We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or video! The staff is very professional and talented. The details and creativity have allowed us to re-live our special day over and over again! And Shawn, has been exceptionally helpful in helping us recover/ save our products FIVE years later. The customer service is exceptional and we can’t thank him enough for helping us save these precious memories!

ValCinema was an incredible company to work with! My husband and I were hesitant at first to splurge on a videographer, but are so glad we did! Shawn was incredibly helpful to set up the initial booking, and then working with Carol our coordinator was incredibly easy! We had to make a change to one of the photo locations last minute, and she was super helpful communicating to both the photographer and videographer! The photos came out amazing, and the video was perfect. Both the videographer and photographer worked so hard the day of the wedding to get the best shot, and we are incredibly grateful for the final products!

THIS should be your videographer! And our wedding hasn’t even happened yet! I reached out to several, heard back from a handful, but none were as responsive, professional, and had a great package deal for everything we wanted. Speaking with Shawn on the phone was enjoyable and impressive- such professionalism. Between their amazing video productions I viewed on YouTube and their 100% guarantee to be there and you be happy with your video, I was sold. I am 100% sure they will do an amazing job on our big day and I can’t wait to see the finished product. DO NOT go for the cheap guys- you will be disappointed. The $2-3k range is where to be for the best quality. I can’t wait to watch our video every year on our anniversary. 💙

We had our wedding at The Addison in Boca Raton, Florida, and of all our vendors, ValCinema was our best decision. I had searched high and low for a videographer (I do videography for my company, so I am very picky) and found ValCinema through The Knot. I read the reviews, looked at their website, then reached out to schedule a call. From the first moment I spoke to them, I could tell they had world-class customer service. I've spoken to quite a few of them, so I can't even recall all the names. But each was as nice as the other. I even asked them if I could change payment methods so that we could put it on our new Chase credit card (to get travel points) and they said yes! They reimbursed my first payment, then allowed me to put it on my new credit card a few weeks later. These are GOOD people. Fast forward then to the wedding day and the videographer was SUPERB! I was hesitant bc he was a little younger (maybe like 25?), but he was amazing and I'd recommend him in a heart beat. I couldn't be happier with the end results and I'd give ValCinema a 10-star review if I could. I wish them all the success in the world.
