Working with ValCinema means you won't get to meet/speak to your videographer until about a month prior to the event. Before that, you speak to a manager until they assign a videographer for your event. It felt a little less personal, and we preferred meeting our other vendors earlier on in the process, but honestly it worked out just fine.

d also don’t love being in front of a camera. From the start, we met with Shawn and he was wonderful and listened to everything we had to say and answered all of our questions. He was timely and informative. Then Carol came in and made us feel special and cared about. They answered all of our questions and helped us decide what we wanted. Day of, our photographer (Cody) was the best person we could’ve had on our day. He was calm and focused on us the whole day. When we had a change in our schedule the videographers and photographer were totally okay with it. They concentrated on what we wanted and accomplished that. I can’t speak highly enough of them! They put us at ease and gave us something that’ll last a lifetime.

The initial call went wonderfully. I felt listened to and they have SOOOO many options. They're flexible with their options and they are totally willing to do what they can to help meet your needs and desires. After that, they were constantly available for emails and kept in contact frequently. As our wedding got closer, the organization and communication was wonderful, which definitely helped put me at ease. I was making changes up right up until my wedding and they continued to remain flexible and accommodating.
I want to emphasize that you need not to worry about who your photographer and videographer will be. While they pick who to send to you, I would highly recommend trusting them. Our photographer and videographer were hilarious, accommodating, professional and overall enjoyable to have around. Even after the wedding, they communicated quickly to get us our pictures and videos. I can't say enough positive things about Val Cinema. Give them a shot!!!
