the experience we had building the quote with the team was amazing. We had talked to several vendors about our request and ValCinema is the only one who really understood what we wanted and then actually delivered a high quality product that totally met our expectations.
(We wanted a long form video so we could relive the entire ceremony and reception rather than having an edited highlight video which is more typical from our experience vetting vendors)
The first time they sent us the video the file upload was corrupted but we didn't get around to trying to watch it until months later so when we reached out to ask for help over the Christmas holiday season we were shocked at the speed with which we received not only a response but a reuploaded and incredible video! I live in Indiana but was willing to pay extra money because I hadn't had any luck finding anyone else. My big day isn't until October of this year but I have received excellent customer service from ValCinema! They worked with my budget and have always kept in contact with me. Working a full-time job while planning a wedding things can be pretty hectic and busy. So it's really nice how organized they are and that they check in with me to see if I have any questions.
