About this vendor
Utepsils Brewing is an event venue nestled on the banks of Bassett Creek between the Harrison & Bryn Mawr neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Our 18,000-square-foot site features an iconic taproom and relaxing outdoor beer garden, immersing you in our full-scale craft brewery.
At Utepils, we believe that good brewing starts with honoring the traditions of brewers who have gone before us—but sometimes, to know whether something is delicious, you need to experience it yourself.
We brew our beer using the artesian spring water from historic wells to produce better beer in a hard-to-describe way. Using tried and true brewing practices, we’re creating a new tradition in the Twin Cities that brings friends and families together to share good times and great beer.
Our brewery offers several wedding rental options, from reservations in our pup-friendly beer garden to our famous semi-private Bay 10 area. We can accommodate small and large parties for any number of events, including rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, birthday parties, and more.

y flexible on what you can bring in - we catered from a restaurant owned by one of our family members and were even able to hire a bartender to serve liquor in addition to Utepils beer. It was very reasonable pricing and was the perfect, casual rehearsal dinner we were hoping for! Would highly recommend!
We love this brewery so it was a no brainer to host our grooms dinner. The atmosphere was great and plenty of space
We had an amazing time having our wedding at Utepils. The space in Bay 10 worked out perfectly for our smaller guest count. The staff and bartenders were super nice and a lot of fu...

We had such a great time hosting our rehearsal dinner at Utepils. We loved that we could bring in catering from a restaurant of our choice which really added a lot of flexibility t...
o our planning. Bay 10 (the room where we hosted our dinner) was awesome, easy to access, and it was super nice having a separate set of taps and our own personal bartender. We got a lot of compliments on the whole event and would absolutely recommend it as a great casual place for a rehearsal dinner or similar event!
Really easy to coordinate. Everything that was agreed upon was set up exactly as we had planned. The staff was friendly & accomading. Would definitely host there again!

nd not stressful. The space itself was cute enough that we didn’t need to decorate as much. Thank you everyone for the help!

to collaborate on setup and just generally found the experience seamless. At the actual event, the bartender was a rockstar. She sprung into action anything we needed anything, was lovely to our guests and just did a great job. We'd absolutely recommend the space to others hosting an event.
What a memorable event I had at Utepils. The Bay 10 with its beautiful historic bar along with General Utepils ambience gave guests a WOW look at The Brewery!

spitality helped me every step of the way & didn’t forget any details for a Retirement event in August 2023. “Ooohtapils” is a premium place to host your events!

and getting drinks was easy for our group. We ordered in from Pizza Luce, it was a great evening! The only thing was we wished other Utepils customers wouldn’t have been able to walk through our space. Maybe having a bit more clear signage that it’s a private event when walking up to the tent wouls be helpful. Overall, we had a good experience!!
The tables I reserved were ready and well marked. Everyone in the party was totally happy with the venue and the beer.
Thank you Lauren & KiKi!!!!!

Celebration of Life Event (Non-wedding)
I was so nervous about holding an event in Bay 10 at Utepils because I really wasn't sure if we'd have 50 or 150 guests. But it could not have gone more smoothly. The bartender too...
k such good care of us from set up - through the whole 4 hours - and then in take down and there truly wasn't a hiccup. So many people mentioned what a nice space it was and those that had never been there checked out the main area and the patio and were so pleasantly surprised. Utepils will definitely see many of us visiting again.
It was super easy to work with Lauren at Utepils to book the Bay 10 room for a party celebrating my husband's graduation. Communication was prompt and clear, and I preferred the pr...
icing structure here versus other similar venues that required drink minimums. The Bay 10 space has enough atmosphere that we didn't need to decorate. We were supplied with tables and linens to serve food on that was brought in by family and friends. Overall our guests had great comments about the venue and party, and Utepils really met my expectations!
We hosted an event for our non-profit association with Utepils. Lauren and her team did an amazing job. Our members loved the location and had great things to say about the set up....
I would highly recommend.
