We can't thank Utopian enough for making our wedding week so incredibly special! They truly understood our vision and brought it to life. Every detail- from the florals and mandap to the estate tables and custom bar--was more than we could have imagined. We are still drooling over our wedding setup! Utopian went above and beyond for our fusion wedding ceremony. Shushil was very attentive and high touch from beginning to end. We had 4 events in Atlanta that Utopian provided decor for. Everything was thought out carefully and executed so well. He came with a lot of great ideas and isn't pushy about anything. When I saw our civil ceremony decor, I cried tears of joy. I never felt like I was in a hotel ballroom after Utopian and the team worked their magic. All my other vendors had nothing but good things to say about Shushil and his team at Utopian. He went above and beyond at the reception, providing orchids on each table setting (my late grandmother's favorite flower). In the planning phase, Shushil invited us up to Alpharetta to view pieces and choose any linens we would prefer and spoil us with lunch. We felt like we could fully trust Utopian. He also went out of his way to introduce himself to my parents the week of our wedding. Our guests raved about our enchanted forest reception, and we truly felt immersed with the decor (trees, greenery and flowers). We fully recommend Utopian for your events!

Working with Shushil and his team for our wedding was a wonderful experience. From the beginning you can see how passionate they are with what they do and to bring your vision to life. It was an easy decision as his experience in this area is very apparent and comforting to know that your wedding will look nothing less than spectacular. When everything came together, there were so many little details that him and his team made sure to take care of we didn't even think of. Each look of our events were so uniquely different and intricate. There were so many hidden surprises for us such as a whole Mr. and Mrs display in our pre-function space, candles in a box to light up the whole stage, and having so much additional content from his team to catch our first looks of the decor. Utopian Events really made our wedding feel like a real-life fairytale. They took our budget and maximized every aspect of it. It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to and I may be biased but it was truly breathtaking. They incorporated a very special surprise for me where the head tables had lotus flowers for my late mother. That meant the world to me. Angelica and Sushil were a delight to work with! They listened to us since day 1 and brought our vision to life. Kinjal and her team at Utopian Events did absolutely amazing work for our wedding events. Throughout the planning process, decor was a big stress to me - I had many events, a very specific vision of what I wanted for each event, and a strict budget to work with. From the moment I spoke with Kinjal from Utopian events, I got such a warm and genuine feeling - which is something I did not feel with other vendors I was vetting. I could not recommend Shushil and Utopian Events more. He is hands down the best and will go above and beyond for your wedding weekend. He has now done my cousins wedding, my sisters wedding, and mine, and to say he feels part of the family would be an understatement. Each time I walked into the ballroom he decorated for my various events, I immediately was brought to tears by how beautiful it all was. With Shushil in charge, I never felt the need to check on anything or worry about if he’d be on time because you just know it will all be perfect. I did not hire Shushil for my mehndi, and had purchased my own decor. The day before my mehndi, I realized I left it all in a different city. I called him to tell him, and he immediately told me not to worry and him and his team would have it covered. They came on such short notice and decorated for the evening so so beautifully. I joked with him that throughout the process, he truly felt like a big brother therapist. He made the wedding process so seamless and I just can’t thank him enough. Decorators truly set the tone for the wedding festivities and the reason we were able to decide on Shushil and Team so quickly was because of their experience in the industry and their creativeness. My wife and I got married April of this year. We were supposed to get married in July 2020 and we'd begun our search for vendors in December 2019 - way before COVID was as commonplace as it is today. We were worried about finding vendors who would help us because we have a same sex relationship. We were calling around and landed on Sushil. I had Utopian Events decorate my reception is past March, and they did such a beautiful job! I went in with one idea and completely changed it seeing images from other people's events. Angelica and her team crafted the perfect decor for our Hindu and Jewish ceremonies. Ahh 2020...enough said! As two overwhelmed and overworked healthcare workers, my now husband and I had the added stress of planning a cross country wedding during a global pandemic . Utopian Events to the rescue! What could have been a very stressful process turned out almost effortless thanks to Shushil and Angelica. They were both supportive and flexible as we re-designed the micro ceremony. With the help of modern technology (zoom meetings and email threads), we were able to celebrate the wedding of our pandemic dreams. The mandap was gorgeous! Not only was it a perfect day, but we had peace of mind, which is priceless. It was a pleasure working with Utopian and we are excited to to have them design our 2021 reception!

Shushil and his staff are amazing. Outstanding attention to detail. Shushil is extremely approachable and creative and is able to create a design based on your vision that is so personal and customized to you and your event. He is there every step of the way and he and his team work so hard to make sure everything is perfect. We had a very short timeline to our wedding (engaged to wedding in less than 6 months) and Shushil and his team created the most stunning wedding and reception decor. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous everything looked. Shushil is also one of the kindest people you will ever meet and it was truly a pleasure working with him and his team. We highly recommend Shushil and Utopian Events if you want customized and beautiful decor for any event. We will definitely use them again for any future events.

Kinjal and her team were amazing! They exceeded our expectations with stunning decor for all of our events. Kinjal spent several hours over many months video conferencing with us to ensure everything we wanted was included, and helped us stay within budget. Highly highly recommend!

Shushil and his team were incredible to work with from the start! He is very professional, and worked with my Wife and I to get our dream decor for our big day. From our stunning mandap, to all of the center pieces, everything was picturesque and precise to spec of our original designs. Utopian was also very flexible with all and any changes that came our way regarding set up, breakdown, and the unknown when it comes to wedding decor. They were thorough, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Utopian to anyone looking for a events decorator!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE PAID A DEPOSIT IN MAY 2019 FOR OUR WEDDING SCHEDULED FOR MAY 2020. A WHOLE YEAR IN ADVANCE. I REACHED OUT TO THEM SEVERAL WEEKS AGO TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING. I WAS ADVISED THAT MY SALES REP NO LONGER WORKS THERE AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY EVENT!!! I EMAILED THEM MY INVOICE AND A COPY OF THE DEPOSIT WE PAID A YEAR IN ADVANCE . I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LOOK OVER WHAT I SENT THEM AND GET BACK TO ME. THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO ME ON THERE OWN I HAD TO REACH BACK OUT TO THEM TO GET AN ANSWER. AT THAT TIME I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO RECORDS OF ME BOOKING OUR EVENT AND NOW THEY ARE OVERBOOKED FOR MY DATES. THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT. I INFORMED THEM THAT A REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD HONOR THE CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO FOR ME IS REFUND MY DEPOSIT AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES THAT WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH ME. IF I HAD NOT REACHED OUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN WEEKS BEFORE OUR WEDDING BEFORE I FOUND OUT WE DO NOT HAVE A DECOR COMPANY. THIS HAS BEEN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL FOR US AND OUR WEDDING. I'M NOT SURE WHO WAS AT FAULT IN THERE OFFICE BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. WITH A INVOICE AND DEPOSIT WE SHOULD OF BEEN A PRIORITY ESPECIALLY SINCE WE BOOKED A YEAR IN ADVANCE. I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST USING THIS VENDOR.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! My fiancé and I are scheduled to get married in May 2020 so we were proactive in booking all of our vendors a year in advance, Utopian Events being one of them. When we arrived for our consultation in May of this year, we were told our date was available and that no other weddings were scheduled. We came to an agreement with our sales representative and paid our deposit. After months of not hearing from them, we decided to reach out to our sales rep early this month to make sure everything was still on track, no response. We then reached out to the venue directly at which time we were informed that our sales rep was no longer with the company and had been gone since JUNE OR JULY!!! When my fiancé inquired who would be taking over and whether we were still on track, he was told he would receive a response a few days later. That seemed strange but we waited. Again, no response. We reached out again and were informed that the company had no record of our agreement or DEPOSIT PAYMENT! We thought it had to be a joke, I mean who runs a company without knowing what deposits are being made for, right?! But it wasn’t!! Thankfully, we had a receipt and an invoice. We sent over our confirmation at which time we were told that our date was over-booked and that our event COULD NOT BE HONORED!!! The owner informed us that all he could do is provide a refund and told us that he was sure another vendor would love to work with us! WOW!!!!!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS!!! We booked FIRST and should have been the priority. We are now struggling to find a new decor company for our date and are now facing more out-of-pocket expenses to move things around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISORGANIZED COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT!!!

Highly recommend Utopian Events! I had the utmost pleasure working with Kinjal and her team during my wedding planning process. She spent countless hours talking to me and making sure she was able to bring to life the vision I had for my wedding weekend. She went over multiple "inspiration" pictures and made note of everything down to the smallest detail. Kinjal's passion, dedication, and friendly persona made it very easy to work with. Utopian works with your budget and helps provide a unique and personalized wedding look just for you. Shushil was awesome to work with! He spent three (very) long sessions with us to understand the type of events (sangeet, wedding, reception), the decor we wanted, and our budget we were working with. He was patient with changes that happened over time as we developed more concrete visions of each event. He was great about playing around with different decor ideas so we could be cost effective but still beautiful! He also created centerpieces for our tables and aisle way pieces based on an inspiration photo and they turned out amazing! We got so many compliments on them. He did not push any preferences on us and actually worked with creating decor ideas we had seen elsewhere. We expected to have hiccups in the execution process given experiences other friends have had with their wedding vendors, but Utopian was absolutely perfect! He executed everything perfectly! Everyone loved the decor!

Utopian Events was at the top of my list when choosing a decorator for my wedding. After speaking with Kinjal Patel, Event and Sales Manager, for the first time I was committed to having Utopian bring my wedding to life. Decor is such a crucial part of a wedding, the Utopian team truly knows how to bring a bride’s vision to life. They also have so many wonderful recommendations to turn a simple idea into the highlight of your event. Kinjal was very generous, open-minded, and full of ideas she knew would make my wedding complete. She took the time to talk to me for about 30 minutes when we were first introduced just to get to know me so she could better understand my vision. I had never received such courtesy from a vendor before. We clicked right away and she began to show me photos of decor she thought would match my vision. We talked multiple times in person and over the phone to finalize every detail of the wedding events. Kinjal was so easy to talk, and so easy to get a hold of. Other vendors I would have to call over and over, but with Utopian, I never had that problem. My major focus for decor was my Mandap. I wanted it to be something spectacular, like out of a movie. Florals, water features, greenery, candles, chandeliers, the works! Kinjal knew how much my mandap meant to me, so she presented me with multiple sketches and photos for inspiration (which she did for all my events). Finally, when the day came to see my mandap, I was blown away. I had to catch my breath before I could take in the glorious beauty of my dream mandap. It was just how I imagined it in my head, and it was brought to life by the Utopian Events team. I loved it so much, it became the major backdrop for my wedding photos. I wanted the beauty of that magnificent creation to shine in my photos. Aside from creating my dream mandap, Kinjal and the Utopian Events team truly went above and beyond my expectations to create my dream wedding. All my pre-wedding events were decorated with such talent and cohesive presentation. I had discussed so many of the details with Kinjal, but when I saw them for the first time in person during the wedding week, I was beyond pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this vendor to any bride seeking a great decoration team with fast and easy communication, fresh ideas, and desire to make a bride’s dreams come true. They are truly the best, I am so thankful for Utopian!

We met Shushil thru mutual friends and attending several wedding events that Utopian had decorated. From the time we had our first meeting with Shushil to discuss my daughter's 3 day wedding event, it was hands down how professional and welcoming he treated us...and most importantly our daughter...which made us feel very comfortable. He was very compassionate and personal with the style we desired and showed unique ideas based on our interest, while leading us into the right direction. Within days he provided us a DETAILED OUTLINE of everything we had discussed. He was very punctual at our meetings and did'nt hesitate to take calls anytime of the day or responding to text and emails. He and his team communicated and collaborated very well with other vendors throughout to make the planning process, including the event, easier. At the event, he transferred what started as a vision and turned it into a dream reality for our daughter!!
