This vendor was used for a small,about fifty guest wedding, at The O'Neil House. The salad was very good. The main course was appalling. The meat was not cooked. Not just rare but barely heated. The chateaubriand was returned for cooking by multiple guests but was still inedible. The mashed potatoes were very garlicky and had blood from the meat on them. The green beans were rubbery. I would not recommend this vendor for a wedding of any size

The food was amazing and how they handled all my food allergies was beyond amazing. As a bride the last thing I wanted was to not be able to eat at my wedding. I told Vaccaro all my allergies and he was able to put together a menu that was in my price range and that people raved about! We ended up with a ton more food and we are stil enjoying it all. It was easily frozen and able to reheat and enjoy over and over again! I would trust Vaccaro and recommend them anytime!

Fantastic value for the wonderfully prepared food. One complaint is when asked to cut the tiered wedding cake to serve to guests, they cut our anniversary cake and served it all. Also, we used a venue the caterer does not usually use and I was setting up the venue until 10:30 am the morning of my wedding, which was at 1 pm.
