Oh my gosh, I am not even sure where to start. I am forever thankful and so incredibly happy for my experience with Valen Bridal. I knew going in that I wanted to work a small shop where I was more than just the 5th appointment of the day. I wanted someone who was more concerned with finding me an amazing dress than trying to sell me one that was above my budget. I found Valen and when I made the initial appointment, Erica was great! She was very responsive to my emails and more than willing to work with and accommodate my difficult work schedule. I LOVED that when you make an appointment there you are the only appointment in the shop. It is such a personal and comfortable experience. You are able to turn on your own music and really feel like you are at home. Erica was great in the first appointment and I found a dress that I really loved but I still wanted to try on some more. Erica did not pressure me at all and reassured me that I had to do whatever made me happy. I ended back at Valen and bought my dream dress. Unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky brides affected by the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy. Erica was absolutely so amazing through that whole horrible experience, without her I do not know what I would have done. She took my calls at all hours of the day, reassuring me that she would do everything she could to find me my dream dress. It eventually came down to her helping me find my exact dress as a sample at a bridal shop in South Carolina. Once I had my dress, Megan helped me with my accessories. She was so sweet and helpful with working out what would look best with my dress which was difficult because she had not seen it because it was already at the seamstress. My dress was blush and had horsehair trim. I really wanted a veil that was blush with the horsehair trim as well and was having a very difficult time finding it. Megan called their vendor and had them make a custom veil for me! It was absolutely perfect and complimented my dress perfectly!! You can not go wrong working with Valen. They treat you like they would their family member, and they honestly want you to be happy. Buying your wedding dress is such a personal experience and everything about Valen complimented that feeling!! They go above and beyond for their brides and they love doing it!! Thank you so much!!

Steve, Kelly and Brian are a great team! Our pictures look fantastic. Kelly was so much fun to work with. Steve made sure we got some great photos and Brian is a miracle worker. Our video made us cry and relive and love that day all over again. Go with Valen studios and you will be so happy. We will use them for all the events in our lives that could use a professional photographer. I cannot thank them enough for capturing the day so beautifully.

I can't believe I found this place. No one knows it exists but it does and its awesome! Erica is the sweetest, and I felt like I was looking for dresses with my sister! (same name as me ha!) It was such a personable, relaxed experience - GO HERE! Also, my mom and I both had champagne. Best day ever, especially since I found the perfect dress :)

This place was the best! I went to others and Valen was by far the best experience! Erica was great, very patient and helpful! She helped take the stress out of it! I highly recommend them!
