burning sparklers avail. in stores. On. Whim, I dialed the number I could and spoke to the gentleman in the Dallas, Rowlett, Royce City area. He was SO helpful, and Knowledgeable. ing to inquire if they would be able to ship it to us (Dallas,TX area) within 2 days. The man we spoke to said that it wouldn't be a problem. We ordered our sparklers and later THAT SAME DAY our sparklers were HAND DELIVERED to our door by the owner. The customer service and the quality of the product was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

sly I was super worried about the sparklers not arriving in time so I gave USA Sparklers a call to explain my predicament. They were super nice and assured me everything would work out and that they would contact me once I placed the order and once they had worked on my order.
I have been told that line before but I didn't have any time so I went ahead and ordered. 30 minutes later we got a call back telling us that the shipment was being prepped and it would go out in time. Another half hour later and we got another call back letting us know that it had just went out on the shipping truck.
We received e-mail after e-mail with shipping information and details for everything. And once again we got a call where they made sure that we made adjustments to our order because he knew we would be at the wedding venue the day before.
When we got back from the wedding preparations the day before we found the sparklers waiting for us at the back of the house just as we had requested thanks to the thoughtful suggestion of those over at USA Sparklers.
The big send-off went just as planned, all of the sparklers lit up quickly and lasted for a long time. It even gave us time to exit a few times to make sure we got good pics and videos!
I can't recommend USA Sparklers enough, they made us feel reassured that everything would work out and help put our minds at ease just days before our big day.

I received. Not only did the owner (he name escapes me now) answer on a Sunday but he was very helpful and honest with me. I ordered 100 sparklers that day and he called me the next day to let me know that they shipped, sent me a shipping number, and my sparklers arrived the day before my wedding. The quality is also great and he knows his product (for instance - who knew that sparklers could be made of different materials?).
