Was recently married in June. Came here to get my engagement ring a couple years ago and was very pleased with the service. It was a custom design and they delivered like I had hoped. So the fiancee and I decided to come back for the Wedding rings and were pleased again. Very great place, they do go out of their way to help you.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands at Valentine's. I wish I remember the lady's name that helped us! She was so patient with me as I was on a mission to find the perfect one. I went case by case and must have tried on almost a dozen. She was very honest on her opinion on what looked well with my engagement ring. She also understood what both my husband and I were each looking for and gave suggestions. We both found rings and got 20% off as it was a sale weekend. I even got my engagement ring polished there that day and again a day before my wedding. It is family run and everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. They also are extremely knowledgable too.

We got both our wedding rings & engagement rings here (4 rings total). They had a great selection & easy payment plans. The staff was very helpful. My ring was sized in under an hour. They even cleaned all my jewelery (rind and others) wit no additional charge.

This is unlike any other jewelry store. When you walk in you will not be accosted by 10 salespeople looking to make commission off of your purchase. Everyone is knowledgeable and if they are unsure of something they always go out of their way to find out. If you don't like what you see on the floor they can custom make anything you want. They are always friendly and it is refreshing to go into this store.
