Julie was recommended to me by a stranger on a Facebook group, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From states away, she managed to help me plan an AMAZING trip to Jamaica, and we were thrilled to go... Until an unexpected issue came up (my husband is military) and we missed our flight out on a Sunday morning. I've never dealt with someone so willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things happened like they were supposed to. There were no flights there until Wednesday, so we scrapped the Jamaica plan and Julie calmed me down (while she was in church on her own time, mind you) and went to work with Southwest after she got home. She selflessly spent SIX HOURS on hold with them trying to make literally ANYthing work, and she finally landed us on an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic instead. She worked magic I didn't know was possible, and by the next morning, we were on a plane to somewhere tropical. I can't thank you enough for what you did for us, Julie. I'm excited to plan our next vacation with you (with a bit more time and a lot less uncertainty with my husband's job, of course)!

Julie Lanham helped us plan the weddingmoon of our dreams in ocho rios, Jamaica! We had problems with the pre-wedding planners before the wedding and Julie helped clear up any and all problems that I was having with the resort and always replied promptly to all my emails. She helped me through the whole process of pre-planning and answered questions via email while we were at the resort as well! And she gave us a cute little wedding gift before we left! She was so re-assuring when I was stressing out about the wedding and the pre-wedding planners. I ended up having the wedding of my dreams and It was all thanks to her! Also, don't let the resort talk you into planning your next trip on the resort with their planners just because of the discounts no matter what they promise you! I unfortunately put a deposit down on our next trip before while on the resort. But of course Julie was there to save the day when I got home! My reservation was all messed up, but Julie took care of everything to get it fixed without me having to do really anything! She is a absolutely amazing! I will be booking all of my vacations through Julie Lanham!
