Tatyana and Morgan were exceptional at helping me find the perfect dress. They were great through all the fittings and made sure the dress was everything that I wanted!

After you order from them and they have your down payment they treat you like an inconvenience. They don't like you asking questions. It took one year for my daughter's dress to come in.

I'm so glad I went to Valentino's bridal to find THE dress! The ladies who work here are fun and knowledgeable. I was very nervous coming in, and I ended up having a really good time. Dorina was amazing at picking dresses based on the feedback given, every new dress I tried on was better than the last! I highly recommend this shop! If you don't go here, you're missing out!

Love love LOVE this bridal shop! The ladies there made me feel fantastic!! I have a very dramatic hour glass shape and worried very much about finding a dress that would be flattering. Not only did they figure out my style, but I never once felt uncomfortable or self conscious. I only felt beautiful and comfortable!!! Wonderful service, great selection of dresses, and anything u want they are gonna figure out how to do it for u. Compared to other dress shops I visited, the experience I had here was worth a 3 hour drive. 10/10 suggestion for new brides!

I am so happy I went to Valentinos in Twinsburg! The staff genuinely wants to help find the perfect dress for you. They listen and are honest about how each dress looks on you, which led to me finding the perfect dress! My mom, sister and I felt very welcomed. The selection of dresses are beautiful. I have been nonstop recommending Valentinos Bridal to all of my friends and family. Tatyana is so talented. My dress was gorgeous with a lot of lace pattern. I was worried I would lose the beauty of the pattern because I am so short but Tatyana made it look gorgeous. The dress fit amazing and I was comfortable in it all night sitting, standing and dancing. The real star was the bustle that Tatyana created with a huge train on my dress. She got it bustled in 4 buttons. Everyone was amazed by the beauty and simplicity that she managed. My Maid of Honor really thanks her! The dresses she stocks are truly beautiful pieces. You will find a better version of what you are looking for there with gorgeous details and excellent fabrics.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and its staff!! They were so caring and thoughtful and professional, and they made any nerves about wedding dress shopping completely disappear! I had the absolute best time dress shopping with my mom and sister and ended up finding a dress the first time I went shopping, and a lot of credit goes to how much time and care they put into each appointment!! Long review incoming because I care so much about this establishment! If I could give Valentino's more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Valentino's was perfect in every way. Shopping for my wedding dress was not easy for me - I went to 8 shops including this one. While shopping, I felt like I was seeing a lot of the same dresses, and that nothing was really hitting the mark of what I was looking for. Valentino's blew everywhere else out of the water in terms of unique offerings and customer service. The owner, Tatiana, is often also acting as the consultant, the tailor, the expert...some might be nervous about this and wonder how she does it. I still wonder how she can juggle it all and still come up with incredible results every time. Don't let it deter you from shopping here. She opened up early to accommodate our shopping needs; she gave us great pricing when buying the veil with the dress; she is truly so kind and caring. I am plus size as well (I was shopping around a 26-28 in bridal sizing) and I always felt comfortable and beautiful in her store. To her, the bride's comfort and confidence is paramount. My dress was supposed to come from Ukraine and I ordered it right before the conflict there began. I called and asked if I should buy a different dress - she assured me it would come. And it did! When everything did come in, she made me custom sleeves from scratch using matching fabric and lace that she ordered along with the dress. The dress size was spot on from her measurements and I required no real alterations on the dress because she picked the size perfectly. She also did a custom bustle for me that showcased the lace on my train more prominently, and we added a lot of lace on the bottom of the dress as well so she was very smart about what lace she used in which places. On the day of my final fitting, another bride was trying on her dress and told us that Tatiana had taken this dress that she had purchased off the rack from a size 14 to a zero. Just incredible work that she is doing and she is busting her butt doing it. The cherry on top...she did my mom's dress alterations too because we loved her and her work so much. I want to give her her flowers because she deserves the world! I will always recommend her to any bride or any person who needs alterations done whether their garment is from her shop or not. Just keep in mind that she is doing a lot of work with very little help and trust and patience are key. She WILL make sure your garment is ready on time and in flawless condition, no matter what!

Valentino's was AMAZING!! My dress was the highlight of our wedding. Tatyana listened to all of my requests in a dress and found the closest thing to perfection. She also tailored my dress in-house (literally on me) and showcased her talents as both a business owner and a seamstress to the highest degree. I brought Tatyana my grandmother’s wedding dress from the 1950s. It was yellowed & dated looking. Tatyana was willing to work with me to clean, alter, & restyle the whole gown so I could wear this heirloom on my wedding day. Over the course of several months we met several times and ultimately Tatyana absolutely transformed this gown! I was truly stunned. Not only is her work second to none, her work ethic and dedication to making my dream come true absolutely amazed me. Every time I met with her she reassured me, provided comedic relief when I became tense, & overall was a joy of a human to work with! She was professional & punctual. I cannot recommend her enough. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Valentino’s! First, the dresses there are absolutely unique, they are unlike any other shop I visited. I wanted a dress with sleeves, and I found one I loved without them, Tatyana made me the most gorgeous sleeves herself. She took the time to meet me with several times to try the dress on and make little adjustments until it was perfect. And WOW was it perfect! The wedding dress of my dreams!! She also tailored my husband’s suit and it was perfect. AND she helped me make the most gorgeous lace wedding Vans shoes to wear. My mother recently got a dress from Tatiana and said we had to stop in and she was right! Tatiana made the whole shopping experience quick and easy!!she found me the absolutely perfect dress and veil! The shopping experience was fun and low stress. I was living out of town so she made my alterations and bustle work perfectly with only a single fitting. She is super talented and I recommend her to any Cleveland bride that wants a unique dress.

Tatyana made my dreams come true! I had one specific dress in mind and traveled from pretty far out of town to find it (5 hours out of town). She was SO kind, attentive, and eager to help me. She let me try on a bunch of dresses in her store and she could basically read my mind. She made the day I found my wedding dress such a special day. When I came back to get my dress altered she was amazing and worked SO HARD. She was willing to work on my dress all day and half the night to make sure I would be able to pick it up the next day and head back home. And not only did she get it done so quickly, she did it PERFECTLY. (And my dress was pretty complicated and needed more than just the hem done). She is so hard working and talented. Her dedication to me and my dress blew me away and I can tell she treats every single customer with the same dedication. You won’t find a better dress shop or tailor in the Midwest, if not the whole country.

My mom and I went to Valentino's to look for a wedding dress for myself, and we were not disappointed! I explained what I was hoping the dress would incorporate, and what I didn't like, and Tatyana found it on the first try! It was perfect! She helped guide us through what veil and what jewelry would compliment the dress. She tailored the dress beautifully, and I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Would highly recommend Valentino's for finding a wedding dress!

I found Valentino's as they were one of three dealers in the entire country who carried the dress line I wanted to try on. (The other two dealers being out west.) Valentino's carries dresses that you will not find anywhere else in Ohio or this part of the country. Example: Nora Naviano. They carry stunningly beautiful dresses hand made to order from Europe, New York, Chicago, not mass market dresses made in China and then sold for thousands of dollars. And you pay less than the dresses at other bridal stores. I went to other bridal stores and saw the same dress lines over and over, but not here. DO NOT sleep on this dress shop! I am super particular and her dresses are the best in the Cleveland and surrounding area, in my opinion. They also do their own alterations in house. I purchased my dress from Valentino's. The owner, Tati, is an absolute godsend! She is a master tailor and can work with any medium such as lace, etc! She even created a sweetheart neckline on my dress, where it was a square neckline. And she is always up front and honest with you every step of the way. Valentino's made shopping for the dress a breeze and fun! Thank you Tati and Valentino's!

We visited her shop on Saturday and had the best time! My daughter found her dress there and we couldn't be happier!!! We got to work with the shop owner and her team! Tatyana was a literal saint during the dress shopping process. This was the only shop I went to and found my dream dress after trying on only 4-5 dresses. She has such a unique selection and is so attentive and kind. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and was even able to do my bustle without me even being there! Incredibly talented, sweet, amazing and I would recommend every single bride to go to her!! You will not regret it, you won’t get service like this at a larger bridal store!

I can’t say enough positive thing about Tatiana! She did an amazing job tailoring my wedding dress, but more importantly was honest and candid with me with everything she was doing. When I brought her my veil to steam and I tried it on with my dress, I almost had a melt down because the veil (which was purchased from another bridal shop) did not look as I remembered it, and did not do my dress or the look I as going for justice. Tatiana essentially created me a custom veil using my existing veil in 2 weeks, just in time for my wedding. She is very personable and I highly recommend using her for any tailoring/altering, as well as purchasing bridal gowns.

Incredible, incredible, incredible! I went to Valentino's with a wedding dress that I bought elsewhere and was fitted too small. With only a month before the wedding date, she managed to add in lace material, additions for comfort, alter the dress to fit correctly, and make it fit like a glove. She alleviated all of the worry about it not being completed in time and was genuine to work with. We even FaceTimed my mom, who lives in another state, to walk through the buttons on the back of the dress before the special day. Altogether, I could not be more grateful for the wonderful experience here!

If you are truly looking for unique , gorgeous, and COMFORTABLE dresses this is the place ! I had tried dresses on at 2 other places and yes there are a ton that our beautiful but I found a lot of them extremely itchy and could not imagine being in a itchy dress hours at a time. The fabric options are incredible here and the owner is extremely accommodating. She even Bussled my dress while I went for the final fitting so I didn’t have to come back because I lived kind of far. Highly recommended

Although I did not get my dress here, the dress I brought for alterations was turned into THE dress by these amazing hands at work! It was customized and shipped here and there were very minimal alterations that need to be done because TATYANA LIVES AND BREATHES BRIDAL DRESSES!! You will not be sorry for stopping into her store. She makes you feel like family ❤️ Family owned for decades and local to the area. Absolutely amazing. I love her and will be telling everyone to go for their first experience to set very high expectations for their bridal shopping.

When I first visited Valentino’s, I knew right away I would find “the dress” here. All of the gowns are gorgeous and in my opinion, on another level than the other bridal salons I tried. I have only amazing things to say about Tatiana. She helped me totally customize a dress that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. She was very honest throughout the whole customization process and did not try to "oversell" me on an unrealistic vision which I felt was the case at some bridal stores. I gave her my budget and with alterations and a custom made veil, she stayed exactly within it. I could not have imagined a better experience when picking out, altering, or picking up my wedding dress! I had originally called Tatiana to ask if she had a specific dress, and we ended up talking on the phone about what I was looking for until she came up with the perfect dress! She told me to look it up and it was everything I was envisioning. I made an appointment, tried it on, and bought it the same week! Tatiana always worked with my schedule when doing alterations, and would open early or stay late to make sure I would have a perfect, individualized experience. Tatiana was so sweet throughout the entire process. I will definitely be referring friends to her and taking any alterations to her in the future!

I trusted Tatyana's eye from the moment I met her. After visiting many other bridal salons, she hosted me (alone), and gently guided me towards the the timeless and classic gown that I liked. Even though I am sure she knew I had found the perfect dress, she was not pushy. I left with pictures and came back with my mom and again she was heartfelt and kind. Tatyana is an extremely talented tailor, I was always confident that my dress would fit me perfectly. We went though many custom alterations, and each time the dress came closer to fitting my body like a glove. Her expertise on fit is unmatched. Called Tatyana in search of the bridesmaid dresses my daughter was looking for, she was great!!!! Wanted alterations at the same place that we were ordering them without beating up the bridesmaids in cost. She ordered them and did all the alterations at a reasonable price. Tatyana did the custom alterations for my wedding dress. She was so professional and easy to work with. I had minimal alterations done, and she was able to complete them in less than a month’s time. I got married in the Pittsburgh area, but she made arrangements so that I could come in on weekends to get everything done. She even let my mom take a video of her bustling demonstration, so we could remember how to properly bustle my dress on my wedding day! I’d highly recommend Valentino’s for any alterations or wedding tailoring you need.

I just picked up my dress from Tatyana after my final fitting. I needed significant alterations to my dress (adding panels to the hip area to allow for extra room) and she did an incredible job. Without hesitation, I would recommend Valentino’s Bridal and Tailoring to any bride. As a non-traditional bride, I wanted a knee-length wedding dress. This required significant alterations to my gown. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, I was directed to Valentino’s Bridal and Tailoring. I was not disappointed with this decision. The owner, Tatyana, was personable and highly professional. Her expertise was immediately evident. My gown was altered exactly as I envisioned. A few weeks later, I had my bridesmaids’ dresses altered by a family friend. Unfortunately, the result were not to my standards. With only 11 days to my wedding, I called Tatyana in a panic. Calmly, Tatyana reassured me that everything would be fine. That evening, she measured my daughters and assessed the damage. Four days later, the dresses were completed and the outcome was stunning. I am truly grateful to Tatyana and her staff for all they did to make my wedding a memorial event.

After I had a mini meltdown in the dressing room she was so sweet to me and said that she would make sure I had a gown that I loved and felt good in. The first one I tried on in her store I fell in love with and she had it rush shipped to me in like three weeks in my size as well as the veil. I came in a few days before my wedding and she did some alterations that day for me (eventhough its prom season and so busy) so I would have it in time! Could not have had a better experience especially in my situation and I would highly highly recommend!

Tatyana was awesome throughout my whole dress shopping experience. I had visited other shops, but just didn’t find the ONE. After telling Tatyana what I wanted she was able to help me find styles that complimented me well. We found the perfect dress and I fell in love! I absolutely loved and still love my wedding dress it made my wedding day PERFECT!

Tatyana was wonderful in helping me find the perfect gown. She let us look through the dresses and pick some we liked initially, then she pulled some more for us once we had a better idea of what style I really wanted. Tatyana was very patient while I made my decision and also very helpful in suggesting how to style the gown with a veil and accessories. The dresses at Valentino's are of lovely quality and they represent several brands that other stores in our area do not carry. My mom and I were offered refreshments and everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. I'm very excited to see my dress when it arrives and I am confident that it will be tailored to fit perfectly. I would recommend this store to any brides, especially those who want to see new dresses that other stores don't have.

The only reason I gave one star is because there wasn’t a lower rating option available. Im a serious planner. I decided to plan my dress fitting appointment 2 months in advance. The owner called me December 27th to ask if I was on my way to my 11am appointment. I explained to her that it was made for Saturday January 27th. She apologized profusely and said she would see me in January. (No big deal right? Things happen) Cut to Friday January 26th, she calls me at 11:30am (very rudely) to ask why I was a no show for my 11am appointment. I replied that my appointment was set for January 27th, not the 26th. Then with an attitude, she replied it was written down for the 26th. After I jogged her memory of our conversation we had last month, she calmed down and apologized repeatedly. She followed up with asking if I could come in at 10am or even 10:30am tomorrow so she can “squeeze me in.” (Not sure why I’m getting squeezed in when my appointment has been booked for months). I told her I’d have to check with my family members who would be accompanying me during my appointment. She then proceeded to tell me she has so many brides it’s hard to keep track of us all, as if that is a good excuse. If I’d still be willing, she would like to still have me come in the next day at my originally scheduled time. Oh wait, there’s more.. Against my fiancée’s advice, I decided to cancel my appointment and not be a “no show” because I think that’s just morally not right to waste anyone’s time. I called, stating I would be canceling my appointment with her for tomorrow at 11am. She replied with “okay Jennifer” and hung up on me abruptly, before I even finished exhaling. I was beyond disappointed because this was the only place I was super excited to visit. I couldn’t believe how I was treated before I even stepped foot in the door. Luckily I called Catan’s in hopes of salvaging my day less than 24hours beforehand. I told my story to a woman over the phone. She was sincerely apologetic and accommodating. She explained that they were booked solid but if I’d be patient with her she would get me in tomorrow, no problem. She knew I had scheduled time with my family to come with me and this was a big deal to me. Then I find out it was the owner herself, the lovely Pat Catan I was speaking with. Now that is how a owner should act!!

Tatyana is amazing. She cares about the quality of dresses and only wishes for the bride to be her most beautiful self. All her dresses are from Europe, so the quality is AMAZING and fashion forward (many styles of which haven't entered USA style yet). She has a range of styles and is very flexible with trying styles to fit your needs. Everyone at the shop is very genuine and caring. They give you the best price and don't try to cheat you with poor quality and high price. I highly recommend.

Tatiana and David were an absolute blast to work with! She has a fantastic range of wedding dresses and she knows what she is talking about. She will work with you to make sure you find the perfect dress for your wedding. Since she also tailors, she is knowledgeable on changes and customizing dresses which is invaluable when trying to narrow down choices. I would highly recommend all soon to be brides to check them out.
