She selflessly spent SIX HOURS on hold with them trying to make literally ANYthing work, and she finally landed us on an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic instead. She worked magic I didn't know was possible, and by the next morning, we were on a plane to somewhere tropical. I can't thank you enough for what you did for us, Julie. I'm excited to plan our next vacation with you (with a bit more time and a lot less uncertainty with my husband's job, of course)!

Also, don't let the resort talk you into planning your next trip on the resort with their planners just because of the discounts no matter what they promise you! I unfortunately put a deposit down on our next trip before while on the resort. But of course Julie was there to save the day when I got home! My reservation was all messed up, but Julie took care of everything to get it fixed without me having to do really anything! She is a absolutely amazing! I will be booking all of my vacations through Julie Lanham!
