Beth and Shania were our day of wedding coordinators and managed our rehearsal. They were critical for our wedding going as smoothly as it did. They met with us at our venue a month before and walked through the timeline and layout of our fusion Indian-American wedding. Even at that point they made us feel more comfortable in the planning process knowing we had most things covered. Beth gave us access to a wedding planning website to add and edit our timeline, ceremony script, decor notes, and even make our seating chart.
We had 2 ceremonies and a reception all back to back and Beth and her team handled that schedule with ease. I personally expected to be stressed on the day, but knowing how prepared Beth was and how she had everything under control, I was at ease the entire day. We were able to actually focus on being excited to get married!
Beth and Shania not only helped to set up all the decor but they took it all down too at the end of the night and boxed it back up for us so all we had to do the next morning was pick up the boxes. They were both fun and such a pleasure to work with.
We also had Bill from Utano Events officiate our American ceremony which was a blast. We enjoyed picking the different templates that were offered and editing them to our liking. He was also very calm and organized.
Without Beth, Bill and Shania our wedding day would have been much more chaotic and stressful and would not have been the amazing experience that they made it. I highly recommend them.
Beth basically crawled inside my head and made the wedding of my dreams come true. She was on her A-game the entire time I worked with her. I booked her 6 week coordination and day of coordinator services. I had essentially everything booked and ready to go for her to come in, attentively listen to my plans, asked the appropriate questions and made it happen without me even knowing things changed on the day. She also has a lot of her own wedding supplies should you forget anything last minute as well. She took the load off my shoulders and is worth every penny. My only regret is not booking her sooner.

Beth was awesome!! We could not have pulled this off without her! She was so organized and attentive to detail! We had an outdoor ceremony at a summer camp and had to bring in everything (literally everything including silverware, dishes, etc) through vendors. She did a phenomenal job acting as liaison between the vendors and coordinating a timeline that met everyone’s needs. Her years of experience are truly valuable as she anticipated any possible issues and provided smart solutions months in advance and also on the day of. She told us her job was to solve any problems on the day of so we didn’t even know about them and she did just that! Since we weren’t interrupted with questions or presented with problems, we were able to truly be present and enjoy our wedding! She even made sure we sat down alone to actually eat dinner and have some time together. We had the best day ever and Beth made that possible!
I worked with Beth to coordinate a wedding rehearsal party in our home. I wanted to enjoy the party not work it. Her expertise in planning events is exceptional, right down to the smallest details. She recommended caterers and offered innumerable suggestions to make it a perfect night.
On the day of the party Beth and Janelle delivered and set up the tables, chairs, place settings, served, attended to guests and cleaned up. I did not have to do or worry about anything. Several of my guests commented on what exceptional service they both provided! Thank you.

From the first meeting with Beth until the car door slammed on our cars to leave, the team from Utano events were professional, thorough, and above all, FUN. The team was a well-oiled machine--everything was done for our reception and I didn't have to lift a finger. Without Beth and her team, a power outage in the middle of the reception would have become a nightmare. Her team sprang into action to not only find the right people to solve the problem but to keep our guests happy. Picture it: 100 people singing "Piano Man" in candlelight. Beth was a lovely wedding planner. She helped me with every question I had and was available at any time of the day. I didn’t need too much planning but I wanted it for peace of mind throughout the whole wedding planning process. She exceeded my expectations! Everyone loved her presence at the wedding 😊 Dianne did our ceremony coordination and Darin was our officiant. They were wonderful! We couldn’t be more grateful for having the three of them making our whole day run so smoothly. I worked with Beth for both wedding planning and day of coordination and she was truly a godsend. I was so overwhelmed with everything and she helped keep me on track and make things much easier. I asked her so many silly questions and she always responded quickly and reassured me that my questions were valid! The day of the wedding she was phenomenal. She truly handled everything and made sure that my husband and I were having fun and had everything we needed. I truly couldn't have done anything without her and would highly recommend her!
Extremely friendly and helpful. I’m a very meticulous do it myself type of personality. Elle was awesome and I felt confident telling her what I wanted and what was needed to be completed. She did an excellent job. I can not give enough praise to the assistance Elle gave on our Wedding Day absolutely no stress came my way at all!!!
We hired Elle to be our day of coordinator and we are so happy we did. There are so many little details to think about on your wedding day and it's so nice to have a professional working with you. I decided I needed someone to coordinate all the details for our outdoor ceremony and Elle handled it to perfection. I can't imagine putting it all together without her. She is so easy to talk to while taking the job seriously at the same time. Thank you Elle and Utano Events for helping me have the ceremony I envisioned.
Beth is the BEST. She is extremely outgoing, can handle anything and answers any questions no matter what time of day. Not only did my husband and I love her, but so did our whole wedding party. She even showed us a few dance moves! HIGHLY recommend.
Overall really appreciated having Beth the day of my wedding. I think regardless of wedding size, a wedding planner/day of coordinator is needed! I worked with Beth the month prior to the wedding, the day of the wedding, and also opted for a month of planning 6-9 months prior to the wedding. Beth was helpful in providing her contacts for things we needed or doing research on my behalf. This is something that is critical for me who was a first time bride, the first bride in her immediate family, and does not live in the area of my venue (nor the state).

Beth and her team were fantastic. We needed an officiant for our wedding, and upon contacting her she immediately paired us with Darin. When we met them for the first time, we were extremely pleased. They asked all the questions needed to get a feel for us as a couple and to help plan our ceremony. Beth communicated frequently, and took all of our suggestions/wants and made them work. Darin ran our rehearsal beautifully and again offered suggestions to help make it run smoothly, as well as to make sure it was what we wanted. On the day of our wedding, the ceremony went so smoothly and was so beautiful. He took all of our suggestions and made our vision come to life. We are so thankful for Beth and Darin for making our wedding day everything we imagined!
Beth and her team were a joy to work with. She is so knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and curbed my worries throughout the entire process. She truly cared about us and wanted to make sure our vision came to life! She took care of everything day of which allowed us to have the most amazing day! You are missing out if you don’t hire her!

Beth (&Elle) we’re amazing!!! I cannot recommend them enough. I didn’t think about a single detail on our wedding day, besides relaxing and enjoying the day— they took care of everything. They were organized, communicative, and professional. They made sure we were fed, hydrated, knew where we were going, and when. They are true wedding professionals. You can tell they’ve been doing this a long time and are experts. From our first initial consultation I knew they were the right fit for us and for the job. I’m so glad we went with them! I cannot recommend them enough. Beth and Elle helped with every detail in the weeks leading up— from decorating decisions to contacting vendors to timelines and seating charts. I’m pretty sure they can even control the weather— what was forecast to be a rainy, cloudy day turned out to be beautiful! Our day was amazing because of them and we could not be more grateful. To say I was satisfied with the service provided from Beth is an understatement. She was everything I needed for our special day and more.
At my first meeting with her, she helped to remind me that it was OK to put my wants first and that nothing about our wanting a Marvel themed wedding was silly. She reminded and suggested things to me that turned out fantastic on the day of. Correspondence from her never took long (sometimes it was seconds after I sent an email).
On day of, I never saw her with anything else but a smile and her voicing that it would all be ok despite all my anxiety and nerves. Truly I do not think our evening would have been what it was without her.
The only downside - now I have to figure out another event to get Beth to handle for me again! ❤️
Beth was amazing to work with for planning our ceremony, She helped with details and logistics that I would never have even thought of. The ceremony script options she provides made planning so easy while still leaving the opportunity to customize it how we want. Darin was our officiant and he did a wonderful job and was very professional. Dianne the ceremony coordinator did a great job at making sure everyone knew what to do and where to be and made sure the whole ceremony flowed well.
5 star review, and we would write a second review just to give an additional 5 stars because Beth is worth it! Nothing got by her during the planning or during the big day, and she was ready to go to deal with anything that didn't go right. We had a corkboard made out of wine corks for our guest list, and it came apart during packing and unboxing, but Beth was ready with a hot glue gun to get it put back together. The bride's dress had some stitching come loose but Beth was ready with a sewing kit to get it fixed up in no time. One of our other vendors delivered our dance floor in the wrong spot, but when we showed up, Beth was already there quite literally disassembling it and putting it back together in the right location. At no point did we ever feel that we made a mistake hiring her or that we weren't getting our money's worth with her services! She will be fully invested in your wedding and will go above and beyond in making sure that you and your guests get to celebrate!
Stop what you are doing and hire Beth! She was the best thing that could have happened for our wedding. I hired Beth to help with 2 months of planning, day of coordination, AND she officiated our wedding. Beth is professional, supportive, detailed oriented, FUN, and totally team bride/groom. Our day went flawlessly because of Beth and her attention to detail, she asked me questions about details that I would have never thought of. We didn't have to lift a finger, just be present for our day and Beth (and Janelle) took care of the rest. My dress kept falling out of the bustle so Beth grabbed me and sewed me in and sent me right back to the dance floor, she also taught our Grandma how to do the wobble! Beth went above and beyond to assure our vision came to life and executed the day of flawlessly. She was the first one at our venue and the last one to leave. I cannot recommend Beth (and her team) enough.
I knew I liked Beth the moment I spoke to her on the phone. When I met Beth in person at the venue for a meeting I loved her. Beth was the perfect addition for our wedding. Without Beth it wouldn’t have gone so perfectly. Beth was personable, professional and so fun to be around. Everyone loved her. Beth helped to make the wedding weekend and wedding day so relaxing and enjoyable. We didn’t have to do one thing but be present in the moment. She was exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend Beth and her team of assistants (Kristy and Anna) for any wedding!! When I first met Beth in person, we connected immediately! She has such a bubbly personality and is very genuine. She took my vision of our wedding and expanded it to something so much more!!!!! I cannot thank her and her assistants enough!! Beth even danced at our wedding reception and got more people up on the dance floor, which was awesome! She can "go with the flow" and make changes immediately if needed to make things run smoother. Her assistant Kristy was so genuine, caring, and helped to line everyone up for the ceremony and even held my train so it wouldn't get caught on the bushes. Anna, the bartender brewed some amazing coffee, filled our champagne flutes, and kept the drinks flowing as needed and had a very friendly personality as well. If you are getting married anytime soon, contact Beth Utano immediately!!!! You will not be sorry, I promise :)
We were lucky to have Beth help us when we started planning all the way down to the big day! Beth just made everything better from vendor suggestions to final details she knocked it out of the park! Reminding us of things never would’ve considered to make everything awesome! With practicality and fun in mind Beth nailed it all. That’s why Beth’s the BEST!! 10/10 recommend! I hope we will get to plan another event together at some point :)
Beth is, hands down, the best wedding planner I could’ve asked for. Beth was ALWAYS optimistic, helpful, knowledgeable, and FUN. Beth was absolutely amazing and made our wedding planning process so much less stressful. We leveraged her services for a couple months as we needed a lot of help with rentals and lived out of town. She handled all rentals, helped me with decor, worked with all of our vendors and helped me understand how the day would flow. She was so responsive and always there when I needed her advice or support. She’s great to work with and will make your wedding vision come true!
If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Beth was beyond amazing and made planning my wedding easy peasy. Beth went above and beyond from day 1, and her pricing can't be beat!!! I did 1 month of planning plus Day of Planning since I would be in hair and makeup/photos during that time. She calmed my nerves the week up until my wedding when I was worried about everything falling into place! Beth took the reins from me at rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what to do and where to be. On wedding day, she handled everything! I had hair and makeup and did not have one worry! Beth handled set up, Beth checked in on myself and my husband to see if we needed a snack or water and how we were feeling. During photos (that seem to take forever) she checked on us and supplied snacks and drinks to get us through! She made sure everything ran smooth, she even had to ask some wedding crashers to leave, which she handled flawlessly! She helped with packing up and made sure everything went into the car and nothing was left behind. I wish I could have her everyday in my life to keep me on track! Beth is a ROCKSTAR!!! I cannot say enough about her!!! I wish I could get married again just to have Beth plan again !!!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!! Thank you Beth!!!!

I used The Knot to find a Wedding Coordinator to avoid the stress of planning our elopement. Utano Event & Wedding Planning seemed to be the best choice for what I wanted, so I emailed and received an almost immediate response. Beth turned out to be an officiant as well, so I was excited to be able to have another box checked off my list of things to do. Her process makes everything so smooth and worry-free, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I am not usually one for last-minute planning, but we had a few changes (such as family driving all night to surprise my husband at the ceremony) and she was able to work them in flawlessly. Not only that, but her husband even stepped up to help out as a witness (and an impromptu videographer/dj) with no hesitation. We would not have had the amazing day we had without Utano Event & Wedding Planning! I feel so fortunate to have had a perfect day, and Beth made that happen.
Beth is the best! She was our planner and officiant for both our small covid ceremony and our full wedding and she took care of EVERYTHING. We just got to have the best time and she just made everything perfect for us! From organizing vendors to making sure we actually got to eat on our day, she did it all! Even got out on the dance floor with us! If you need a planner, look no further!
Beth was simply the best. Looking back on our wedding, we can not imagine pulling it off without her and her assistant Anna. Beth was full of helpful suggestions and ideas that we never would have thought of. In the lead up to our wedding day, including the day before, she was always there to help in any and every way. On the day of the wedding, she was willing to help in every manner possible from setup, to emergency cleaning the bride's dress, to an emergency repair of a groomsmen's pants, she and Anna literally did everything. They are a fun duo and some of the nicest people ever as well. If you are at all thinking of hiring a day/month of coordinator, your money couldn't be spent any better.

BETH IS THE BEST!!! We had to switch venues for our reception 4 months before the wedding day. We were so overwhelmed! We decided on having the reception at my husbands lake house, which meant renting and planning literally everything. We decided to look into hiring a planner. I came across Beth on theknot and sent her a message. She replied that night and she had our date open! She was able to reach out to caterers and the tent rental company. She even brought cupcakes and cake samples for us to try to our first meeting! We decided to supply all alcohol for the bar, and Beth and her bartenders made us a list of how much and what brands to get. The list was spot on! She set the tables and bar the day of and dealt with all the vendors, which allowed me to relax. Her bartenders and assistant also waited on my husband and I and made sure we had everything we needed during the reception. We always had a drink in hand. Beth and her assistant Jenelle also got people out on the dance floor and showed them how to do the Wobble. We cannot say enough great things about Beth and her crew. Our wedding was amazing and better than we could’ve imagined. We highly recommend hiring Beth for your wedding or event!!
Beth was absolutely amazing! She made our wedding day feel like a walk in the park not once but twice she was by our side. Covid ruined our fist wedding but she still made it extremely special for us, we got to do a ceremony and get officially married on our original wedding date all because of Beth! The second time around (the real thing) with a small gathering and a real ceremony she went above and beyond to make sure everything was as close to perfect as it could get. When we thought our budget was met she found people and things even cheaper so we could have everything we dreamed of! She is by far the best decision we made when it came to our big day, she was extremely easy to get along with always made the most out of bad situations, handling all the hard stuff so we could sit back completely stress free! We love you Beth!

She is a natural planner, her ideas and organizational skills were so helpful (helped with bride anxiety!!) Not only does Beth excel at her job, but she is fun, energetic and a joy to work with.
