Ronnie has been so wonderful and a true life saver! I was in the middle of planning a super fabulous baby shower and the current even planner that one of the girl recommended went totally M.I.A. on us. I was in a panic and I did some research and found Utterly Elegant so I quickly reached out. I had a great conversation and told Ronnie the vision, she showed up and had a even better presentation than we originally planned! She was prompt with her time, very professional and a great personality. She knows her stuff and that was enough for me to be reassured about the day- which was as fabulous as I knew it would be. Ronny went above and beyond for my wedding!! She was flexible with appointment times catering to my crazy schedule, professional, honest and creative. She has pride in her work and would never stir her customers in the wrong direction. With stressful wedding planning, it was an amazing feeling to be able to let go and trust her skills.She granted my every wish and then some - my wedding fairy Godmother!! I was blown away when I saw my decor! One month since the wedding and people are still praising the decor!!

Working with Veronica was great. She was always available even if I reached out after hours. Pleasant demeanor. She sent all the needed documents in a very organized manner. Overall, not a choice that I regret!

Vero is the person you need coordinating your special day. We’re very happy to she was the one helping us make our dreams wedding come to life. Vero was asking us questions that we even haven’t taught of, important ones, I should add. Vero helps coordinate with other vendors to make sure that we’re all on the same page . I remember on the big day, Vero came to the hotel with an emergency box, containing last minutes essential items like hair pins, clips, gums, tape, deodorant etc. I was so happy that she taught of all of that. Vero is amazing and she knows what its takes to make an event successful. We’re happy that she was there to help us make our special day organized, beautiful and amazing . Thanks Vero.

Veronica, it was the best decision we ever made, she was on top of everything, and it made the last week leading up to my wedding more fun than stressful, she called all the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, contacted our wedding party, took care of getting our place cards printed and so much more. She called me Berline the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing, she was so kind and organized, I really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us created our dream wedding. We used Utterly Elegants services for our wedding at The Westin in JC on Oct 7th. The big issue we had was that the coordination services were not at ALL as promised, Ronny was rude to our parties and other vendors, she argued with us, they were understaffed, and she never ONCE said sorry through the day. She never took the responsibility of messing up and she was missing most of the day when people needed her. We don't want anyone else to have to go through what we went through and what felt like get tricked into attaching her wedding coordinating services to the decorating services. She needs to rethink her business and coordination services before she sells them to people. Basically the bride, groom and bridal party ended up doing the job we paid you to do. We have no complaints about her decoration services besides the aisle runner...it was cheap and we gladly would have paid more for something that didn't look like paper taped to the ground. My cousin tripped over it, and it came out looking pretty bad in pictures. The reception hall however looked great. But I think there are probably other vendors who will care more and pay more attention to details.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Ronny and her team at Utterly Elegant Events to do the floral design for our wedding! Ronny is so creative and really knows how to execute a bride and groom's vision. When I first met with her, I had a budget and color scheme in mind and she stuck to both of them but also went above and beyond, choosing beautiful decor to compliment the flowers and creating fabulous bouquets and centerpieces. When we first walked into our reception room, we couldn't believe how amazing it looked. Ronny was also so berry organized and responsive throughout the entire planning process. We would highly recommend her and her team at Utterly Elegant Events 💕

We had our wedding on July 9th, 2017 and I was very pleased with my sweet heart table. They also did the decor for our ceremony as well. The ceremony was just how I wanted it to be. Also, the sweet heart table was the center of attention. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone of my family or friends.

We hired Veronica as a decor vendor for our traditional wedding. Right from our initial contact, Veronica was amazing...she made the process seamless and very relaxing. At some point, we even thought she was our planner!! She also took the time to make great recommendations after her venue visit and we're happy we trusted her with our day. Veronica is awesome! We had a wedding planned for 250-300 guest and it was no problem for Utterly Elegant events. Veronica thought of every detail, even things I thought I had thought of, I didn’t. Last minute we had concerns about decorations Veronica gave her advice and made sure everything looked beautiful. She made herself accessible at all times during the planning process and I would say because of her I was not stressed AT ALL the day of. I was actually on social media relaxing for majority of the day. We’ve received sooo many compliments on not only how beautiful and fun the wedding was but how ORGANZIED it was, which was very important to us. The itinerary for the day was perfect and everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when. The wedding party changed at one point into our traditional wear and Veronica had everyone on a schedule and ready to go! She made sure every vendor (decorator, dj, mc, florist) knew what we wanted and what was expected from them. She made sure all our gifts and personal items that we wanted to collect after the wedding were put safely in our hotel room. If something went wrong that day we had no idea because everything looked amazing to us! We are grateful for having Veronica help us plan our day!

How do I begin, our wedding was on september 25th, 2016 and before that, we contacted utterlyelegant to help in cordinating our ceremony. Wao! The best service ever, Veronica made sure all the vendors understood every detail and drafted every plan for our review, her communication with us and the vendors were excellent, her organization skills are like no other, she made sure every detail was in place, she worked with every single participant in our wedding and our wedding came ceremony came out perfect. We used utterly elegant for our decor. We planned our NJ wedding from out of state and Veronica did a great job setting up our table centerpieces and our wedding arch. They centerpieces were beautiful and we got many compliments on them and our archway was exactly what we asked for. The process was completely stress free and i would highly reccomend their services.

Veronica did a great job as a day of coordinator! She was very professional as was her team. She helped me make a precise itinerary for the day of ! My wedding included three events the day of each event had their intricacies and I am a very organized person. However I knew I couldn't handle every single detail especially the day of. In order for me to enjoy my wedding Veronica stepped in to help organize my bridal party and also helped organize my family members in order to make the day successful. We had multiple vendors, she helped organize and keep each on track by reviewing the contracts. Our vendors were also great too. Veronica is ensured we recieved what we paid for. I did wish I asked for more people to come from her staff because my wedding was very large with a lot of events. Overall I thought it was a great success. 4.5/5 stars! I will recommend her and her staff to future brides :)

We hired Veronica as a day-of coordinator and glad that I did!! I had a big South Asian wedding and had a lot of details to coordinate. I wanted to take stress off of my parents and sister and therefore decided to get a day of coordinator. Veronica was quite professional from day one and extremely pleasant to work with! She was really organized and very meticulous. We had a one meeting before the wedding where she took notes rigorously and asked many questions to make sure she had all the details down!! It really put us at ease ! During the event Veronica was there and I really loved that she was able to make sure my decorator, Dj, and other vendors had done their part on time. Her team did a great job also helping with setting up our entrance tables, little decor items, and gift table etc. Only one thing was that I wish we had met or spoken more before the event rather than just one meeting,...or that she had gone over the details more. Maybe it was because we were her first south Asian wedding or maybe because a lot was going on, but at times she was asking my parents questions about what is next or what to do (they later told me this). They were not fully stress free and were running around a lot coordinating which I wish 100% was taken care of or that the communication would have been better. well most of the manual help was nicely taken care of .... Her team helped with the MAJOR stuff I needed - passing out favors on tables, ushering people to dinner, etc. which I am grateful for. I am confident Veronica will do amazing at all her future south Asian/ ethnic weddings! Now that she has experience with our traditions and "timeline." Im overall happy with the professionalism and pleasant attitude .
