We utilized the full wedding planning and design package and worked with Valentina for over a year up until our big day. She helped us refine our vision and determine what elements were most important to us, all while remaining respectful and conscientious of our budget. She has an extensive amount of connections with quality vendors and years of experience to guide us. She worked hard to first understand the feel we wanted to give our guests, and then offer suggestions and insight on how to achieve our vision. We had the most beautiful wedding and definitely would not have been able to pull it off without Valentina! She took away all the stress and work of wedding planning and made it a fun, enjoyable experience. You can easily see how much she enjoys her role and wants to bring her couple’s dream weddings to life! As much as we enjoyed the planning process with her, we equally appreciated her presence on the big day. to anyone who needs help organizing the final details. Everything on our wedding day went smoothly, which was largely due to Valentina's comprehensive timeline and skillful coordination. Everyone probably has some sources of stress during the wedding planning process. For us, one of these was an unresponsive vendor in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We're extremely appreciative that Valentina helped ease this stress for us by making contact with the vendor and ensuring that everything would go according to plan. She also helped us in our vendor search by providing lists of solid recommendations. In the final weeks of planning, she provided guidance on a sensible timeline for the day so as to not overwhelm the wedding party. She gave us reassurance throughout the day as well, which is needed for such a hectic event! She leaves no stone unturned and really will help you with all the details of your wedding!

We had no idea how much work went into planning a wedding and she really diminished a lot of the stress with how prepared she was in every step of the planning process. was when she created a super detailed timeline for the planning. Of course, covid messed up with that but she didn’t let it phase her, nor us! She was very helpful navigating the rescheduling with vendors we had already booked and made sure that at the end of the day we had the wedding we always wanted. She made the whole planning process enjoyable and exciting. She gave us great recommendations of vendors and helped us make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Seeing how knowledgeable and professional she was during the months of preparation, by the day of the wedding, we truly trusted her 100%. On the wedding day, she was attentive to our every needs, and things went so smoothly that we could enjoy every single second of it.

very beginning, Valentina was very attentive, polite, and considerate. She scheduled in person and video meetings with us to go over the color scheme and design board for the wedding. She gave us great recommendations of vendors and great ideas for decorations. We had to postpone our wedding multiple times during the pandemic, but Valentina always kept in touch to check on how we were doing, even though she only needed to start working with us 2 months before the wedding day. Valentina was very professional, organized, and the service she provided was excellent. She really made me feel relaxed on my wedding day and I trusted her to coordinate the event, so I didn’t feel I needed to be checking on everything and super stressed. I would definitely recommend Valentina as a coordinator to other couples. It was worth the money to be relaxed and keep my sanity during wedding planning!

o nitpick. This wasn't the case with V as she made sure everything was perfect for us on our special day as well as leading up to it. She even reached out to us multiple times before our "Month of Coordination" even began to see how we were both doing. She included my husband into everything, which was very special for him as the groom. In addition to it all, we had to reschedule 3 times due to the pandemic. V stayed with us through it all and we couldn't be more grateful for that. Thank you so much V for making our wedding day magical!

She would check in with me just to make sure things were going well. She definitely was my calm in all the chaos. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. She handled all aspects and let’s us just sit back and enjoy every moment. I even had my other vendors contact me after to complement me on hiring her. That she stood out from all the coordinater they have worked with in the past. My family absolutely loved her and she really cares about her clients. I will be using her for all my up coming events in the future.

a was everything that we didn't even know we needed. Contracting with her was hands down the best decision we made. She was communicative, professional, detail oriented and really personable. In the months leading up to the wedding, Valentina met with us several times to discuss vision and details. We did several walk-throughs of the venue together. She wasn't contracted to help with planning but when I got stuck deciding on what rentals to get, she stepped in and worked directly with the rental company to ensure that what we ordered would fit our needs and look amazing. She designed all of our diagrams so we could see what it would look like and updated them as needed. She really went above and beyond and took away all of the stress. Leading up to the wedding she connected with every single one of our vendors to make sure they had everything they needed and knew exactly what do. She even reviewed our contracts to make sure that we didn't miss anything important! All of our vendors commented how easy it was to work with her and how she made their jobs easier. Prior to the wedding day I gave all of our decor to V for set up. I didn't have to do a single thing on the day of. When we arrived, it look magical, exactly how I wanted it. During the ceremony and reception, she made sure everything happened exactly how it was supposed to. It really was a dream and we couldn't have done it without her. If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and work with Valentina :)

ays knew she was thinking of us and our weekend. The two greatest things Valentina did were coordinating my over the top family and friends, and keeping me sane! Valentina was so attentive to our needs as a couple, and she was also able to make sure all of our family and friends were on time and organized. We could not have asked for a better person to take care of our wedding!

n random decor that was very rustic/eclectic (vintage books, old cameras, signs, glassware, and more) so it really required a great eye for detail and design, and she literally brought our vision to life. It was everything we had hoped for and more. She also fixed and saved the day on many things that I had forgotten of or ran out of time to address, making the day run smoothly and flawlessly. All of our family and friends kept coming up to us throughout the day and the day after to tell us how amazing our coordinator was. Vendors told me leading up to and after how much of a pleasure she was to work for. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is also very easy to get along with, flexible, kind, great personality. Being new in town, and not having a huge support system here, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed about the whole wedding planning, and having her onboard was magical, she was an angel! She kept us on schedule the day of the wedding. She was also involved in setting up the ceremony and reception decorations and even added her own touches, to improve upon what we designed. We can’t recommend her enough as a wedding coordinator. Her hard work ensured our day was relaxed and ran smoothly.
