up the initial booking, and then working with Carol our coordinator was incredibly easy! We had to make a change to one of the photo locations last minute, and she was super helpful communicating to both the photographer and videographer! The photos came out amazing, and the video was perfect. for my company, so I am very picky) and found ValCinema through The Knot. I read the reviews, looked at their website, then reached out to schedule a call. From the first moment I spoke to them, I could tell they had world-class customer service. I've spoken to quite a few of them, so I can't even recall all the names. But each was as nice as the other. I even asked them if I could change payment methods so that we could put it on our new Chase credit card (to get travel points) and they said yes! They reimbursed my first payment, then allowed me to put it on my new credit card a few weeks later. These are GOOD people. Fast forward then to the wedding day and the videographer was SUPERB! I was hesitant bc he was a little younger (maybe like 25?), but he was amazing and I'd recommend him in a heart beat. I couldn't be happier with the end results and I'd give ValCinema a 10-star review if I could. I wish them all the success in the world.
