Lotoya and Gabby were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They helped me define a vision, I had no clue what I wanted. Not knowing what I wanted caused me to ask a ton of questions about everything, they were super patient throughout the planning process which was a blessing. When I first got engaged, I was super excited and immediately started looking for venues. We purchased their full-service package which included design, their planning process was so easy to follow, we just had to make decisions on what we wanted. They worked within our budget and raised the red flag when we approved things outside of the budget. When we faced a challenge they always gave the best options to resolve any issue. I must admit as a bride-to-be, I was never stressed because they made me feel at ease. They warned me, my wedding day would be a blur, which was true but they made sure to schedule special moments for Nathan and I to enjoy together. Lotoya and Gabby are the BEST in the wedding planning game! During the thick of Covid, when nothing was certain, they helped me plan like everything was normal. I was adamant to get married on my wedding day and a pandemic wasn’t going to stop me. They had a plan A, B and C, every single detail covered and they paired me with excellent vendors that understood my wedding vibe. My planning journey was very much a rollercoaster ride, but these ladies kept me calm, cool and willing to change directions when needed. We are 100% happy with how our wedding turned out and we owe it all to them. I can’t say it enough, thank you so much for making our day so special.

Every detail was set, 5 days before my wedding, Covid shut the world down. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do our reception as planned, but we still got married on our day with a super casual ceremony in our living room. Lotoya and Gabby kept me focused to move forward and rescheduled our reception for the summer of 2021. A year later the pandemic was still going, we were still under a state-mandated order for in-person gatherings and it was looking like I was going to be forced to have an outdoor tent wedding which I didn’t want at all. Gabby and Lotoya knew my vision and they encouraged me to speak with my venue about canceling and getting a refund. Yes, this was a long shot, but it worked. My venue released me from my contract and refunded our money. I still wanted to have a reception to celebrate being married with our family and friends. Still by my side, Gabby and Lotoya began brainstorming with me and we decided to do a casual backyard party at our home, with a plan to use all of the design elements from the canceled ballroom reception. These ladies worked their MAGIC, they contacted all our vendors with the new date and backyard plan. We had such a fun party complete with a DJ, food trucks, gorgeous flowers, photobooth, and the best weather ever. Lotoya and Gabby are the BEST thank you so much for making sure we got a chance to celebrate being #perfectlyPowell”.

Pandemic and all, we would do it again with V Agency at our side! Lotoya and Gabriella were a pleasure to work with when it was in the pure fun stage of wedding planning and when the pandemic hit. Their experience eased us through the process of planning all details related to our daughter’s dream wedding, but their true expertise was demonstrated when the pandemic hit, and all aspects of an indoor wedding celebration were moved outdoors in a compressed timetable. With their talents and professional contacts, our daughter’s wedding dream stayed true, and our guests felt welcomed from the minute they checked into the hotel, attended the wedding and reception until they departed following the post wedding morning brunch. Lotoya and Gabriella thought of everything and created a weekend itinerary for our guests as well as their support team. Given the attention to detail and a comprehensive written itinerary (details down to who was responsible for transporting personal items to and from the reception, etc.), V Agency and their support team allowed us to enjoy the wedding weekend with all our family and friends.
