionist, so when I went to USA jewels with a vision of what I wanted, I really wanted to make sur...
e they could deliver on EXACTLY my vision. I had gone to a couple other jewelers and I either got a "no, that's not possible" or a "yes" with very vague responses regarding pricing, quality, materials, etc.
My ring is exactly what I envisioned and more. The whole process was explained to me in detail whether it was "why a specific setting was better for my vision than another" to what the price breakdown was for my engagement ring. Never once did I feel the team was "pushy" or trying to sell me on something I didn't want.
I went into the process having done my research while my fiance wasn't too sure of the process and both of us came out feeling confident and knowledgable about the product we were getting.
From the engagement ring itself to the customer service experience, it was truly just perfect!! Needless to say, I will be getting my wedding band from them and also earrings for my actual wedding day.
