About this vendor
Located in Valencia, CA, the Valencia Country Club wedding venue boasts lavish interiors and beautiful green grounds. Situated in the gorgeous Santa Clarita Valley near Los Angeles, it is easily accessible for guests in the city and surrounding areas. Here, fine food, superb service, and alluring rooms make for an unforgettable wedding.
The Valencia Country Club is an extravagant clubhouse with 45,000 square feet of available event space. It features upscale dining at the Champions Grille, a fitness center, and lounges. The club opened its doors in 1965 and was the brainchild of golf course architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It has since developed into one of the premier country clubs in Southern California. Subtle and understated in the best way, the decor complements a range of wedding themes. Beige and neutral tones and deep wood accents create a welcoming atmosphere. Both small and large spaces are available for weddings that range in size. The Santa Clarita Room is a splendid location for wedding showers and rehearsal dinners, making this a one-stop venue for your upcoming milestone occasions. A larger space is offered in the newly remodeled Valencia Ballroom and Lounge, which offers breathtaking views of the award-winning golf course.
The club’s extensive manicured lawns provide an ideal setting for ceremonies and receptions. Up to 300 guests can dine and dance under the sparkle of Italian market lighting. Get ready to sip beverages and indulge in dishes provided by the full-service catering team. Chairs, tables, and linens are all offered through the various packages, helping you to get the most out of your experience. To make the planning process easier, you’ll receive event coordination support and a preferred list of vendors. Inside the venue, you’ll find views of the landscape outside and a charming wraparound terrace. The get-ready rooms feature a private bath and a wet bar, as well as a patio to enjoy the vistas.

Overall it was OK, but if I had to do it over again, I'd highly consider elsewhere.
There was a change of management which was messy. Communication was horrible until the last like...
two months before the wedding, when they were finally getting it together I guess. The new owners own another country club in the same area.
The actual wedding had issues as well.
- Food was COLD. :(
- Gave people wrong food, even though we had markers - they argued with guests when they said they ordered something different.
- Dance floor was installed incorrectly, so was literally breaking apart as people danced (just placed on grass, no pad underneath)
- Added a bartending fee which was nowhere in my original contract
- In my contract, they said they would cut and serve a sheet cake. They did NOT. They returned the entire sheet cake to me and nobody got cake because they were "understaffed". They had another wedding at their other location which I guess was more important.
It was perfect and a dream come true having our wedding here. Tiffany and Priscilla were very responsive and always willing to help. There are options the venue can provide and hel...
p to accommodate special requests. Their prices are very affordable and you get an amazing venue with beautiful views and background from the golf course!
Tiffany & Priscilla were wonderful to work with and promptly answered all of my questions along the way. They made our day wonderful. The facility is top notch and use of the beaut...
iful bridal suite & grooms’ room all day is really convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. My only suggestion would be for VCC to have the walk in area for the ceremony concreted so brides don’t have to lift up their dress. It rained early in the morning the day of our wedding so the area was slightly muddy. Otherwise, the entire event was perfect.
Tiffany and team did an excellent job on our family function! The Valencia Country Club has a perfect set up where those who want to enjoy the music can party on the ballroom dance...
floor and those who want things a little more quiet can enjoy the separate bar area or the outside patio. Whether it was allowing us to set up a little early or making sure our favorite spirit was available for the party, Tiffany was very flexible with everything and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was delicious and, to top it all off, I think it was a great value! We definitely recommend the VCC for your event!
